This unit contains a ceramic heating element that will reach very
high
temperatures
rapidly.
Never touch any of the hot surfaces of titanium, quartz, or glass.
The LED light can burn out over time and should not be
relied upon as a power indicator. Always proceed with extreme caution even when the light is off. Allow up to 30 minutes for the components to cool
to a safe temperature once the vaporizer is turned off. Severe burns, personal injury, and fire and property damage can occur if these warnings are
ignored.

DO NOT
attach the handpiece before the vaporizer is at operating temperature. The titanium heater can expand and cause the handpiece to
get stuck or the glass to break. If this occurs, allow the unit to fully cool and the handpiece can safely be removed.

Quick Instructions: VAPORIZING HERB
•
For vaporizing herb, turn the dimmer switch to about the 6 o'clock position.
•
Pack the handpiece with about

Connect the handpiece to the heater cover (once at operating temperature) and inhale.
•
Stir the herbal contents between pulls for more vapor.
•
Expel herbal material into a fireproof container after use.
Quick Instructions: LIQUIDS or EXTRACTS
•
For vaporizing liquids or extracts, the dimmer switch can be turned all the way up. The optional carb cap allows for lower temperature
use.
•
Connect the handpiece to the heater cover (once at operating temperature).
•
Place a small amount of material into the recessed dish area of the quartz and inhale simultaneously.
•
If using the optional carb cap, place it over the heater cover after applying the liquid or extract and partially cover the carb hole with your
finger to allow limited airflow. (The carb cap allows the user to take lower temperature pulls and still completely vaporize the material.)
INITIAL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS- MUST READ FOR SAFE USE
Remove all packing materials before plugging and powering on the vaporizer. The heater cover needs to be free of all debris before any heat is
applied. Plug in the unit to an appropriate power source. Place in a safe area where it will not be disturbed. Allow the unit to preheat for at least 25
minutes at full temperature before inhaling from the pieces. Turn the dimmer switch all the way clockwise. This will allow the ceramic heater to reach
full temperature and burn off any residual from the manufacturing process. The titanium and quartz heater covers will oxidize with temperature and
whiten in color overtime. This is completely normal and an unavoidable reality of heating titanium or quartz to high temperatures. The optional
titanium handpiece should not oxidize unless it is left on the heater cover for more than 30 seconds at a time. Titanium will turn bronze, purple, and
then whiten when heated repeatedly.
HEATER COVER-
Ditanium Vapor®
's heater cover design, US Patent
009814270B2, can be taken apart for cleaning or to replace the quartz
nail. The cover consists of three pieces that screw together to fasten
tightly. The covers may become lose if they are rotated counter clockwise
and can easily be tightened by turning the parts clockwise. The ribs on
piece 3 should be held to align the cover to the center of the opening so
the parts remain fastened tightly.
To remove:
First unscrew piece 1. Next unscrew piece 2 by holding the
ribs piece 3. Now the quartz nail can be removed.
To assemble:
First position the quartz nail over piece 3. Next screw on
piece 2 firmly by holding the ribs on piece 3. Finally screw on piece 1.

GENERAL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS-
This vaporizer works by pulling hot air over tobacco, or herbal material to extract the oils and chemical components, while leaving behind the harmful
tars associated with smoking. It also has a heated platform to directly place liquids and various botanical extracts on for an all-in-one unit vaporizing
experience! Please know what you are vaporizing and its effects.

is not responsible for any illness or medical issues that can occur
from inhaling any substance. The metal components are pure Grade

titanium, selected for its superior heating properties. We make no guarantee
as to the safety of inhaling anything with heated titanium or quartz, in spite of it being a common practice. Please read all applicable FDA and surgeon
general warnings before vaporizing any substance. The Food and Drug Administration have not evaluated this product. This product is not intended
to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. This product should only be used with USA federally legal substances. Examples include: tobacco,
shisha, vape liquids, herbs, and botanical extracts such as lavender, eucalyptus, and peppermint
For Vaporizing Herbal Materials:
•
Turn on the
Ditanium Vapor®
all-in-one enail and vaporizer by turning the dimmer switch clockwise. Setting the temperature will depend
on what is being vaporized, the user's air inhalation rate and the packing technique. Try turning the dimmer to the 12:00 o'clock position to
start and allow the unit to preheat for 5-10 minutes before using. The heater ramps up to full temperature within 30 seconds, but the unit
will function properly once all the titanium and quartz parts are heated.
•
The handpiece will get warm quickly and start to vaporize properly when the temperature of the material is around 300 degrees
Fahrenheit This can take a couple of draws of air to bring up to the correct temperature. Vapor should be a light mist and the material left
over should never blacken or ignite. If the material is being severely browned, the temperature is too hot or the speed at which air is being
drawn is too slow. Try turning down the temperature, drawing air faster, or packing less densely. No vapor means not hot enough or not
enough material to provide for a dense vapor draw.
•
The handpiece will give approximately 3-10 vapor draws before needing reloading. Too much herbal material loaded will overflow into
heater cover and can result in ignition.
•
The herbal material should be stirred between pulls using a fireproof tool such as a titanium rod. When the material is exhausted, evacuate
it into a fireproof container being careful not to make contact with the hot titanium parts.
MAKE SURE TO SET THE HANDP1ECE
ASSEMBLY ON A TEMPERATURE AND FIREPROOF SURFACE AFTER USE TO AVOID ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE.
The vaporizer may be left on for any period of time but we recommend
always turning off when not in use to prolong the
life of all components.
To vaporize herb, there should be a screen in
the handpiece to stop the herbal material
from passing through. Grind up the herbal
material to a very fine consistency and
vacuum into the handpiece assembly by
drawing in air. Fill the handpiece with about

material is not packed in or not finely
ground, it will result in poor density vapor
pulls.

NEVER LEAVE THE TITANIUM HANDPIECE
CONNECTED TO THE HEATER FOR MORE
THAN 30 SECONDS.
If used just for extracts
or liquids, the metal handpiece and screen are
not needed. The glass handle can be connected
directly to the heater assembly and left in
place for a hands-free experience. Wait until
the unit is preheated before connecting the
glass handle as the metal can expand when
heated and break the glass.

For Aroma Therapy Use:
The mouthpiece is shaped like a 14/20mm
ground glass joint so it will also attach to any
standard glass piece for a water-filtered
experience.
The two most common sizes of glass joints

For Vaporizing Liquids and Extracts:
•
Turn on the
Ditanium Vapor®
all-in-one enail and vaporizer by turning the dimmer switch clockwise. Setting the temperature will depend
on what is being vaporized and the user's preference. The unit can be turned up all the way for temperatures ranging past 750° F on the
titanium and quartz heater platform. Our optional carb-cap/aromatherapy bowl can be utilized for lower temperature draws where there
is leftover material in the heater platform.
•
To vaporize liquid or extracts, connect the handpiece to the heater cover.
•
Begin drawing air though the connected tube and mouthpiece. The mouthpiece is shaped like a 14/20mm ground glass joint so it will also
attach to any standard glass piece for a water-filtered experience.
•
Cover the heater platform with the carb-cap/aromatherapy bowl for lower temperature draws where there is leftover material in the
heater platform. The carb-cap/aromatherapy bowl will get extremely hot when connected to the heater cover. Make sure to set on a
temperature and fireproof surface after use to avoid accidental damage. Allow 30 minutes to cool before handling.
Use a titanium rod to place extracts in the
recessed area of the quartz nail, or use a
glass eyedropper for liquids.
Make sure to inhale as contact is made
with the heater, or vapor will not be
captured.

Extracts and liquids can be vaporized
without the metal handpiece and screen
for hands-free experience. Simply
disconnect the metal handpiece and use
just the glass handle to connect to the
heater assembly.
The optional carb cap/aromatherapy bowl can be
placed on top of the heater cover and filled with
liquids such as essential oils. Be careful not to
overfill or move the unit once filled causing liquid
to spill on to the heater cover.
The carb cap/
aromatherapy bowl will get extremely hot
when left on the heater and should never be
handled without cooling for at least 30 minutes.

MAINTENANCE-
Your
Ditanium Vapor®
all-in-one enail and vaporizer should provide years of worry-free service. Here are a few tips to keep it
going and get the most use of the unit.
•
The titanium and quartz heater cover will oxidize from heat but can be cleaned. Please see the
HEATER COVER
section. We do not
recommend scraping or attempting to grind off the white oxidation that occurs overtime. The heater cover acts as a self-cleaning device as
the heat being applied never allows much residue to build in the chamber.
•
Some of our vaporizers have clear coat finishes, but many units have a natural rubbed oil finish. The wood over time can start to lose its
vitality and sheen as the oils dry out. Simply apply boiled linseed oil to the unit to restore it to like-new condition if it has a natural oil finish.
The screen in the handpiece needs to be cleaned
and replaced often for optimal performance. The
old screen for the glass handpiece needs to be
pushed out of position and the new 3/4"screen
wedged into place. We recommend using two
skewer rods to manipulate the screen into position
and unfold within the groove. On the quick screen
change titanium handpiece, the screens can be
changed by simply unscrewing the two titanium
parts of the handpiece counter clockwise and
replacing with 5/8" steel screens. Visit us at

Performance is greatly affected by dirty or
clogged screens. For optimal performance, we
recommend you dean/replace the screen to
always completely see the grid pattern. Only use
steel screens.
Optional quick screen change titanium

This is an accessory and not included with standard
units.
Assemble the hand pieces by following this
sequence: First, remove the mouthpiece from the
clear tubing and place tubing inside the glass
handle. The tubing should align flush with the small
tapered section of the glass and be stretched from
the mouthpiece. Next. olace_the titanium handpiece
into the glass handle and connect the tubing. Make
sure the steel screen is in place before operating.
Assemble by turning clockwise and pressing
firmly together.
Changing the LED light bulb:
Make sure the unit is unplugged from the wall. Turn the unit upside down to remove the two screws in the acrylic
cover. Remove the cover and replace the light bulb with a C7 Candelabra style bulb. We have replacements of many colors available on our website.
Place the unit on its side to reassemble. Make sure the screws enter the acrylic plate first. Next, place the two nylon spacers. Align the holes and begin
threading the screws. Turn the unit upside down and complete tightening the screws with a screwdriver. Drills can over tighten and strip the holes.

is required. We reserve the right to change our warranty policy without advanced written notice. The most current policy will always be available at

and costs to ship the unit back to you or send a replacement unit in the event your unit cannot be repaired. (Continental USA only,

In the unlikely event, you experience a problem with your vaporizer within the first 90 days of purchase,

will pay for all
shipping costs to get the unit to us and back to you, and immediately repair or send a new unit upon receiving the defective unit.

Any repairs needed after 1 year of purchase and before 3 years will be charged a $30 fee to repair and ship back to you. (Continental USA

All repairs after 3 years will be charged a $40 fee to repair and ship back to you. (Continental USA only, additional shipping fees may apply
in your area.)
•
We do not warranty glass components or color changing/oxidizing of titanium.
•
We do not warranty damage or product abuse caused by the customer.
•
If your unit is determined to have been damaged by dropping or misuse, we will ask you to pay the $40 fee to repair and ship back to you
even within the first 90 days of warranty period.
•
Do not send used hand or mouthpieces to us. If you refer to the vaporizer for use with any illicit substances, we can refuse to honor the
