Keep the gap on the castor loop down
Insert a little, make sure the castor precisely aligned with base leg hole

Push castor into base leg hole with both of your thumbs
The force of both thumbs focus
on the upper arched area (blue
dashed box).
DO NOT SPARE YOUR THUMB
FORCE ONTO THE LOWER
ARCHED AREA (red dashed
box).
. If jammed, pull out the castor, switch to other castors then push it into holes again.
. For petite girls, you may try it yourself first. If not succeed, it’s advised to ask a man
for help.
