Cleaning & Maintenance of Cart
• Only use cleaning products specified as being aluminum and plastic safe, depending on the part of the cart being
cleaned. Never use chlorides, bromides or iodides to clean the unit, as this may cause corrosion. Consult the label
or cleaner manufacturer for properuse.
• Rinse with fresh water immediately after every cleaning, and wipe dry to remove any water residue.
• Do not use any metal brushes, metal cleaning pads or steel wool, as this can cause scratches or corrosion.
• Always clean the aluminum or stainless steel in the direction of the metal grain to prevent marking the surface.
• Light and frequent cleanings will prolong the life and appearance of the unit.
Type of Cleaning Instructions
Typical Cleaning Use mild soap or detergent diluted with warm water; apply to unit with
a clean sponge or cloth. Rinse with clean, warm water and wipe dry.
Add a small amount of vinegar to solution if more aggressive cleaning
is required.
Grease, Oil or Heavy Soiling Use a commercial detergent that does not contain chlorides, bromides
or iodides. Clean per the instructions on the label.
Periodically check that all hardware is secure, and tighten as needed.
Inspect the cart for broken or worn parts, and discontinue use until they are fixed or replaced.
