TO DAXOM USER
In order to perform device’s function properly and for your safety follow the
instructions mentioned in the user manual of the device during the mounting
and the usage of the device. In case of an unauthorized mounting and
maintenance, the device will be void from warranty cover. In addition to that,
our company will not be responsible from failure or an accident that may
occur in the device. Please keep this user manual in good conditions for
future reference.
1. The installation of the heater must be done by authorized
personnel according to instructions determined inside this
manual.
2. The first operation of the heater must be done by authorized
service. Do not try to operate the device by yourself.
3. Water installation connection of the device must be done as
leakproof and durable.
4. The device operates with voltage determined inside this
manual according to its model. Suitable system voltage must
be provided.
5. When it is supplied electric distribution from any electric
resource (like generator) except city electric network, must be
sure that necessary conditions are provided for safety
operation of the device.
6. Energy must be provided to device with suitable cable section
determined inside this manual. Residual Current Device and
grounding must be placed.
7. Installation of the device must not be made to humidity places
and places that can be wet
8. Inflammable, explosive or easy flammable materials and
objects must not be kept near the device.
9. This “INSTALLATION AND USER MANNUAL” is
supplemental part of the product. Please keep it for apply

when it is necessary. Contact with authorized service agency
for the new copy in case of lost or damage.
10. This device must only be used as suitable as for its purpose.
Producer reject all kinds of liabilities that places or not places
in the agreement for damage property or injury indented to
person and animals which cause because of consumer wrong
using, installation, setting and maintenance.
11. After you unpack the device, be sure that content is in good
position and complete otherwise contact with the sales
agency that you purchased the device
12. Remove all packing wastes carefully without giving damage
to human and environment health.
13. In case of water leakage happens, water feed must be close
and authorized service agency must be immediately
informed.
14. If the device will not have used for a long time, performing
following points are suggested.
Bring switch of the device OFF position.
Close water inlet pipe of device.
Discharge tap hot water cycle for preventing freezing.
15. Device cannot be used by children or disabled people without
helper.
16. In case of having smoked or burning smell originating from
device, make switch of the “OFF” position and contact with
authorized service agency.
17. Do not touch the device with wet hand or when outside of device
is wet.
18. Do not use chemical substances substances such as detergent
and thinner for the cleaning of the device. You can make cleaning
of device surface with damp –dry fabric after make electric switch
OFF.
19. When you first turn on hot water tap, flow water can be
superheated. Water temperature must be controlled before
using.
20. The lifetime of the device which is determined by Ministry of
Custom and trade is 10 years.

1. Adjusting water temperature according to your need as not needed
to make lukewarm with cold water provides saving.
2. Use water consciously. Using water consciously increases saving.

Obey minimum distance provide for installation for reaching in case of
maintenance and repairing of heater.
For the correct positioning of device:
Installation must not be done on the cooker or similar cooking
devices.
Do not leave combustion products inside device installed room.
4. WATER INSTALLATION
4.1. Installation Conditions and Safety Warnings
Installation of water heater must be done by authorized
personnel.

Heating sensitive walls (for example wooden walls) must be
protected with steady insulation.
Before the installation, wash the all system pipes carefully for
removing any residual things that can give damage to operation of
the device. There is 6 bar safety valve placed at device water inlet.
Make sure that water pressure does not exceed 6 bar. If you
suspect, have pressure reduction installed.
Device installation place must be far way from blockers, obstruction
parts and bulges during repairing and maintenance. There must be
sufficient space around the device for maintenance and repair.
Electric connection of the device must be made with suitable cable,
fuse and residual current device and grounding absolutely must be
made.
Installation wall of the device must be as durable as carrying the
weight of the device.

In accordance with above conditions, drill installation holes to chosen
place according to dimensions determined side photo. Fasten fixing
plug and screws suitable for holes. According to figure below, Install
the heater from top to bottom to screws that you fasten the heater.
Make sure that screw head is fix to hole of installation part and will not
remove.
Water installation connections must be done with flexible joint as
leakage proof. Cutoff valve must be placed to device inlet before
flexible connector.
4.2. Wall Installation Of Water Heater

Excessive tight cable connections may cause to accidents.

Electrical installation must be done by authorized person according to device
capacity and with suitable diameter cable which is determined according to
cable length. Electrical installation must have suitable specification for cut off
boiler power and residual current device that has ampere value and fuse
separately. Fuse must be near to device. Grounding of device must absolutely
be done. If there is not grounding at the place that device was installed,
grounding must be made for device authorized person. Grounding must be
controlled if it is operative or not by authorized personnel in determined period.
Fuse must be located near the device; there must be cable after fuse which is
enough as making connection to device. Connection of cables to device must
be made by authorized personnel. Water heater capacity and cable sections
which are calculated cable length, residual current device and fuse ampere
values can be seen at following table.

panel. Buttons on the side of LCD display are used for usage of water
heater.

5. OPERATION OF WATER HEATER AND USAGE
5.1. Display And Knobs

Before operation of heater it must be controlled that all mechanic and
electric connections are suitable. Our company is not responsible from
damages and accidents which occur because of wrong connection.
Apply following steps for operation of the heater.
Make sure that the fuse and residual current device are at position that
prevent electric transmission.
Fix the complete conductive parts of the electric cable by loosen
screws of connection terminal placed in at fuse and tighten cable clip
screw as not loose. Make sure that cable is fix complete and solidly.
Complete connection by appliying same processes for another cables.
For notr connection suitable measurement connector must be used.
Open residual current device and fuse. Press button for TURN ON
the device Display will be as in the following.
By pressing or buttons temperature can be increased or decreased.
5.2. Operation Od Device And Usage
First operation of heater must absolutely be done by
authorized service.
Our company is not responsible from damages and accidents
which can be occur by intervention of unauthorized people
Make sure that cables are fixed to right places.
Loose cable connections may cause to accident.

By pressing button power or water consumption per/min can be displayed.
When you turn on hot water tap water device will be operated and symbol
will be seen at the display.
In case of water quantity passing inside the device exceeds maximum value,
symbol will be seen. In this case, reduce water flow quantity by cut
down water heater inlet valve.
For short term period, turn off device by pressing button. In this way,
freezing prevention system will be active (by leaving electric power
supply active)
If you will not operate the device for a long time, after pressing
button. Because of freezing prevemtion will not operate, discharge the
wayet inside system in case of freezing.

you meet with problem while using, please contact with our after sales
service department. Repairing and maintenance of the device by
unauthorizedperson will make the device out of warranty. Afterwards
our company will not responsible from damages and accidents.
