1) Security
Please read this manual carefully before using it!
●To avoid fire or electric shock, please do not use the pump
outdoors, or in a humid environment.
●To reduce the risk of electric shock and the possibility of damage to the
equipment, please use a standard 220 V AC plug with a ground connection.
●When installing, first plug the 220VA C power cord into the socket at the rear
of the pump, then turn on the power.
●Please do not place heavy objects on the pump or allow liquid to enter the
pump.
●Please do not cover the vents of the pump.
●Since some of the electrical components of the pump are in operation after
the power is turned on, please turn off the power after stopping the pump,
if it is not used in a long period of time, please unplug the power cord.
● The tube is the only consumable. Cracks due to tube wear may cause liquid
to leak out of the tube, then it may cause damage to human or equipment.
It depends on your understanding and control of the fluid being pumped,
with no legal causal relationship to the pump.

2 ) Get to know the peristaltic pump.
The 353 series peristaltic pump is a smart pump that combines flow, timing
and fill dosing functions. It can be operated by buttons, or controlled by an
external signal or foot switch. It has a full speed emptying function and the
suction angle etc can be adjusted. The high definition LCD display shows
pump speed, flow rate, operating parameters and other information on the
same screen. It is a multifunctional intelligent product with the advantages of
simple operation, stable and reliable performance, long-term continuous
operation, and the ability to save input work parameters. It is suitable for
bioengineering, chemical, pharmaceutical, hospital, food. laboratories of
production and research units, etc. It is an essential product for fluid testing
and scientific research.

Flow description
1. The flow is measured at room temperature of 23°C and without pressure at
the inlet and outlet, and when clean water is pumped.

5 ) How to use
1) Install the pump head
2) Install the tube
. Align the pump head output shaft
with the groove in the rubber coupling
and rotate it to align the pump head
locating hole with the drive locating pin
Tighten the two screws separately. Note:
1. When tightening the screws, the user should try to
ensure that the two screws have the same tightness and
should not be over-tightened to prevent the pump head
from being deformed and causing noise.
First turn the lever counterclockwise to raise the
upper clamp.
Then push up the clips on both sides of the
pump head, put the tube into the pump head
(the gap between the upper and lower
Finally, turn the lever clockwise to depress the upper
clamp and the tube installation is complete. (Note:
The tube clips on both sides of the pump head are
fixed freely by the spring. You can slide the clips
freely during charging.

Observation:
1. The pump head is installed on the motor at the factory. Only remove the pump head
when cleaning or replacing the pump head. Please follow the steps above when
installing.
3) Use the bomb
Turn on the power → welcome interface → standby operation.
The factory setting is the basic common "flow" runtime program.
The peristaltic pump has a power off memory function. When the " start -stop" button is
pressed or the power is turned off, the peristaltic pump remembers the last set state.
Knob: a) For speed adjustment in the running state, rotate to change the speed and flow
of the pump, press to enter the flow percentage adjustment (rotation can be
corrected, then press memory and exit).
b) Setting button: in standby mode, press once to enter menu, rotate to select parameter,
press again to confirm (can be used alternately during operation).
Star /Stop: In operation, as an operation command button.
Cw / ccw: The address can be changed in the working or standby state.
Return: Returns to the previous level in the menu options.

Full Speed - Full speed emptying, press to highest pump speed, press again to restore,
press start-stop button to stop, use as a cleaning tube in the app.
Remark: only “Knob” is valid in the external control standby state, and the other function
buttons are invalid (entering the setup menu through the “Knob”, the external
control enable is disabled for interface button to take effect).
4) Function introduction
The pump accepts button control, foot control or external signal control.
Control button: The pump is operated by the pump button, the rotation speed can be
arbitrarily rotated to adjust the flow rate, the pump can be started and
stopped, the direction can be changed, and the maximum speed command
can be executed.
Foot Switch Control: The pump can automatically recognize the foot switch and can be
used as a start and stop command button. For more information,
please refer to the configuration interface.
External signal control: can provide analogue communication protocol, etc. to control
the pump.
The factory setting of the pump is push button control. If you need to externally control
the pump, please press “Knob” in the standby state → select “Parameter setting” → set
the external control enable to “ON” state (if you need to set it to Internal control, set it to
"off").

Timing (reserve switch)
Filling (automatic operation or accepting the signal from the infrared switch to fill or stop
filling without bottle. The wiring method is the same as that
of the foot switch)
External control: accept analogue set speed, variable direction, start and stop, pin
definitions See Figure 2
Detailed function settings:
a) Configuration of the function:
The pump has timing, flow, and fill modes of operation. The factory default setting is flow
mode, as the basic function of the pump, the standby interface can be operated directly.
Timing and filling functions need to enter the third level menu for the corresponding
operation. setting.
b) Time setting:
You can freely set the delay time, running time, interval time, number of cycles, flow rate,
etc. of the bomb.
c) Filling configuration:
You can freely set the volume of liquid pumped (filling volume), the interval time (bottle
movement time), the number of dispenses (filling times) and the flow rate (speed) in
the filling setting interface.
You can choose between automatic program filling and infrared sensor filling (users
provide infrared devices with the function of stopping filling without a bottle).

d) Configuration of parameters:
Pump head model: Please choose the correct head, otherwise it will affect the flow
accuracy.
Tube diameter: This is directly related to the flow rate.
External control: button control is set to "off" and external control is set to "on".
Machine number: for 485 communication, pump identification
Foot Switch: There are two working modes to choose from in flow mode.
Jog) mode : down is a continuous state, up to another state of continuous work.
Pulse mode (continuous) : Switch the start and stop state each time you step.
There is only pulse mode in timing and fill modes.
Back suction angle: Generally used for filling working conditions, in order to avoid
liquid dripping after stopping the pump. The liquid is automatically inverted every time
the pump is stopped, and the angle can be set.

6) Menu setting
On the initial screen, pressing the
Knob for 3 seconds will enter this

This mode is used to program
timed dispenses with a pause in
between.
If we select this mode it is to work in Manual mode, the pump will work
manually when we press the Start button. It is configured from Parameter
This mode is used to make dosages indicating the volume to be dosed.

The pump is calibrated at the factory, correctly indicating the type of tube,
the pump already knows how long it has to work to dose the desired
volume or it will indicate the volume that it will dose in the time that we
establish.
If we verify that there is a small deviation, from the CHECK menu we can
adjust this deviation.

7) Maintenance
1) Before each start of the peristaltic pump, carefully check whether the
tubing is damaged. Before the machine stops working, please pump
water to clean the tube. In order to prolong the life of the tube, especially
after running at high speed (100rpm or more) for 8 hours, the tube should
be pulled out (suction end) by 80 to 100mm to prevent the tube from
dislodging. being crushed at a certain fixed point due to compression of
the tube by the roller, Damage to the tube due to excessive wear or
bending (especially for normal life tube).
2) The silicone tube is not resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, organic solvent.
It is better to use a short length of silicone tubing to be immersed in the
solution to be pumped before use, to avoid corrosion and rupture of the
tubing during use, causing liquid to leak and corrode the pump head. the
pump and flow into the pump body to damage the machine.
3) Often check the extruded part of the silicone tube to prevent the tube from
aging and damage, so as to prevent the liquid from flowing into the pump
body and damaging the motor and circuit. When it is found that the
silicone tube is aging, it should be replaced in time. In order to extend the
life of the silicone tube, the extruded part of the silicone tube is often
replaced. The silicone tube should be removed when it is not used for a
long time.
4) Since the roller is rolling and rubbing, it is necessary to keep the inside of
the rolling groove clean.
5) The tubing used in the peristaltic pump is a special high-elastic silicone
tubing. During the use of the pump, other tubes should not be used
instead (if you need to pump strong acid, strong alkali, organic solvent or

Annex 2 Definition of external control terminal
Input Terminal Definition
1 ) ON/OFF is the start and stop control, CW/CCW is the positive and negative control.
