Diese Betriebsanleitung vor dem Auspa-
cken und vor der Inbetriebnahme der Ma-
schine lesen und genau beachten. Bewah-
ren Sie die Betriebsanleitung gut und
immer griffbereit bei der Maschine auf. Um
Transportschäden zu vermeiden, be-
wahren Sie bitte die Verpackung auf und
benutzen Sie diese für eventuelle Rücksen-
dungen der KL-205 an den Hersteller bzw.
Lieferant für Service- und Reparaturar-
beiten. Bei Rücksendungen für Reparatur-
arbeiten bitte genaue Details über die
Mängel angeben.
ACHTUNG! Benutzen Sie zum Anheben
(Transport) der Maschine nur für das Ma-
schinengewicht (85 kg) geeignete Trans-
oder Metall-Hebegabeln). Plazieren Sie die
halb der Fläche der vier Maschinenfüße,
Maschinenunterseite. Maschine niemals an
anderen Maschinenteilen anheben. Dies kann
zu Beschädigungen führen.
Diese Betriebsanleitung gehört zu der
Schleifmaschine für Kreuzmesser und Loch-
scheiben KL-205 mit der auf dem Typen-
schild angegebenen Seriennummer. (Das
auf der Gehäuse-Rückseite).
Die Angaben in dieser Betriebsanleitung
können ohne vorherige Ankündigung
geändert werden. Ohne die vorherige
schriftliche Zustimmung der Firma Friedr.
Dick GmbH & Co. KG ist die vollständige
oder teilweise Vervielfältigung dieser
Betriebsanleitung sowie die Übersetzung in
eine andere Sprache nicht zulässig.
HINWEIS: Wird in der Betriebsanleitung auf
ein bestimmtes Einzelteil verwiesen, so ist
die dazugehörende Teilenummer in
Klammern angegeben. Diese Teilenum-
mern nden Sie in den Darstellungen,

Ersatzteilzeichnung und Ersatzteilliste

ges, please keep the packaging material
for eventual return of the KL-205 to the
manufacturer or supplier for service or
repair work. When sending the machine for
repair, please enclose accurate details
describing the defect.
ATTENTION! To lift the machine for trans-
port use suitable means according to
weight (85 kilos). For example with square
lifting forks. Place these, slip-proof, under
the machine within the surface between
the four machine buffers across both angle
sections.
These operating instructions belong to the
grinding machine for mincer knives and
plates KL-205 with the serial number
indicated on the type plate. (The type plate
will be found on the chassis).
Details given in these operating instruc-
tions can be changed without prior notice.

Placer-les, sans risque de glisser, exclusi-

dessous de la machine.

Prima di aprire l’imballo e di utilizzare la
macchina, leggere attentamente questo
manuale d’istruzioni. Tenere il manuale
d’istruzioni sempre in ordine ed a portata
di mano.
ATTENZIONE! Per sollevare (trasporto) la
macchina, usare soltanto sistemi di
trasporto (per es. legno duro quadrato
60x60mm o forcelle di sollevamento di
metallo) adatti al peso della macchina (85
Kg). Collocare i sistemi di trasporto in
modo che non possano scivolare, soltanto
nello spazio tra i quattro piedi della
macchina, trasversalmente ai due proli ad
angolo posti sotto la macchina.
Per prevenire danni durante il trasporto, si
prega di conservare l’imballo originale e di
utilizzarlo per la spedizione della KL-205 al
produttore o al fornitore per eventuali lavori
di manutenzione/riparazione. In caso
d’invio per lavori di riparazione, si prega di
esporre in modo dettagliato i difetti riscon-
trati. Questo manuale d’istruzioni è parte
integrante dell’aflatrice per coltelli croce e
piastre tritacarne KL-205 con il numero
di matricola riportato sulla targhetta
d’identicazione. (La targhetta d’iden-
ticazione della KL-205, si trova sulla
parte posteriore della copertura).

¡ATENCION! Para el transporte de la
máquina, usar medios apropiados según
su peso (85 kilos). Por ejemplo con varas
de madera dura, perl 60x60mm, o horco-
nes metálicos. Colocarlos, sin peligro de
resbalar, exclusivamente debajo de la
máquina entre las cuatro patas y en forma
transversal a los dos perles.
Para evitar daños durante el transporte,
conservar el embalaje para un eventual
reenvio al fabricante o distribuidor para
trabajos de mantenimiento o reparación.
En caso de reenvío para reparación
rogamos incluir detalles exactos por
escrito referentes al defecto.
Estas instrucciones de uso pertenecen a la

Beeinträchtigungen von Sachwerten folgende,
grundsätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu

Verbote zur Verhütung von Personen-
und Sachschäden.
HINWEIS: Besondere Angaben hin-
sichtlich der wirtschaftlichen Verwen-
dung und Handhabung der Maschine.
HINWEIS: Pfeile auf Maschinengehäu-
se (Schutzringe) für richtige Drehrich-
tung der Schleifmittel.
Gebotsschild: Schutzbrille benutzen.
Gebotsschild: Vor dem Öffnen Netz-
stecker ziehen.
Warnschild: Achtung Hochspannung.
2. Die Maschine darf nur von Personen be-
nutzt werden, die mit der Handhabung,
dem Einsatz und den Unfallverhütungs-
vorschriften vertraut sind, sowie beim
Arbeiten auftretende Gefahren erkennen
können und zuverlässig arbeiten.
3. Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich in Ord-
nung. Unordnung im Arbeitsbereich führt zu
Unfallgefahr.
4. Berücksichtigen Sie Umgebungseinflüs-
se. Setzen Sie die Maschine nicht dem Re-
gen aus. Benutzen Sie die Maschine nicht in
feuchter oder nasser Umgebung. Sorgen Sie
für gute Beleuchtung. Benutzen Sie die Ma-
schine nicht in der Nähe von brennbaren Flüs-
sigkeiten oder Gasen.
5. Halten Sie Unbefugte fern. Lassen Sie an-
dere Personen nicht die Maschine oder das
Kabel berühren. Halten Sie sie von Ihrem Ar-
beitsbereich fern.
6. Bewahren Sie Ihre Maschine sicher auf.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Maschine für Kin-
der und unbefugte Personen nicht erreichbar
ist.

ing instructions, general legal and other regu-
lations for the prevention of accidents and
environmental protection.

2. The machine may only be used by persons

rules for accident prevention and who are
able to recognize possible dangers and
work reliably.

environment. Keep working area well lit. Do
not use near inflammable liquids or gases.

13. Pflegen Sie Ihre Maschine mit Sorgfalt.

sicher zu arbeiten. Befolgen Sie die Wartungs-
vorschriften und die Hinweise für den Schleif-
mittelwechsel. Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig
den Stecker und das Kabel und lassen Sie

14. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker. Bei Nichtge-
brauch, vor der Wartung, Reinigung, Repara-
tur und Schleifmittelwechsel.
15. Lassen Sie keine Werkzeugschlüssel ste-
cken. Überprüfen Sie vor dem Einschalten,
dass alle Schlüssel und Einstellwerkzeuge
entfernt sind.
16. Kontrollieren Sie Ihre Maschine auf Be-
schädigungen.
Vor weiterem Gebrauch
der Maschine die Schutzeinrichtungen oder
leicht beschädigte Teile sorgfältig auf ihre
einwandfreie und bestimmungsgemäße
Funktion überprüfen. Überprüfen Sie, ob die
Funktion beweglicher Teile in Ordnung ist, ob
sie nicht klemmen oder ob Teile beschädigt
sind. Sämtliche Teile müssen richtig mon-
tiert sein und alle Bedingungen erfüllen, um
den einwandfreien Betrieb der Maschine zu
gewährleisten. Beschädigte Schutzvorrich-
tungen und Teile sollen sachgemäß durch
den Hersteller repariert oder ausgewechselt
werden, soweit nichts anderes in der Be-
triebsanleitung angegeben ist. Beschädigte
Schalter müssen beim Hersteller ersetzt
werden. Benutzen Sie keine Maschine, bei
der sich die Schalter nicht ein- und aus-
schalten lassen.
17. Halten Sie Abstand zu den rotierenden
Schleiftöpfen. Greifen Sie niemals in die
rotierenden Schleiftöpfe und/oder versuchen
Sie nie, diese mittels Gegenstände zu brem-
sen.

plug from the socket. Protect cable from heat,
oil and sharp edges.
12. Take a comfortable position when work-
ing. Avoid adopting tiring posture. Keep prop-
er footing and balance at all times.
13. Maintain machine with care. Keep the ma-
chine clean for good and safe performance.
Follow maintenance regulations and instruc-
tions for exchange of grinding means. Check
cable and plug regularly and, if damaged,
have same renewed by a specialist.
14. Disconnect plug. When not in use, before
cleaning, maintenance, repair or change of
grinding means.
15. Remove adjusting keys. Check that all keys
and tools have been removed before turning
machine on.
16. Check machine for damages. Before further
use of machine, check carefully protection
fittings and slightly damaged parts to guar-
antee perfect and proper function. Control
function of all movable parts, that they are
not damaged and do not jam. All parts must
be fitted correctly to ensure accurate func-
tion. Damaged protection fittings and parts
must be appropriately repaired or replaced by
the manufacturer unless otherwise indicated
elsewhere in this manual. Damaged switches
must be replaced by manufacturer. Do not use
any machine if switches cannot be turned on
and/or off.
17. Keep your distance from rotating grind-
ing means. Never reach for rotating grinding
wheel or cup or try to slow down by using ob-
jects of any sort.

mage, faire renouveler immédiatement par un

14. Débrancher les fiches de la prise. En cas de
non utilisation, avant le nettoyage, entretien,
réparation ou l’échange des meules.
15. Ne pas laisser clés dans la machine. Vérifier
avant de mettre la machine en marche que les
clés et outils d’ajustage sont enlevés.
16. Contrôler si la machine est endommagée.
Avant d’utiliser la machine à nouveau, véri-
fier tous les pièces de protection et pièces
légèrement endommagées pour garantir un
fonctionnement parfait et adéquat. Contrôler
le fonctionnement des pièces mobiles, si el-
les ne coincent pas ou sont endommagées.
Toutes les pièces doivent être montées cor-
rectement pour garantir un fonctionnement
précis. Dispositivs de protection et pièces
endommagées, doivent être réparés ou
échangés par le fabricant, à moins qu’autres
instructions soient contenues dans ce mode
d’emploi. Interrupteurs de commande défec-
tueux doivent être remplacés par le fabricant.
N’utiliser jamais la machine si les interrupteurs
ne puissent être enclenchés et/ou coupés
correctement.

16. Controlar la máquina por daños.
Antes
de utilizar la máquina nuevamente, controlar
todos los dispositivos de protección y piezas
levemente dañadas para asegurar un fun-
cionamiento perfecto y adecuado. Controlar
la función de todas las partes móviles, si no
están dañadas o atascan. Todas las piezas
deben ser montadas correctamente para ga-
rantizar una tarea segura y cumplir su función.
Los dispositivos de protección y piezas da-
ñadas deben ser reparados o reemplazados
adecuadamente por el fabricante al menos
que otra información sea dada en estas ins-
trucciones de uso. Interruptores defectuosos
deben ser reemplazados por el fabricante. Ja-

afferrati dalle parti in movimento. Se avete
capelli lunghi, portare una reticella per i ca-
pelli. Tutte le parti, come stoffe e bre, devono
essere tenute lontane dalla macchina in movi-
mento.
10. Durante il lavoro portare sempre occhiali
di protezione.
11. Non usare il cavo per scopi diversi da quelli
previsti. Non usare il cavo per estrarre la spi-
na dalla presa di corrente. Proteggere il cavo
dal calore, dall’olio o dagli spigoli vivi.
12. Non espandere troppo la zona in cui vi tro-
vate. Bisogna evitare una posizione anormale
del corpo, provvedere ad una posizione sicura
e tenersi in equilibrio in qualsiasi momento.
13. Provvedere scrupolosamente alla cura
della macchina. Per lavorare bene ed in ma-
niera sicura, tenete pulita la vostra macchina.
Seguire le norme di manutenzione e le indi-
cazioni per il cambio delle mole. Controllare
regolarmente la spina di corrente ed il cavo e,
nel caso di danneggiamento, fateli cambiare
da un elettricista specializzato.

und Lochscheiben KL-205 darf ausschließ-
lich zum Nachschärfen von magneti-
schen Kreuzmessern und Lochscheiben
zur Verwendung in Fleischwölfe benutzt
werden.
Auf der Planschleifstation können alle
gängigen Kreuzmesser und Lochscheiben
mit min. Ø40 mm bis max. Ø210 mm
nachgeschärft werden. Das Aufspannen des
Schleifgutes mit Außendurchmesser kleiner
80 mm und Materialstärke kleiner 8 mm darf
ausschließlich durch messerspezische
DICK-Original-Aufnahme- und -Aufschraub-
adapter erfolgen (siehe Kapitel 9.3). Auf der
Hinterschleifstation können alle gängigen
Kreuzmesser mit linearen Schneiden
(einseitig oder zweiseitig schneidend sowie
Turbomesser) von min. Ø40 mm bis max.
Ø210 mm (Flügellänge max. 73 mm)
hinterschliffen werden. Das Aufspannen des
Schleifgutes darf ausschließlich durch
messerspezische DICK-Original-Zentrier-
sätze erfolgen (siehe Kapitel 9.3). Mit auf
Anfrage erhältlichen DICK-Sonderspann-
mittel lassen sich auch Zwischenringe plan
schleifen.
Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende
Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsge-
mäß. Für hieraus resultierende Schäden
haftet die Firma Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co. KG
nicht. Das Risiko trägt allein der Anwender.
Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung
gehört auch das Beachten der Betriebsan-
leitung sowie die Einhaltung der Inspek-
tions- und Wartungsarbeiten. Nicht zulässig
ist das freihändige Schleifen nicht aufge-
führter Schnitt-, Stanz-, Spalt-, Zerspan-,
Schab-, Markierungs- und Nähwerk-
zeuge und –geräte, Maschinenmesser, das
Schleifen nichtmagnetischer Kreuzmesser,
Lochscheiben und Zwischenringe sowie ver-
schmutztes Schleifgut.
Es dürfen ausschließlich Original-Ersatzteile
und Sonderzubehör von der Firma Friedr.
Dick GmbH & Co. KG benutzt werden.
DICK machines are designed exclusively for
commercial use.
The KL-205 grinding machine for mincer
knives and plates may be used only for
resharpening magnetic mincer knives
and plates for use in meat grinders.
All common mincer knives and plates with a
minimum diameter of 40 mm to maximum
diameter of 210 mm can be resharpened on
the straight grinding station. Material to be
ground with outer diameter less than 80 mm
and material thickness less than 8 mm may
be clamped only with genuine DICK
mounting and screw-on adapters for the
specic type of knife (see Chapter 9.3). All
common mincer knives with linear blades
(single or double-side cutting as well as
turbo-blades) with minimum diameter of 40
mm to maximum diameter of 210 mm (max.
blade length 73 mm) can be relief ground on
the relief grinding station. The material to be
ground may be clamped only with the
genuine DICK centering set for the specic
type of knife (see Chapter 9.3). Intermediate
rings can also be at ground with DICK
special clamps available on request.
Any other type of use going beyond this is
not intended. Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co. KG
assumes no liability for damage resulting
from use other than intended. The user
carries the sole risk.
Use as intended also includes observing the
instructions for use as well as the inspection
and maintenance work.
Not permissible: Free-hand grinding of
cutting, punching, splitting, stock removal,
shaving, scraping, marking or sewing tools
and equipment not listed, machine knives,
grinding of non-magnetic mincer knives,
plates and intermediate rings or dirty materi-

La afiladora KL-205 debe ser usada

empleados en cruciformes de carne.

con diametro compreso tra 40 e 210 mm. Il
serraggio di prodotti da aflare con diametro
esterno inferiore a 80 mm e spessore del
materiale inferiore a 8 mm è possibile
esclusivamente con l’alloggiamento e
l’adattatore di avvitamento originali DICK
specici del coltello (vedere capitolo 9.3).
Sulla stazione di retticazione a spoglia è
possibile retticare a spoglia tutti i coltelli a
croce con taglio lineare di uso comune (con
taglio su uno o due lati e coltelli elettrici) con
diametro compreso tra 40 e 210 mm
(lunghezza max. aletta: 73 mm). Il serraggio
di prodotti da aflare è possibile esclusiva-
mente con i kit di centraggio originali DICK
specici del coltello (vedere capitolo 9.3).
Con le spianatrici speciali DICK disponibili su
richiesta è possibile retticare in piano anche
anelli distanziatori.
Un uso diverso o che ecceda i limiti speci-
cati è da considerarsi non conforme. La ditta

alcuna responsabilità per i danni derivanti da
tale uso. L’utilizzatore se ne assume ogni
rischio. L’uso conforme implica anche
l’osservanza delle istruzioni per l’uso e

Les machines DICK ont été uniquement
conçues pour être utilisées par des profes-
sionnels. Nous accordons une garantie de
douze mois à partir du jour de livraison
(preuve sur présentation de la facture) au
propriétaire d’une machine DICK. Tous les
produits abrasifs (pièces d’usure) sont
exclus de cette garantie. Nous déclinons
toute responsabilité pour les vices ou
dommages dus à une pose ou à une mise
en service incorrecte, à une utilisation
inappropriée, incorrecte ou non conforme
au mode d’emploi, et à des modications,
des remises en état non mentionnées dans
le mode d’emploi et effectuées sans
l’accord écrit de la société Friedr. Dick
GmbH & Co. KG ou à l’utilisation de pièces
d’usure et de rechange ou d’accessoires
d’autres fabricants, à la surcharge ou à la
manipulation incorrecte et à l’usure habitu-
elle. An de pouvoir proter de la garantie,
veuillez conserver la facture et envoyez-
nous l’original accompagné de votre
réclamation formulée par écrit. Ne nous
renvoyez pas la machine avant que nous
en ayons fait la demande. Nous vous
informerons dès réception de votre
réclamation écrite si elle nous est parvenue
dans les délais de la garantie, si vous êtes
en droit de proter de la garantie accordée,
si nous pouvons réparer la machine dans
vos locaux ou si vous devez nous la
renvoyer pour réparation. Nous ne prenons
pas à notre charge les frais de transport
pour les renvois effectués sans nous avoir
préalablement consultés. Pour éviter tout
dommage dû au transport, veuillez unique-
ment utiliser l’emballage d’origine pour le
renvoi de la machine. C’est pourquoi, nous
vous prions de le conserver. La garantie ne
concerne que l’amélioration des vices de
matériau et de fabrication. Notre service
après-vente décidera, de son propre chef,
soit de remettre les pièces défectueuses en
état, soit de les remplacer par des pièces
neuves. D’autres réclamations ne sont
acceptées qu’en cas d’exécution refusée,
sans succès ou excessive au sens légal
selon nos conditions générales de ventes,
de livraison et de paiement. Des entrepri-
ses spécialisées compétentes peuvent
également effectuer les réparations une
fois le délai de garantie écoulé. Utilisez
cependant uniquement des pièces de
rechange DICK d’origine et conservez la
facture de la réparation.

aber auch Ihre Mitwirkung, weshalb wir Sie
bitten, in Ihrem Interesse nachfolgendes zu
beachten.
DICK-Maschinen sind ausschließlich für
den gewerblichen Einsatz konzipiert. Für
DICK-Maschinen beträgt die Gewährlei-
stung gegenüber dem Eigentümer 12
Monate, gerechnet ab Liefertag (Nachweis
durch Rechnung). Von der Gewährleistung
ausgeschlossen sind sämtliche Schleifmit-
tel (Verschleißteile). Wir haften nicht für
Mängel oder Schäden, die durch
fehlerhafte Montage bzw. unsachgemäße
Inbetriebnahme, ungeeignete, unsachge-
mäße oder nicht entsprechend der Betrieb-
sanleitung erfolgende Verwendung, nicht in
der Betriebsanleitung aufgeführte und ohne
schriftliche Genehmigung der Firma Friedr.
Dick GmbH & Co. KG vorgenommene
Änderungen oder Instandsetzungsarbeiten,
Verwendung von Fremdersatz- und Fremd-
verschleißteilen bzw. Fremdzubehör,
Überlastung bzw. unsachgemäße Behand-
lung sowie übliche Abnutzung entstehen.
Zur Wahrung der Gewährleistung bewah-
ren Sie bitte die Rechnung auf und
übersenden uns diese im Original zusam-
men mit Ihrer schriftlichen Reklamation.
Schicken Sie uns bitte keine Maschine
zurück, ohne von uns hierzu aufgefordert
zu werden. Nach Eingang Ihrer schriftlichen
Reklamation werden wir Ihnen mitteilen, ob
sie fristgemäß und berechtigt ist und ob die
Reparatur von uns vor Ort durchgeführt
wird oder Sie gebeten werden, die Maschi-
ne zurückzusenden. Wir übernehmen keine
Transportkosten für von uns nicht
veranlasste Rücksendungen. Verwenden
Sie bitte zur Vermeidung von Transport-
schäden im Rahmen einer Rücksendung
ausschließlich die von uns zur Verfügung
gestellte Transportverpackung, die deshalb
aufzubewahren ist. Die Gewährleistung
bezieht sich ausschließlich auf Ausbesse-
rung von Material- und Fertigungsmängel.
Mangelhafte Teile werden nach unserer
Wahl von unserem Service unentgeltlich
instand gesetzt oder durch fabrikneue Teile
ersetzt. Weitergehende Ansprüche entste-
hen nur bei im Sinne des Gesetzes verwei-
gerter, fehlgeschlagener oder unzumutba-
rer Nacherfüllung gemäß unseren Allgemei-
nen Verkaufs-, Liefer- und Zahlungsbedin-
gungen. Außerhalb der Gewährleistung
können Reparaturen auch durch entspre-
chende Fachrmen ausgeführt werden.
Verwenden Sie jedoch ausschließlich
DICK-Original-Ersatzteile und verwahren
Sie die Reparaturrechnung.

DICK machines are exclusively designed
for commercial purposes. For DICK
machines a guarantee of 12 months is

description of complaint. Please do not
send the machine unless explicitly asked to
do so. After receipt of your written
complaint, we shall inform you if it is within
period of guarantee and justied and if
repair should be carried out by us on the
spot or if the machine is to be sent to
manufacturer. We do not take over
transport costs for machines which are sent
without explicit request. To prevent dama-
ges during transport, please keep original
packaging and use for delivery. The guaran-
tee is related exclusively to repairs concer-
ning faulty material and manufacturing.
Faulty parts will be either repaired or
changed by our service free of charge.
Further claims arise exclusively pursuant to
law in case of refused, failed or unaccepta-
ble fullment according to our general
terms of sale, delivery and payment. After
expiration of period of guarantee, the
machine may be repaired by specialists.
However, please use exclusively original
DICK spare parts and keep the repair bill.

Una decisión será tomada si la reparación
se lleva a cabo en el lugar de empleo o
debe ser entregada. No asumimos el costo
de transporte por máquinas que han sido
enviadas sin autorización explícita. Para
evitar daños durante el transporte,
rogamos mantener el embalaje de trans-
porte proporcionado y utilizarlo en caso de
reexpedición de la máquina. La garantía
está relacionada exclusivamente a repara-
ciones de material defectuoso y con

Reclamos adicionales surgen sólo en el

NOTE: For safety reasons the switch is
equipped with a low voltage release. In case
of interruption of current, the switch will turn
off automatically. This prevents the machine
from starting after current interruption. To
carry on working, machine must be turned
on again.
The main switch is additionally equipped
with a thermal overload protection to pre-
vent possible damage of cooling pump and
grinding motor caused by overload. In case
of overload, machine is turned off automati-
cally.
After machine has cooled off, (between 2 and
6 minutes) switch can be turned on again.
Switch (2326-1) turns cooling equipment on
and off: I = On, 0 = Off. The cooling equip-
ment runs only when main switch (1611) is
turned on.
The machine is delivered with following
tools and accessories:
1 Hexagonal socket head wrench - size 8
1 Screwdriver – size 5
1 Dressing stone for grinding cup
1 Litre anticorrosion additive
1 Grinding adapter 1 (Ø75×16)
1 Set fastening adapters/centring sets
(including grinding adapter 3)
INDICATION: Pour raisons de sécurité,
l’interrupteur est muni d’un déclencheur
de basse tension. Au cas où le courrant est
coupé, l’interrupteur déclenche automa-
tiquement. Ceci empêche que la machine
enclenche après une panne de courant.
Pour continuer à travailler, enclencher à
nouveau.
L’interrupteur principal est aussi equipé
d’une protection de surcharge thermale
pour prévenir possibles domages de la
pompe de refroidissement et moteur d’af-
fûtage causés par surcharge. En cas de
surcharge, la machine déclenche automa-
tiquement.
Après le refroidissement de la machine (en-
tre 2 et 6 minutes) enclencher à nouveau.
L’interrupteur (2326-1) met l’equipement de
refroidissement en marche et hors circuit: I
= enclenché, 0 = déclenché. L’equipement
de refroidissement fonctionne uniquement
quand l’interrupteur principal (1611) est en-
clenché.
La machine est livrée avec suivants
outils et accessoirs:

1 Adaptateur d’affûtage 1 (Ø75×16)

HINWEIS: Der Schalter ist zu Ihrer Sicher-
heit mit einer Unterspannungs-Auslösung
ausgestattet. Bei einer Stromunterbrechung
schaltet sich der Schalter selbsttätig aus.
Dadurch wird verhindert, dass die Maschine
nach einer Stromunterbrechung selbsttätig
wieder anläuft. Um weiterarbeiten zu kön-
nen, muss nach einer Stromunterbrechung
die Maschine wieder eingeschaltet werden.
Um die Kühlmittelpumpe und den Schleif-
motor vor Beschädigung durch Überlastung
zu schützen, ist der Hauptschalter zusätz-
lich mit einem thermischen Überlastschutz
ausgestattet. Bei Überlastung schaltet die-
ser die Maschine automatisch ab.
Nach Abkühlung des Motors (ca. 2 bis 6
Minuten) lässt sich der Schalter wieder ein-
schalten.
Mit dem Schalter (2326-1) lässt sich die
Kühlmitteleinrichtung Ein- und Ausschalten:
I = Ein, 0 = Aus. Die Kühlmitteleinrichtung
läuft nur bei eingeschaltetem Hauptschalter
(1611).
