dicodes Dani Extreme V2 How to use

The Dani Extreme V2 is an electronically controlled MOD that can be
used
with various atomizers of different sizes and diameters. It is
offered in
three different sizes and engineered to use one Li-Ion
battery of size
18350, 18500 or 18650.
The MOD is equipped with a graphical OLED display w hich provides status
information for 4 seconds after each vape.
Temperature controlled mode:
Battery
Always use batteries with high drain or very high current capability (even w ith
lower capacitance, except if power is below 20W). Avo id use no-name
products. Insert the battery wit h the plus terminal towards the atomizer.
Dani Extreme V2 The Extreme V2 is the next generation of the popular Dani Extreme. It
is equipped with an OLED display, has a power output
of up to 40W
(up to 12V or 15A at the coil) and provides the option of
temperature
controlled vaping with many different kinds of wire-materials—
dicodes-wire, nickel, titan, appropriate stainless steel, and many
others. We recommend the dicodes-wire for optimal performance and
flavor experience.

Switch Of f Device
Beside the A uto-Power-Off feature, the user can manua lly turn off the device. It
is recommended that the user turn off the device before replacing the battery,
because then the statistic countersa re saved. Otherwise the
changes since the
last p ower up are lost .

Error Messages
If an error occurs, the mod directly j umps tot he errorm enu and
displays the error number and a mnemonic (short -term) description.
Important Errorsa re (for further information, pl ease refer to manual ):
1 ChkAt om: No atomiz er detected or open coil.
2 TempRef: A probl emdur ing the temperature reference measurement occurred
4 OverCur: Short on coil or coil breakdown (open)
(*1) This measuremen t isimportant for t emperature controlled vaping. Make sure, that the c oil has cooled down
before performing t he reference measurement. Otherwise the temperatu re display and control will have an offset.
E.g.: If doneat 40°C coil temp erature the actu al temperature will be 240°C inst ead of selected 220°C.
(*1 ) The te mperatur e coefficient depends on the type of wire material, a nd resista nce rang e 100 to 650: 320 =dicodes-
wire, 620=Nickel a bout 105=Stainless Steel, 350=Titanium (fire dang er), 480=Tungsten (Wol fram).
Value to s et =Literature-valu e*10E5 K. ExampleNi 6.2E-3*1 /K *10E5*K =620.
(*2 ) Setting 1 (fast est) as 2 but wit hout animation (vi sual shift effect ), setting5 (sl owest) as 4, but without
fast auto-r epeat.
(*3 ) Auto calibration is per formed, wh en MODis sw itched on, or when ato mizer was removed and new atomi zer
is applied ( when MOD isa lready on).
