door. Bij schade aan het product ontstaan door het niet juist opvolgen van deze handleiding vervalt de aanspraak op ga‐

Beschrijving van het product
De DR5039 is een universele adapter om zogenaamde CDE boosters aan te sluiten op centrales met een
LocoNet‐B uitgang. De DR5039 hee 4 verschillende aansluitmogelijkheden voor CDE boosters. Elk van de 4
aansluingen hee eigen kortsluitbewaking en ‐melding. De DR5039 kan, via LocoNet CV (LNCV) op een aantal
manieren ingesteld worden. De instellingen regelen hoe de DR5039 aan de centrale een eventuele kortsluing
meldt.
Standaard wordt bij een kortsluing een GP‐OFF naar het LocoNet gestuurd. Bij gebruik aan een DR5000, gee
de DR5000 aan welke van de 4 CDE aansluingen de kortsluing hee veroorzaakt. De DR5039 zelf gee
middels LED signalering ook aan welke van de CDE aansluingen kortsluing veroorzaakt hebben. Daarnaast
bezit de DR5000 een indicae over het al dan niet aanwezig zijn van een RailSync signaal op de LocoNet‐B
ingang
Via de DR5039 kunt u nu ook CDE‐compable boosters op uw DR5000 aansluiten.
De DR5039 is ook geschikt om alle niet‐Digikeijs centrales die over een LocoNet‐B aansluing beschikken, bij
voorbeeld Digitrax® centrales, de mogelijkheid tot gebruik van CDE boosters te geven. Een eventueel op de
LocoNet‐B ingang aanwezig RailCom® signaal, wordt transparant doorgegeven aan de CDE aansluingen.
Product descripon
The DR5039 is a universal adapter to connect so‐called CDE boosters to central‐units with a LocoNet‐B output.
The DR5039 has 4 different connecvity opons for CDE boosters. Each of the 4 connecons is fied with its
own short‐circuit monitoring and noficaon. The DR5039 can be set‐up, in a number of ways through LocoNet
CV (LNCV). The sengs control how the DR5039 reports any short circuits to the central.
In case of a short circuit, a GP‐OFF is sent to the LocoNet by default. When using a DR5000, the DR5000
ndicates which of the 4 CDE connecons has caused the short circuit. The DR5039 itself also indicates which of
the CDE connecons has caused a short circuit by means of a LED indicator. The DR5000 also features an
indicator that signals the presence of a RailSync signal on the LocoNet‐B input.
With the DR5039 you can now also connect CDE‐compable boosters to your DR5000. The DR5039 is also
suitable for all non‐Digikeijs centrals that have a LocoNet‐B connecon, for example Digitrax® centrals, making
it possible to use CDE boosters. Any RailCom® signal present on the LocoNet‐B input, is transparently
transmied to the CDE connecons.

Produktbeschreibung
Beim DR5039 handelt es sich um einen universellen Adapter, um sogenannte CDE‐Booster an Zentralen mit ei‐
nem LocoNet‐B Ausgang anzuschließen. Der DR5039 verfügt über 4 verschiedene Anschlussmöglichkeiten für
CDE‐Booster. Jeder der Anschlüsse besitzt eine eigene Kurzschlussüberwachung und –meldung. Der DR5039
kann über LocoNet CV (LNCV) auf unterschiedliche Weisen eingestellt werden. Die Einstellungen regeln, wie
der DR5039 einen eventuellen Kurzschluss an die Zentrale meldet.
Standardmäßig wird bei einem Kurzschluss ein GP‐OFF an das LocoNet gesendet. Bei Nutzung an einem DR5000
zeigt der DR5000 an, welcher der 4 CDE‐Anschlüsse den Kurzschluss verursacht hat. Der DR5039 selbst zeigt
miels der LED‐Signalisierung auch an, welche der CDE‐Anschlüsse den Kurzschluss verursacht haben. Zudem
besitzt der DR5000 eine Indikaon über das Vorhandensein oder Nichtvorhandensein eines RailSync‐Signals auf
dem LocoNet‐B Eingang.
Über den DR5039 können Sie jetzt auch CDE‐kompable Booster an Ihren DR5000 anschließen.
Der DR5039 eignet sich auch dazu, alle nicht‐Digikeijs‐Zentralen, die über einen LocoNet B Anschluss verfügen,
beispielsweise Digitrax®‐Zentralen, die Möglichkeit zur Verwendung von CDE‐Boostern zu geben. Ein eventuel‐
les auf dem LocoNet‐B Eingang vorhandenes RailCom®‐Signal wird transparent an die CDE‐Anschlüsse über‐
mielt.
Descripon du produit
De DR5039 est un adaptateur universel permeant de raccorder ce qu’on appelle les amplificateurs CDE aux
centrales avec une sore LocoNet‐B. Le DR5039 possède 4 différentes possibilités de connexion pour les
amplificateurs CDE. Chacune des 4 connexions possède sa propre surveillance et communicaon de
court‐circuitage. Le DR5039 peut par LocoNet CV (LNCV) être paramétré de différentes manières. Les
paramétrages règlent comment le DR5039 communique un éventuel court‐circuit à la centrale.
De manière standard, un GP‐OFF est envoyé à LocoNet en cas de court‐circuitage. En ulisant un DR5000, le
DR5000 indique laquelle des 4 connexions CDE a causé le court‐circuit. Le DR5039 indique au moyen d’une
signalisaon LED laquelle des connexions CDE a causé un court‐circuit. Le DR5000 possède en outre une
indicaon concernant la présence ou l’absence d’un signal RailSync sur l’entrée LocoNet‐B.
Par le DR5039, vous pouvez aussi raccorder à présent des amplificateurs compables CDE sur votre DR5000.
Le DR5039 convient aussi à toutes les centrales non Digikeijs disposant d’un LocoNet‐B, par ex. les centrales
Digitrax®, d’une possibilité d’offrir l’ulisaon d’amplificateurs CDE. Un signal RailCom® éventuellement
présent sur l’entrée LocoNet‐B est communiqué de manière transparente aux connexions CDE.

De DR5039 is vanuit de fabriek zodanig ingesteld dat het aan alle geteste centrales (Lenz™ LZV100, Roco™ MulMaus, Roco™ Z21™ ,
Roco™ z21™(wit), Intellibox™, TwinCenter™ en DR5000) out of de box werkt. Beschikt u over een centrale die LNCV programmering
ondersteund dan kunt u aan de DR5039 het volgende configureren:
