1 、 该发动机并非玩具，请特别注意安全，由此引起的所有安全问题我们将不予负责：
E ngine is not a toy. Please take care of your safe ty when you ’ re operating it. We will not be
responsible for any safety issu es caus ed by the engine.
2 、 使用前请仔细检查螺旋桨、发动机架等相关部位 ， 保证螺丝、螺母不松动，安装时
最好使用螺纹胶（如： LOCTITTE 242 ）固定螺丝、螺母。
Before start the engine, please make sure the propeller and the engin e mount are securing and
tight . Any looseness on the Screws and bolt s is not allowed. We strongly suggest that the screw
sealant is used (such as LOCTITTE 242) while you are installing the engine.
3 、该产品为模型专用，不能用于其他行业，由此引起的相关责任我们将不负责。
This product is for RC Model airplane use only; we do not responsible for anything results
from an improper use.
4 、 发动机在运行时，任何人不许在螺旋桨旋转平面前的位置。
For your safety, Please do not stand in front of the propeller when the engine is running.

1 、 每台发动机出厂时都经过了初步调整 ， 用户可以直接使用 。 但各地区的海拔高度将
会影响化油器的正常工作，化油器油针可能需要进行微调才能达到最佳的工作位置。
Every engine has been preset before ex-factory; it can be use d directly by the customers.
However, altitudes will influence the performance of carburet or, to obtain the best output of DEL
engines , slight adjustment at the carburet or is very necessary.

（ 1 ） 、风门 ， 冷启动时使用 ； Choke Arm (The Choke Arm is used under the circumstance of
cold start-up.)

调整 ： 顺时针转动怠速螺丝 3 将增大怠速转速 ， 同时要配合低速油针 4 一起调整 ， 顺时
针转动低速油针减少油量 （ 一般是把油针拧到底再退回 1.5 圈 ） ； 高速油针 5 ( 退回 1.5 圈 ) 最好
使用转速表来调整，使发动机达到最高转速，加减速顺畅为最佳。

ADJUSTMENT: Turn the Idle Adjustment Screw (See No.3) clockwise will increase the idle
speed. At the same time , turn the Low-speed Needle (See No.4) clockwise to reduce the gas.
Normally, the preset from factory is screw down the Needle and then turn back about 1.5
loops . High-speed Needle (See No.5) is turn back about1.5 loop s. But we suggest it should be
adjusted with the tachometer to obtain the maximum s peed. For the best performance , e ngine
should be accelerat ing and decelerat ing smoothly. `

�Adjust front and rear choke arm with connecting rod, make sure arms can reach to the
maximum and minimum position at the same time, an improper adjustment will affect
engine ’ s working condition seriously.

4 、发动机的启动 (Start-up the engine)
（ 1 ）关闭风门，加大油门 , 打开点火电源 .
Step 1: Close the Choke and turn on the ignition, advance throttle to full position.
（ 2 ）用力转动螺旋桨，（最好用启动棒）直到发动机发出爆炸声 . 发动机会运转 1-2 秒而
自动熄火 . （首次启动或长时间不用可能需要转动多次螺旋桨）。
Step 2:, briskly flip the prop through compression until the engine fires and then dies. It
may take a few more flips if this is first time to start the engine after being stored for a
long period.
（ 3 ）打开风门，油门开至怠速或比怠速稍大一点 , 启动发动机，进入正常工作状态。

throttle to very slightly above the idle position, the engine should start in just a few flips.
（ 4 ）热车启动：打开风门，油门开至怠速或比怠速稍大一点，直接启动发动机。

1 、请使用清洁的 93 ＃汽油，和机油的比例为 30 ： 1 ；禁止不同厂家、牌号的润滑油
混合使用，否则将会引起化油器严重阻塞。

2 、发动机长时间低速运行，可能导致火花塞积炭严重。
Running at low speed for too long might carbonize the spark plug.
3 、随时检查油箱至化油器之间的管路，不许有漏气情况。
Always check the tube at fuel system, make sure there is no air leaking.
4 、保持发动机表面清洁，保证散热良好。
The exterior of the engine should be kept clean and inspected regularly. Keep the surface of
the engine clean. Be sure the engine is well heat dissipation.
5 、因为前、后两个气缸的排气管连在一起，安装气缸时请注意：应该先安装排气管 ，
再安装气缸，不然两个气缸的排气口不在同一个平面，将会引起排气口漏气。
Since the incorporate muffler is used, muffler should be installed first and cylinders second
in a reassembly process. Or cylinders will not in the same level and results air leak at exhaust port.
6 、 请特别注意 ： 在一定周期内清洁化油器里面的燃油滤网 及针阀 ， 否则将引起油针调
节失灵， 停机时化油器往外滴油， 发动机工作不稳等情况。
NOTICE: The carburetor fuel screen and needle valve should be cleaned periodically; speed
needle might dysfunction if they were blocked. Engine usually running unstable and oil spout out
from carburetor when it ’ s blocked. Carefully remove the pump cover (inlet side of the carburetor),
gasket and pump membrane. The screen will be visible and can be cleaned after careful removal.
