Temperature Setting (Upper)
Actual Temperature is shown
when machine is power on.
Press to set wanted
temperature. When Go/Stop key
is pressed, heating starts when
Set-temp is higher than Actual
Temp. Green light is ON, it turns
off when Set- temp is reached
Heating and Ultrasonic will be
on-off automatically to keep
wanted temperature.
Timer setting ( Lower)
Press “Hr” to set Hour (Blinding)
or “Min” to set Minute (Blinding)
Press to adjust and
leave 3 second for Auto-entered.
In 10L or large size model:
Set to “--:--”is non-stop mode
Under Ultrasonic mode,
maximum setting is 59min (Set
Hour is inactivated)
Silent (Ultrasonic Pause) /
Adjust (Manual Calibration A-mode)
Press to enter silent mode during
operation, heating is kept going, only
Ultrasonic is stopped, touch again to
release silent function.
Press and hold 3 second this button,
A-mode will be retracted, LED will
show A. Deviation of temperature can
be offset (calibration) within range -5
to +5oC. Press&hold 3 seconds to
confirm, then system will reset
automatically and show an indication
DOT-light at the lower right corner of
Set Temperature LED.
Preset Programming (P) mode
Press to show P1, then set Temp. and
Timer, Press ON or press again P can
memorize this setting, repeat to set
from P1-P8
Power On/Off
After plug-in power, LED display
Auto-ON, hold and press 3 seconds
this button to switch off.
Touch-press again to switch on.
SousVide Function : (Upper)
Must add water up to rim
level (More water will help
accuracy). When all settings
are done, press Go/Stop to
start SousVide cooking. Blue
light at left side of timer will
be “Blinding”.Timer starts
counting down when
temperature gets to Set
Level. Ultrasonic function is
automatically started to
conduct heating and facilitate
circulation. When Auto-Stop,
3 seconds Beep will be
sounded.
Ultrasonic Function: (Lower)
Press this Go/Stop to start
Ultrasonic-cleaning after
water is filled in and settings
are done. Blue light by the
timer will be ON “Steadily”.
Press Go/Stop once again to
stop operation manually.
