The VoiceGATE System.
VoiceGATE is the Digicom’s solution for all the VoIP
applications (Voice over IP).
A range of devices suitable for the most different needs,
projected and carried out with the latest technologies.
VoiceGATE SIP uses a powerful processor to have a
Bridge/IPRouterwithverygood performances inAudio,
Video and Data applications.
Different Needs.
VoiceGATESIPhasbeen projectedtobe used inseveral
applications. It can be the solution for the new Telecom
Operators or in SOHO environments, according to the
version available.
VoiceGATE SIP
VoiceGATE SIP is a device based on the SIP protocol
(Session Initiation Protocol) that guarantees the
interoperability with a larger number of Telecom
operators using this protocol to offer VoIP telephony
services through the Internet connection.
Itispossibletocarry out applications with free of charge
calls between VoIP users and with very advantageous
ratesin case of callstothe PSTN or totheGSM network.
This innovative technology is often associated to
softwares to be installed on your computer; with
VoiceGATE SIP you will be able to carry out the same
functionalities but using the traditional phones (analog
orISDN) without dependingonthe computer and always
having the service available.
Built-in 10/100 switch.
VoiceGATE SIP has got a 3 or 4 ports 10/100 switch
depending on the version. This allows you to directly
connectthecomputersof yournetwork totheVoiceGATE
SIP with better performances.

VoiceGATE SIP
The advantages of a modular solution.
VoiceGATE SIP is available in a complete range of
versions suitable for any needs. There are models with
analog ports (up to 4ab) or ISDN (2BRI).
Interconnection with PABX.
VoiceGATE SIP can be used in Trunk applications, it
substitutes the local lines of the PABX.
Security and Firewall.
The security of your accesses is guaranteed by the
firewallfunction. VoiceGATESIPintegratesfunctionslike
the Packet Filtering (Logical Port control, Source
address, Destination address, MAC address) and DOS
protection (Denial of Service).
ADSL and Ethernet.
VoiceGATESIPis available withtwo differentgeographic
interfaces: ADSL and Ethernet.
The version with built-in ADSL router is suitable for all
those access applications of main or branch offices.
TheBridge/Ethernet version isusedwhentheInternet
router is already installed.
