Installation Manual

1.Locateservo position,we
don'trecommend installing the
servosunderthe carbon front,
that'll result inweakling the wing,
you can find acarbon threadtow
wasembedded asspar,usea
servo asatemplatetodrawthe
outline of the servo
2. Removethe skin and foam
3. Drilltunnel for servo wire
4.use4mm brasstube asa
drilling tool,filethe top as the
pictureshown

5.Trimthe servos remove the
connectors
6. Testfitandfindtheright
position
Mark the placeofthe screws
connecting the wingand
fuselage,andmark the foamin
30mm wide.
7. Mark the placeofthe screws。
8.Remove the formwithmark to
formaspaceforepoxy and
microballoon。

9.Mix30minepoxy withmicro
balloon andfill all the spacewith
sufficient blending, useaknifeto
drill the rootfoam.
10.Apply30minepoxy onthe
rootofthe wing,useapiceof
tape on thebottomside to
connect 2panelstogether
11.Connect2panelsand place
the wing tipson 2chairs,the
weighthelp2panelsjoin
together, wait forcuring.
12.Carefullymake2panelsin
correctposition,werecommend
using 6.3degreedihedral, it's
about82mm highmeasurefrom
everytip(not168mm as showin
thisphotoswhilelaying other
panel on the desk).

13. Lightlysand the joiningarea
14. Reinforcethe joiningwith
carbonclothandresin
15. Removethe extracarbon
cloth
16.Drill holeforthe bolt, use
small size drill bit firsttotestthe
position then useM4bit finish
the hole.

17.Install and test, makesure
the distancebetween wing tips
and the end oftheboomare
same.
18.Beginaileron servos
installation by guide the wire
through the slot
19.Terminatetheconnector
withthe wire
20. connectservowithradio
and trimthe horntothe central
position,thengluethe servos
withepoxy

21.Glue the controlhornin
place
22. Installtheaileronhorn,glue
withepoxy
23.Sand the edgeofthe
throwing pegto fit yourfinger.
24. Cutthrough thewing tipfor
fixing the launchpeg

25. Glue the launchpeg,be
suretoinjectenough epoxy
intothe gap.
26.Reinforcethe wing tipwith
carbon clothon bothsides
27. Finished
28. Usethestabilizermountas
atemplate,drawtheoutlineon
3mm plywood, cut andsand

29. Glue 2plywood pieces
together/
30. Drill2mm hole
31.Usescrewtap tocreate
thread,dropCAtoreinforce
the thread,thentapagain
32. Removethe top 6mmfoam
of the mount

33.Testfitthe plywood cover
and sand ifnecessary,then
glue it withepoxy
34. Cut20mmpiecefrom2mm
carbonrod,sand tofittherear
ofthemount, drillahole and
gluetherodwiththe mount,
leave5mmoutoftheplywood
cover.
