Workstation Assembly
Instructions
Parts List:
(1) Base with Casters and Rim
(1) Center Shelf with Rim
(2) Gear Guard Panels
(2) End Panels
Assembly tips: Assemble the workstation on a tarp or piece of cardboard to protect against scratches. Rubbing bar
soap on the Bolts will lubricate the threads for easier assembly.
Position the Center Shelf, Tabletop, and Gear Guard Panels
1. Lay one End Panel at on the oor as shown in g. 1. Place (8) Dowels in the face of the panel — see g. 1 for locations.
2. Position the Center Shelf as shown in g. 2. Pivot the shelf vertically onto its left edge. Press over the Center Shelf Dowels in
the End Panel (see g. 1). The Dowels should hold the shelf in place.
3. Position the Tabletop as shown in g. 3. Pivot the Tabletop vertically onto its left edge. Press over the Tabletop Dowels in
the End Panel. The Dowels should hold the Tabletop in place.
4. Position the Gear Guard Panels as shown in g. 4. Pivot one panel vertically onto its left edge. Press over the Gear Guard
Dowels in the front edge of the End Panel. Pivot the remaining Gear Guard Panel onto its right edge. Press over the Gear
Guard Dowels in the back edge of the End Panel. The Dowels should hold the panels in place.
Attach the second End Panel
5. Place (8) Dowels in the exposed ends of the Center Shelf, Tabletop, and Gear Guard Panels — see g. 2–4 for locations.
6. Position the remaining End Panel as shown in g. 5. Press the panel over the Dowels with the outer side facing up.
7. Using the Allen Wrench, screw (8) Bolts through the outside of the End Panel — see g. 5 for locations. Do not tighten fully.
Attach the Gear Guard Panels
8. Using the Allen Wrench, screw (6) Bolts through the Gear Guard Panels — see g. 4 for locations. Do not tighten fully.
Fasten the unsecured End Panel
9. Pivot the workstation to the left and onto its top — be careful to keep the unsecured End Panel in place as you pivot.
10. Using the Allen Wrench, screw (8) Bolts through the outside of the End Panel — see g. 5 for locations. Do not tighten fully.
Attach the Base
11. Insert (4) Dowels in the exposed edges of the End Panels — see g. 1 for locations.
12. Position the Base as shown in g. 6. Press the Base over the Dowels with the casters facing up. Be sure to align the rim with
the back of the workstation. Using the Allen Wrench, fully tighten (6) Bolts through the Base — see g. 6 for locations.
Complete Assembly
13. Use the Allen Wrench to fully tighten all bolts in the End Panels and Gear Guard Panels. Lock the casters and pivot the
workstation onto its base to complete assembly.
