and ease of use of our products. We hope that this product will give you complete satisfaction.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure that
you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed; we refuse
any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use or a bad
manipulation.
1. Before use check that the voltage of your wall outlet
correspond to the rated voltage manner.
2. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or after
malfunction or has been damaged in any manner.
3. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard. (*)
4. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch
hot surface.
5. To reduce the risk of to electric shock, never operate this
product with wet hands, spill liquid in the product or
submerge it in water
6. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being
used near children or infirm persons.
7. Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas or on a heated
oven.
8. Do not use outdoors (Household use only).
9. Do not touch the cutting blades and do not insert any kind of

object (knives, forks, spoons etc.) into the bowl while the
product is operation. A spatula may be used only when the
product is not in operation, avoiding the risk of serious
injury.
10. Never operate the product when the bowl is empty and do
not remove the bowl lid before the blades come to a
complete stop.
11. This appliance is designed to chop small quantities of food
under no circumstances should the bowl be overfilled.
12. The appliance shall not be used by children.
13. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
14. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved
15. Children shall not play with the appliance.
16. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of
external timer or separate remote control system
17. Do not use the appliance when it is empty. Always operate
the unit with the cover in position.
18. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling,disassembling or
cleaning.

22. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all
times as it comes into direct contact with food.
23. Care is needed when handling cutting blades, especially
when emptying the bowl or during cleaning.
24. This appliance is intended for household use and similar
applications such as:
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working
environments
farm houses
by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type
environments
bed and breakfast type environments
(*) Competent qualified electrician: after sales department of the producer or importer or any person who is
qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all danger. In any case
you should return the appliance to this electrician.

SPECIAL MEASURES
Warning:
- The plastic bowl cannot be used in microwave
-The plastic bowl cannot be heated directly or through heating
water
- Handle the blade with care: it is very sharp.

- Meat: operating period for 3 cycles max not exceeding: 6
minutes max.
- Carrot: operating period for 5 cycles max not exceeding: 10
minutes max.
Before it’s used again, it must cool down enough.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE
1. Before first use bowl, plate and blade should be washed in warm soapy water.
2. Place the bowl on the base.
3. Place the blade onto the blade supporting pin.
Note: be careful when using cutting blades to avoid any injury, they are very sharp
4. Cut your food in small pieces and place it on the bowl.
5. Place the lid on the bowl until it locks into place and covers the blade insert.
6. Replace the motor unit. Plug the appliance.
7. Press downwards (B) and the appliance starts up immediately.
8. If you want, you can press the turbo button (C) for higher processing speed.
Warning! The chopper is only intended for short-time duty up to 2 minutes ON / 2 minutes OFF to chop
some meat and 2 minutes ON / 1 minutes OFF to chop some carrots.
Note: thanks to the beater (10) you can whip cream.
Repeat above stages but insert the beater on the blade holder (5).
For 100 ml of whole fresh cream we recommend whipping time of 30 seconds at normal speed.

For 200ml of cream, the position of the beater must be slightly modified, turn in 180 ° vertically so
that it rests no more than on a single blade and engages.
9. After use, unplug the appliance, and wait for the blade to stop completely.
10. Remove the motor block, the lid and the blade.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Always unplug before cleaning.
To clean, wipe the surface of the appliance with a damp cloth, if necessary add a little washing up liquid,
then dry thoroughly.
Never immerse it into water.
The blade holder, blades, lid bowl, base, supporting pin can be washed under warm running water. You
can wash them in dishwasher too.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom:
The appliance will not switch on.
Possible cause and remedy:
A domestic electrical fuse is defect.
Check the fuses and replace them if necessary.
The power socket is defective. Try another power socket.
The universal food processor is possibly defective.
Check the power cable and the power plug for damages. Have the appliance checked by a
qualified technician.
