In order to perform device’s function properly and for your safety follow the
instructions mentioned in the user manual of the device during the mounting and
the usage of the device. In case of an unauthorized mounting and maintenance, the
device will be void from warranty cover. In addition to that, our company will not be
responsible from failure or an accident that may occur in the device.
Please keep this user manual in good conditions for future referance.
The mounting of the water heater should be made by an authorized person.
Please contact with our authorized sales agencies or companies which are
authorized by the authorized gas administration (EGO, İGDAŞ, BOTAŞ,
İZGAZ,etc). Do not attempt to operate the device by yourself.
In case of you use LPG gas, do not mount your water heater in places below the
ground level.
Check whether your device conforms to the gas type you will use or not.
Provide flexible connections in a safe way
The pipe of heater should not be installed to the places inside building such as
air well, closed balconies and etc. Please consult to our company or authorised
services about this subject.
The device operates with 220 V voltage. Ensure the network voltage is 220 V.
With it’s original pipe set, your heater is hermetic heater which has got
combustion air from external environment and again discharges gases to
external environment that are occurred as a result of combustion. Because of
this, it has to be used with original pipe set which is given with the product. Do
not definitely connect to building chimneys.
The life time of the water heater which is determined by department of industry is
10 years.

With digital constant water setting function: The water temperature will remain
constant in the degree you set.
The fuel efficiency: As your device can operate constant setting water
By the automatic water controlled on/off system: When the water tap is turn on, the
water heater will automatically operate and the hot water flow will be provided.
When the water valve is turn off, the water flow will stop and water heating will stop.
Function of operating with low pressure water: It does not affect by the low water
pressure that occurs in the high apartment flats.
The temperature control adjustment buttons: Provide for users easy to obtain
different water temperature that they desire
Function of high pressure safety system When water pressure system is higher
than it is necessary, excess water will be discharged by activation of safety valve.
By the high temperature safety system: In case of the water getting hotter than it is
needed, the gas will be cut off automatically and the damage of the water heater will
be prevented. The flame instability is prevented and the water is cooled after the
flame is off with the features of blowing inside the water heater before the ignition
(air fan blows air for 2~4 seconds before ignition) and the blowing after service (air
fan will go on blowing air for 10 seconds after the water stops and the flame is off).
Function Of Safe and Reliable Design of the Combustion System: Air is taken from
outside by the fan for the purpose of providing combustion and discharged exhaust
gas to outside again which is occurred after combustion.
By the system of continuous electronic ignition: 100% success is achieved in
ignition.
The device is equipped with the multi-purpose safety system. Even if the power is
supplied to the water heater again in power failure, fan failure, the blocking of the
waste gas pipe or strong reverse wind blowing the gas will be automatically cut and
the automatic ignition system will be disabled. In this case the water heater will
have to be restarted.
Led display: Provides information about usage. In case of operation, you can see
the water flowing, operation of fan, flame formation, water temperature and

warnings. In case of fault condition, it gives information about fault reason with fault
code.

The control panel is not integrated on the water heater and provides remote control
opportunity. Maximum of three control panels can be used in the same water
heater.

The mounting of the water heater should be made by an authorized person.
Please contact with our authorized sales agencies or companies which are
authorized by the authorized gas administration (EGO, İGDAŞ, BOTAŞ,
İZGAZ,etc). Do not attempt to operate the device by yourself.
The waste gas pipe should not be installed in the general chimney or ventilation
space of the building. The waste gas pipe should definitely go outside the
building. Pipe exit should not be made to passages and corridors, narrow eaves,
ventilation and light spaces of buildings, balconies (open or closed), elevator
shafts and under protruding structure that prevent waste gas outlet, places that

provide fresh air to other units, and places that may be exposed to direct wind
resistance. The open end of the air intake pipe should be at least 100 mm from
the wall where it is installed.
In order to prevent the backflow of the condensed water or the rain water to the
heater, the part of the waste gas pipe remaining outside the environment should
be placed as to make a horizontal angle of 3 degrees.
Squall to waste gas pipe may cause device out of function.
The environment where the water heater is mounted should be free from
blocking, preventing parts and projections during the repair and maintenance;
there should be sufficient space around the device for repair and maintenance.

Flammable and explosive substances must definitely be kept away from the
water heater, they must not be at the same place.
After mounting, the hole opened for the waste gas pipe in the wall, should be
filled with a substance resistant to burning and it should be isolated.
Electric connection of the heater must be grounded and 6 amper fuse must have.
The wall, which your water heater is mounted, should be strong as to carry the
weight of the water heater.
The installation of water heater should not be made on the power supplies

Be careful to avoid any accident while installing the water heater.
For installation to suitable place according to above determined conditions;
Drill at least two holes of appropriate diameter from the bottom and top of the
device according to the measurements of the water heater mounting holes
Fix the appropriate diameter fixing plug to the holes.
Drill 135 mm waste gas pipe hole to the wall. . (Waste gas pipes are provided
with water heater.)
All drilling must be made before water heater install to wall. Precautions should
be taken to prevent wastes entering the water heater that occur during drilling.
After drilling pipe hole, Screw the water heater from up and down to holes that
you drill before. Screw more than point that is necessary.
Screw more than point when it is necessary.
Qualifiable pipe must be used for this device.
The gas flue pipe should be placed at an angle of 3 degrees with the horizontal,
with its end inclined downwards.
Place the fresh air / discharge gas pipe as open side will be outside to hole which
is drilled before for the exhaust.
Install the bracket part as installing one edge is to heater pipe another edge is to
discharge pipe.

Do not supply electric to water heater before connecton of control pannel.
Children's access to the remote control should be prevented.
The installation of control pannel must not be done near heat sources and
humid places.
After separating the top cover of the remote control from the control base with a
screwdriver, fix the control base with screws from the mounting holes on the wall
in the desired area.
Connect the connector to the cable that will provide the connection between the
water heater and the control panel and place it in its place on the control panel.
Complete the connection by fixing the other edge of the cable to the connection
point under the water heater.
Maximum 3 control panels can be connected to the water heater. Control panels
must be connected parallel to each other.

There must be valve at the watersupply which will be connected to water inlet of
the water heater.
Installation of silt trap after valve is recommended for water installations which
has probability of entering dirt inside of water heater from watersupply.
5.4. Installation Of Water And Gas Connections

Connect the cold water inlet of water heater the cold water mains line, and the
hot water outlet to the hot water line with a 3/4" flexible pipe. For preventing
water leakage of connections, seals must be used.
Do not never use liquid seal for water line connections.
Valve with TSE and flexible pipe must be used for the gas connection.
Definitely teflon and liquid seal must not be used for gas line connections.
The electrical installation must be done by qualified personnel with suitable cable
section.
There must be a fuse with a suitable specification and6 amperes value that can
completely cut off the electricity of the device.
The fuse should be close to the device and at a distance where the cable coming
out of the device can be connected without tight.
The fuse must be at least 10 cm above from the bottom level of the device.
The grounding of device must definetely be done.

The activation of the water heater should be done by the Authorized Service.
For this, please contact the authorized service in your region.
Conrol if the gas, electricity and water properties are same values specified in
this manual and on the label on the device.
Do not supply electric to water heater before connecton of control pannel.
Make sure that all connections of the device are correct and complete.
Control pannel must be match with water heater. For this;

Keep press button 2 sec “11” code will be seen at the display..
By pressing button, it can be exit by confirming matching.
Even not pressed button, matching will automatically confirmed after a while.
Repeat the above steps for more remote control panel matchings. "12" and "13"
codes will be given for other control panels.

Follow following steps for operate of your heater.
Turn On the water inlet valve of water heater
Open fuse of water heater
Open gas inlet valve of water heater.
Activate the heater by pressing button. Display lights will be ON and
previous setting temperature will be seen.
Open the hot water tap. At the display of the heater it is respectively seen water
flow sign , fan operation sign and in a few min water heating start sign
will be seen and your water heater starts to heat water. Hot water flow time show
a change according to distance between water heater and tap.
While water heater is operating or while at standby mode, water temperature can be
change with and buttons between 35 oC and 65 oC. According to
temperature valueeach pressing incerasing value will show dfferences.

The water heater can work with more than one control panel. Because of
this, it provides the opportunity to use it from different places according to
the need. When more than one control panel is connected to the water
heater, which panel will control the water heater must be determined by

priority assignment. The control panel that has not been assigned a priority
cannot change the settings of the water heater. To assign the priority, the
button on the control panel is pressed. “PRIORITY” warning appears on
the screen.
Shor term OFF of the device can be provided by pressing button. By leaving the
electricity supply active, you can ensure that freezing prevention function continues
to protect the water heater. If the water temperature in the device decrease uneder
5°C, the freezing prevention system will activate and prevent the water heater from
freezing.
In order for the frost protection system to activate, the electricity supply must be
ON
If the device will not be operated for along time, turn off the device fuse and gas
inlet valve after pressing the button. In this case, completely empty the water
inside the water heater against the risk of freezing, as the frost protection will not
work. To operate the water heater again, follow the steps in 6.1.2.
Make sure the used gas type is the same with the one stated in the brand plate.
The use of inappropriate type of gas may lead to accident.
Repairing or having the water heater repaired without authorization is dangerous
and may cause accidents. Our company does not accept any responsibility for
the interventions made by unauthorized persons.
Be sure that there is sufficient space around heater.
Always take precautions against possible gas leakage and when the gas smell is
encountered, shut the gas valves off urgently. Ventilate the environment by
opening the door and the windows. Never make a phone call inside the room, do
not turn the lights on and off, do not plug anything to the electric plugs or unplug

anything before the gas leaves out completely. Do not forget that any flame or
a spark that may occur in such a case, will lead to fire or explosion.
Pipe and connection pipes must be controlled regularly. If it is suspected that
there is gas leakage because of pipes apply to necessary gas distributor
If it is suspected that there is leakage except from pipe and connection pipes,
must be consulted to our service department.
Old or cracked pipes must be changed urgently by controlling gas pipes
regularly.
If it is heard abnormal combustion voice from water heater, stop using water
heater then consult to service department.
In the first contact with hot water, check the temperature of the water before
touching the body.
Check the newly mounted water heater carefully and make sure that it operates
correctly before using.
Do not drink the water passing inside the water heater
Take precautions for not blocking of heat exchanger because of specification of
water such as (hard water). Blocking of water heater exchanger is out of
warranty.
If your pressure of installation is high, because of water quantity passing from
water heater will be more, noise can occur at device and your installation can be
damage. In such cases, absolutely you need to install pressure reduce valve to
device inlet.
If necessary precautions are not taken, situations which ambient temperature
deduct under the 0 degree, water inside heater can give damage to your heater
by freezing. It is possible to prevent this situation by doing following information.
With freezing prevention of your water even device inside temperature reduce
under “0” degree, it can be prevented freezing of water which is inside the
device. When ambient temperature decreases specific value, your water
heater will heat water by automatically operating in short period and will
prevent freezing. In the meantime, “AF” warning will be seen. For the
operation of this system, gas and electricity must not be cut off and the light of

LED display must be ON. In other words, be sure that the device is at
operating state.
Although the device has a freezing prevention system, the freezing prevention
system will not operate in case of short period electric or gas cut off time in
very cold and windy weather. The water inside the device should be
discharged as a precaution.
Never touch the waste gas pipe during using and after a short time of using
(against skin burns)
In case of failure of your water heater, do not panic and stop using the heater.
Disconnect the gas and the electricity. Consult the service department or an
authorized technician. Dirty water passing inside the water heater may negatively
affect your device. To prevent this, a water filter must be absolutely installed to
water inlet.
Never leave electric supply and gas of water heater “ON” position when you
leave the home.
Never keep inflammable, explosive materials and objects near water heater.

during using please contact our after sales service department. The unauthorized
repair and the maintenance of the device will void its warranty cover. Our company
will not be liable for the failures and the accidents that might occur later.
