TOOLS NEEDED (NOT INCLUDED)

Sockets 9/16, 3/8, #10
Pliers / Wrench
Phillips Screwdriver

Attach 3 J-Brackets to each vertical post with small screws
and nuts.
Attach the two 24” base bars to the center holes of the 72” Cross
Bar using 3 1/2 Hex screws, washers and 3/8 nuts on each side.
Tighten by hand.
Eye on the prize moment
Make sure to line up the off center and centered holes of the
base bars so that they match on each side.

Begin by attaching all four castors to the two 24” base bars.
Thread the castor bolt through both holes on each end of the base
bars and and fit the castor washer and nut on the top end of the
castor bolt (as pictured) tighten by hand.

The DriFlower Rolling Dri-Rack is the heart of your
HangHarvesting system for streamlining and organizing
your harvest.
MAKE SURE TO READ ALL OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS
After reading the instructions, make sure you have the
correct pieces and screws for each assembly
(listed on the front page of these instructions).

You will start by putting together the base assembly.
Then assemble the vertical posts.
Lastly, add the vertical posts to the base.
DON’T STRESS - TIGHTEN LESS
When assembling the base and vertical posts, we
recommend not tightening all the way. Simply, hand
tighten or loosely tighten the connections so there is
adjustability when connecting other pieces.
Once the base is assembled and the vertical posts are
attached, then tighten all connections with wrench,
screwdriver or other recommended tools.
KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE PRIZE
We also recommend keeping a visual check on your
center alignment. For example, make sure to assemble
the vertical posts so the J-Brackets are in the center of
the rack, over the cross bar.
Take your time. This Harvest-Rack is about to transform
the way you harvest your flower!

Attach the vertical uprights to the Base bars using using 3 1/2 Hex
screws, washers and 3/8 nuts on each side. Tighten by hand.
Eye on the prize moment
Make sure to line up the off center and centered holes of the base bars
so that they match on each side.
CONNECT VERTICAL POSTS TO BASE
Attach the vertical uprights to the Base bars using using 3
1/2 Hex screws, washers and 3/8 nuts on each side.
Tighten by hand.
Once all connections have been tightened, place your
aluminum sticks in the J-Bracket hooks so that the stick is
evenly distributed with equal ends on each end. This helps
stabilize the bar as it is seated in the J-Brackets.
Bring in your flower and start drying!

Once all parts have been connected tighten each screw
and nut using the appropriate wrenches and drivers.
