DOLD Reprostativ V5 User manual

Copy stand with aluminium profiles
Parts and tools:
2x corner bracket with screws and t-nuts
3x steel connector 90° with screws and t-nuts
2x connecting plate with screws and t-nuts
2x corner bracket cover
x end cover
3x aluminium profile 30cm
1x aluminium profile 80cm
The Camera, LED backlight, powerbank
and negative holder you can see in this
picture are not part of the kit.
2x spring loaded slot nut M5
2x countersink allen screw M5x1
Buy seperately:
Tripod clamp Andoer DM-55
4x felt pads for furniture
3mm allen wrench
4mm allen wrench
First attatch screws and t-nuts to a corner
bracket. Screw in the screw for about one
rotation into the t-nut. Align the t-nut to the
slot so you can insert the corner bracket with
its nut. As you tighten the screw the t-nut
rotates by 90° and clamps the bracket to the
profile.
Build a U-shape. But don’t apply to much force
to the screws yet. They still need to be a bit
loose in order to align the profiles later.
Since the connection with the corner brackets
wouldn’t be stable enough, a steel connection
plate needs to be added on top. Fix them like
you did with the corner brackets. And again,
not to tight. Now press the U-shape flat and
tighten all the screws. At this point it should
not be wobbly.
Place the 80cm profile in the center of the
30cm profile like shown in the picture.
Connect the profiles with the 90° steel
connectors. Align it exactly square and tighten
the screws
Insert both of the M5 spring loaded slot nuts
into the slot or slide them in from one end.
Their distance should be approximately like
the distance of the holes in the tripod clamp.
Attach the Andoer DM-55 tripod clamp (e.g.
from Amazon) with the M5 countersink
screws. The height of the camera can be
adjusted by loosening these screws for one
rotation. For fine adjustment use the tripod
clamp. If you don’t like the feel of moving the
tripod clamp with the spring loaded nuts you
can rip the spring of one or both nuts easily
using a pair of pliers.
Attach covers to the corner brackets.
Attach end covers to the ends.
Attach self-adhesive felt pads to the bottom
corners.
3 – 2 – 1 ….. Happy Shooting
