USING THE TEKLITE TT 660 FEATURES:
a. RIGHT HAND SIDE COMPARTMENT- Insulated & padded compartment to
protect your cell phone from the elements.
b. LEFT HAND SIDE COMPARTMENT- Insulated compartment to keep nutri-
tion cool. May also be used to store tools, CO2s, etc.
c. ELECTRICAL CABLE- Use a pen or pencil to locate the access slot on the
inside of the front of the bag.
d. I.D POCKET- Use the clear pocket for your emergency information,
credit card and cash.
e. CARABINER SNAP HOOK- Use to attach your keys for safe keeping.
f. DIVIDER- Remove if you want one large storage compartment.
STRAPS AND HARDWARE INCLUDED
a. Frame straps, 189 x 19 mm (x2)
b. Steerer tube strap, 207 x 12 mm (x1)
c. M5 x 16 mm button flange bolts (x2)
TEKLITE TT 660 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
A. MOUNTING BAG USING FRAME STRAPS
You have a choice of 3 sets of loops. Choose the set that positions the bag where you
want it. Figure A. With the Velcro facing towards the bag, thread the round end of a 189 x
19 mm frame strap through one of the slots on the bottom of the bag. Repeat with the
second frame strap. Figure B.
Position the bag on a main frame tube where it will be safe, and where it will not
interfere with any rotating or moving part of the bike. Wrap the strap around the tube
and thread the end through the buckle. Pull the strap tight and push the hook end of the
Velcro into the soft loop surface of the strap ensuring a secure fasten. Figures C & D. 6 loops (3 sets)

B. MOUNTING BAG USING BOLTS
You have a choice of 3 sets of holes for the bolts. Figure E.
Insert the M5 x 16 mm flanged bolts through the slits and holes until they
protrude through the bottom of the bag. Loosely thread both bolts into
the bike’s inserts. Using a 4 mm Hex wrench, torque each bolt to 1.1 Nm
(10 lbf-in). Figure F.
C. MOUNTING THE OPTIONAL STEERER TUBE/FRONT STRAP
The bag is very stable even without the traditional front strap. If you want to use it there is a choice of 3 loops on the front of the
bag. Choose the one that aligns with the best position on your spacers or headset. Best position is when strap is parallel to the
ground. With the Velcro side towards the bag, thread the strap through the loop, then around the headset/spacer and then
thread the end through the buckle. Tighten just enough so it doesn’t restrict the movement of any cables. Figures G & H.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Hand wash with warm water and dish soap to prolong life.
• Do not use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine.
• Clean zipper and zipper garage with a toothbrush, regularly.
• Air dry
WARRANTY:
Materials and workmanship have a limited warranty of 5 years. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
