aufbewahrt werden und bei Bedarf
jederzeit zur Verfügung stehen.
Der Einbau der DEKA Controls
Produkte darf nur von ausgebilde-
ten und eingewiesenen Fachkräf-
ten vorgenommen werden.
DEKA Controls Produkte dürfen
ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung
nicht verändert werden. Jede Ver-
änderung schließt eine Haftung
unsererseits für daraus entstehen-
de Schäden aus.
Elektromagnetische Wellen kön-
nen die Funktion des Systems be-
einträchtigen, gegebenenfalls das
Gesamtsystem geeignet abschir-

vice’s installation, first operation,
maintenance and repair, must

stallation manual as well as the
safety-relevant information!

the installation and must be avail-

out by educated and trained pro-
fessional experts.
The DEKA Controls Products may

dern eine spezifische Einweisung und
Sachkunde im Umgang mit CO2als
Kältemittel. Für die Qualifikation und
Sachkunde des Fachpersonals gelten
die jeweils gültigen Richtlinien.

Working on CO2refrigeration Sys-
tems require a specific skill and train-
ing in handling CO2as a refrigerant.
The qualification and expert
knowledge of the refrigerant person-
nel must conform to the respectively
valid guidelines

Les interventions sur les installation
frigorifiques au CO2nécessitent des
connaissances spécifique et un gui-
dage spécial pour l’usage du CO2
comme fluide frigorigène. Les direc-

stimmungen nach EN 378 einhalten.

CO2is odorless and colorless and
cannot be perceived directly in case
of emission. Unconsciousness and
asphyxiation by respire higher CO2
concentrations. Avoid CO2emissions
and uncontrolled venting, especially
in closed rooms. Ventilate closed
machinery rooms. Ensure safety
regulation devices according to
EN378.

conséquent pas directement détec-
table en cas d’émission.
L’évanouissement et l’étouffement en
inspiré du CO2à hautes concentra-
tions. Eviter l’émission et le rejet in-
contrôlé de CO2avant tout dans les
espaces clos. Ventiler les salles des
machin es clos. Porter attention aux
règlements de sécurité appropriés
conformément a la norme EN 378.

tels CO2beachten (kritische Tempe-
ratur 31,06°C und 73,6 bar). Bei Still-
stand nimmt der Druck in der Anlage
zu und es besteht Berstgefahr. Ab-
sperrbare Anlagenteile sind mit ei-
nem Sicherheitsventil auszurüsten
(siehe EN 378 und EN 13136). Am
Sicherheitsventil darf kein Rohr an-
geschlossen werden um beim Öffnen
eine Blockieren durch Trockeneisbil-
dung zu vermeiden

Observe the high pressure levels of
CO2refrigerants (critical temperature
31.06°C and 73,6 bar).At standstill
the pressure in the system will rise
and there is a risk of bursting. Instal-
lation of safety pressure relief valves
should be carried out acc. EN 378
and EN 13136. Take measures in
order to prevent relief valve blockage
due to dry ice during venting. Do not
install pipe work to the outlet of the
pressure relief valves.

Tenir compte du niveau de pression
élevé du fluide frigorigène CO2(tem-
pérature critique 31.06°C et 73,6

dans l’installation, et il y a risque
d’éclatement. Installer des soupapes
de décharge sur le circuit conformé-

13136. Prendre les mesures pour
éviter un blocage de la soupape de
décharge par neige carbonique au
moment de la décharge. Ne pas fixer
des tubes à la sortie de la soupape
de décharge.

pen vorgesehen. Dabei müssen die
auf dem Typenschild und in den
“Technischen Daten“ angegebenen
Grenzen eingehalten werden. Jeder
darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch
gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
Das DEKA Controls DOR/DLR/DLRH
darf nur mit den im Datenblatt spezi-
fizierten Medien eingesetzt werden.
Verwendung mit anderen Medien nur
nach Freigabe von DEKA Controls
GmbH.
The DEKA Controls DOR/DLR/DLRH
may be utilized exclusively for refrig-
eration and heat-pump applications.
For this purpose, the limitations listed
on the Label as well as in the "Tech-
nical Data" must be observed. Any
other use is considered improper.
The DEKA Controls DOR/DLR/DLRH
may only be utilized with the media
listed on the data sheet. Application
with other media is only allowed up-
on approval by DEKA Controls
GmbH.

Beschreibung
Description
Die DOR/DLR/DLRH Flüssigkeitsbehälter werden
zwischen Ölabscheider und Ölstandsregler oder nach
dem Kondensator eingebaut (Beispiel siehe Bild 1).
The DOR/DLR/DLRH Liquid Receivers will be installed be-
tween Oil separator and Oil Level Regulator or downstream
of the Condenser (sample see picture 1).

Zum Einbau muss der Kältekreislauf drucklos
sein.

Voraussetzungen
Requirements
Einbaulage vertikal, L-Serie liegend
Verschlußstopfen kurz vor der Montage entfernen.
Durchflußpfeil auf dem Produkt muss mit der Fließ-
richtung der Anlage übereinstimmen.
Lotmaterial muss min. 40% Ag enthalten.
Mounting vertical, L-Series horizontal
Protection plugs to be removed shortly prior to installa-
tion.
Flow arrow on Product must match flow direction of
system.
Brazing material must have min. 40% Ag.
Montage und Inbetriebnahme
Installation and commissioning
Produkt zügig einbauen.
Löttemperaturen nicht überschreiten.
Beim Einlöten der Leitungen in die Rotalockventile
die Teflondichtung im Anschluß vorher entfernen.
(siehe Bild 2).
Vor weiteren Arbeiten Produkt abkühlen lassen
(<40°C).
Löt-/Schweißstellen reinigen.
Vor Inbetriebnahme Kältemaschinen Öl bzw. Kälte-
mittel einfüllen (Menge siehe Etikett)
DOR mittels Differenzdruckventil auf höherem
Install Product rapidly.
Do not exceed brazing temperatures.
Before brazing the tube to the Rotalock valves re-
move Teflon gasket (see picture 2.).
Before other work let the device cool down (<40°C).
Clean brazing/welding seam.
Before start-up of the system fill in refrigeration oil or
Liquid Refrigerant (Volume see label)
DOR must be held above suction pressure by the
use of a differential Valve (see picture 1, ORV)
To provide that the Liquid Receiver contains pure

Druckniveau als Saugdruck halten (siehe Bild 1,
ORV).
Um reine Flüssigkeit im Behälter vorzuhalten ist ein
Heizband zu verwenden. Damit wird im Öl gelöstes
Kältemittel ausgedampft.

Die Geräte sind bei Betrieb unter den in dieser Anleitung
genannten Bedingungen wartungsfrei. Es sollte jedoch der
Kreislauf regelmäßig auf Feuchtigkeit im Kältemittel ge-
prüft werden. Im Falle hoher Feuchtigkeitswerte ist der Fil-
tertrockner/Filtertrocknerblock möglichst umgehend zu er-
setzen.
The devices are maintenance-free when used under
the conditions mentioned in this manual. It is recom-
mended to check frequently for moisture in the system.
In case of high moisture content the Filter Drier/Filter
Drier Block has to be replaced as soon as possible.

Only put the installation in operation once the sys-
tem is completed and leak-proofed.
Please make sure that the test pressure is not ex-
ceeded.
Bei Überschreitung der zulässigen Betriebstemperaturen
kann die ordnungsgemäße Funktion des Produkts nicht
gewährleistet sein.
If the allowed operating temperatures are exceeded,
the normal function of the product cannot be guaran-
teed.

For the disassembly of the product the refrigeration
circuit must be at zero pressure.

Sowohl das Gerät als auch die Transportverpackung be-
stehen zum überwiegenden Teil aus recyclingfähigen
Rohstoffen. Entsorgen Sie beides gemäß den geltenden
gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
Both the device as well as the transport packaging
mainly consist of recyclable raw materials. Please dis-
pose both of these according to the applicable legal
regulations.
