Please check to make sure that all of the following parts listed are included in the box
when opened. If there are any missing parts, please contact Dream On Me before using
the product.

IMPORTANT! KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or death.
• Not intended for sleeping in playard mode.
• Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child. When used for
playing, never leave child unattended.
• Only use the product with one child at a time.
• Do not move the product with child inside.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), pediatricians recommend healthy
infants be placed on their back to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
• The product, including the side rails, must be fully erect prior to use. Make sure latches are
secure.
• Never leave child in product with any sideslowered. Make sure that all sidesare in raised and
locked position whenever child is in product.
• Product should not be used without the mattress provided with the product.
• DO NOT use a water mattress with this product.
•Do not use a sheet designed to fit a full-sized crib. If sheet is used with the pad, only use one
specifically designed to fit this playard mattress.
•Do not use the bassinet or playard if you cannot exactly follow these instructions.
•Do not modify playard or add any attachments that are not listed in the instruction guide.
•Keep carrying bag away from child.
•For indoor use only.
•Never place a child under the bassinet.
•Child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or covers are placed on top
of product. Never add such items to confine child in product.
FALL HAZARD
Playard:
• When a child is able to pull to standing position, remove bumper pads, large toys, and other
objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
• Discontinue use of the product when child is able to climb out or reaches the height of 35
inches (890 mm) or weighs more than 30 lbs. (13.6 kg), whichever comes first.
Bassinet:
• To prevent falls, stop using the product when infant:
- begins to push up on hands and knees OR
- begins to pull up on product sides (approximately 5 months)
- begins to roll over OR has reached 15 lbs, whichever comes first.
• ALWAYS secure this product to the playard using the zipper and buckles provided on
this product.

CHOKING HAZARD:
• Keep medication and small items that could choke a child away from the playard.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD:
Infants have suffocated:
• on added pillows, blankets, and extra padding
- Only use the pad provided by the manufacturer
- Never place extra padding under or beside the infant.
- Never add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding.
• when trapped between product and adjacent surface.
- Only use when the product is securely attached to the playard
- Never use this product with a different product.
• in gaps between extra padding and the side of products.
• on soft bedding.
• in gaps between a mattress too small or too thick and the side of the product.
• Always place infant on back to sleep.
• Do not use the playard unless all of the washable fabrics are properly attached using
all securing devices.
• Do not use the mattress without the boards properly installed.
• Do not store the bassinet in the playard while using the playard.
•Babies have suffocated while sleeping in changing areas. Changing areas are not
designed for safe sleeping.
•NEVER allow baby to sleep in changing area.
•NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers not sold and
intended for that purpose. They can cause suffocation.
IMPORTANT
• Adult assembly required.
• Care should be taken in unpacking and assembly.
• Examine product frequently for damaged, missing, or loose parts.
• DO NOT use if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken.
• Contact Dream On Me for replacement parts and instructions if needed. Never substitute parts.
• Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges before
assembly and periodically during use.
STRANGULATION HAZARD:
• Strings can cause strangulation! Never place items with a string around a child’s neck such as
hood strings or pacifier cords. Never suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys.
• Never place product near a window or patio door where cords from blinds or drapes can
strangle a child.
• Never leave the changing table attached to the playard when child is in the playard.
• Do not use the Dream Center™ unless attached to the playard according to the
manufacturer’s instructions. Do not leave Dream Center™ in place when child is in the
bassinet or playard.

short side rail and fastening both side buckles. See instructions.

•NEVER allow baby to sleep in changing area. Never leave changing station in place when
child is in non-full size crib/play yard.

•ALWAYSsecure this product to the playard using the attachment tubes or clips provided on
this product. Make sure that the frame tubes are connected before attaching ching to the
playard.
•Do not use the changing table as a sleeping or play area.
•STAY within arm's ref your child.
•Never leave child unattended.
•To prevent falls, stop using the product when infant:

•Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries.

Assembly Instructions
Draw the four corner posts outward in all 4 directions. Notice that the top rails on
each side is bent, connected by a joint. Straighten each side until it locks into place
where you’ll hear a clicking sound. If done correctly, the 2 adjacent rails become one
long rail. See figure 2A and 2B.
Unzip the carry bag and open the three velcro belts to unfold the
mattress. See figure 1.

Velcro
Place mattress pad on the bottom of play yard with soft side facing up. Align the
velcro on the mattress pad to the velcro on the base of the play yard. Press down to
make sure that the velcro is stuck together. See figure 4.
Pull each corner in all 4 directions and push down on the middle bar in the center of
the play yard towards the floor to lock all sides into place. See figure 3.

Installing the Bassinet
1. Remove the mattress pad from the floor of the
bassinet. Unzip the zipper on the inside of the playard.
2.Fasten 2 female and 2 male tubes at bassinet floor.
3.Put the mattress into the bassinet holder with the soft side facing up.

Organizer Assembly

Adjust Hook B to be at horizontal position.
Attach the organizer to the side of the top rail
using Hook A as shown below.

Dream Center™ Assembly
Put the Dream Center cover around the Dream Center
frame and fasten all 4 buckles.

Attach the canopy to the to the Dream Center using the
2 canopy clips.
Clip the Dream Center onto the plastic holder on the top
rails of the play yard.

Changing Table Assembly

Connect the female and male tubs. Make sure that the metal locking
mechanism comes out completely once connected.
Clip the changing table onto the top rail of the playard.

Changing Table Storage
When changing table is not in use, it can be hooked onto the side of the playard
for easy storage.
Folding the Playard
Remove the organizer.

Removing the Bassinet
Unzip to remove the
bassinet.

Undo the velcro under
the playard floor and
remove the mattress.

After removing the mattress pad, pull up on the red loop located at the
center of the play yard.
On the joint connecting the 2 top rails on each side, grasp it and feel
for the locking mechanism underneath the joint. Squeeze and release
the locking mechanism and push downward. Repeat for each side.

Wrap the mattress pad around the
play yard as it was when removed.
Wrap the mattress pad with the 3
velcro straps.

Draw in the four corners
and posts uniformly.

Removing the Washable Fabrics

Undo all of the buckles and remove the frame from the fabric cover.
Remove the board from the opening in the back to wash the fabric
whenever needed.
Bassinet – Remove from frame. Machine wash in cold water, gentle cycle. Air dry flat. No
bleach. spot clean with a soft, clean cloth and mild soup.
Mattress and Changing Table – Remove structural boards. Spot clean with a soft, clean
cloth and mild soap. Air dry flat. No bleach.
Carry Bag – Machine wash in cold water on delicate cycle. Air dry. No bleach. Spot clean
with a soft, clean cloth and mild soap.
Dream Center – Remove from frame. Remove structural boards. Fasten buckles.
Machine wash in cold water, gentle cycle. Air dry flat. Spot clean with a soft, clean cloth
and mild soap.
