shock or personal injury. To help ensure accident-free operation, follow these guidelines:
Stop use and unplug the USB cord immediately if the device functions in an abnormal
manner, produces unusual sounds or smells, or becomes too hot.
Use and Handling
1. Do not expose the WebMail Notifier to high temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight.
2. Do not expose the WebMail Notifier to dust, smoke or steam.
3. Do not allow small particles to get into the WebMail Notifier.
4. Do not place the WebMail Notifier on surfaces that are unstable or subject to vibration.
5. Do not throw or drop the WebMail Notifier, or subject it to physical shock.
Cleaning:
1. For safety reasons, unplug the USB cord from your computer before cleaning.
2. Wipe gently with a damp cloth, and then dry the surface.
3. Do not use solvents or other chemicals to clean the exterior off the WebMail Notifier.
General:
1. Should the product exhibit unexpected behaviour, unplug the unit and then restart the
computer.

Note: Install the software before connecting your WebMail Notifier.
Note: Using a USB hub or docking station may result in a loss of power. This could create the unit to not work properly. Please plug it directly into the USB port on
your computer.
Installing the WebMail Notifier program onto your PC couldn't be easier. Just follow these simple instructions and you will be ready to
go in no time!

Click “Run” when the download is
complete and click “Run” again to
accept the Unknown Publisher.
DOWNLOAD THE WEBMAIL NOTIFIER SOFTWARE
Connect the USB cable attached to the WebMail Notifier to a USB
port located on your PC prior to playing with it.

If you need to change the installa-
tion folder, click “Option” before
starting the installation.
After the program has been
successfully installed, the Installa-
tion Complete window will show
up. Click “Close” to finish.
In the set-up window, please take
a moment to read the license
agreement. Click “I Agree” to
accept, then click “Start Install”.
Double click the WebMail Notifier
icon on the Desktop to run the
WebMail Notifier software. (If
you are on a network system, this
may not appear. Please find the
software in the Start Menu.) The
Tray Icon will appear when the
software is running.
Click on and (Software
Windows) under the WebMail
Notifier picture and save the
installation file on your desktop.

How to Operate
Make sure to install the software and plug your WebMail Notifier into a USB port on your PC prior to operating the unit.

9. Choose for how long you will be alerted.

which will appear at the bottom
right hand of your desktop screen.
12. Tick to mute the software sound.
13. Select whether the inbox capacity is determined by new
messages or total messages.
14. Tick to be informed about your inbox capacity by a color
effect. You can enter the maximum capacity yourself.

1. Add account. You can add 10 different accounts.
2. Delete account. You can delete an account by pressing this
button after clicking on the account to select it.
3. Tick to select the accounts you would like to use for alerts.
4. Press to edit your account information.
5. Press to personalize your account’s alert color.
6. Press to personalize your account’s alert sound.
7. Set the time between checking for new messages or press
CHECK NOW to check for new messages now.
8. Save the settings and close the software.

the field on the left side of the @ symbol. Leave the
field on the right side empty.
