❐Nehmen Sie die Batterien aus dem Produkt, bevor Sie es verstauen. Wenn Batterien eingelegt
sind, kann durch unbeabsichtigtes Drücken der Ein/Aus-Taste der Motor eingeschaltet
werden, auch ohne Dose!
Der richtige Umgang mit Batterien
❐Batterien können beim Verschlucken lebensgefährlich sein. Bewahren Sie deshalb Batterien
und Produkt für Kinder unerreichbar auf. Wurde eine Batterie verschluckt, muss sofort
medizinische Hilfe in Anspruch genommen werden.
❐Prüfen Sie vor dem Einlegen der Batterien, ob die Kontakte im Produkt und an den Batterien
sauber sind, und reinigen Sie sie gegebenenfalls.

❐Verwenden Sie nur den in den technischen Daten angegebenen Batterietyp (siehe Kapitel
„Technische Daten“).
❐Achten Sie darauf, dass das Schneidmesser still steht, bevor Sie die Batteriefach-Abdeckung
abnehmen.
❐Ersetzen Sie immer alle Batterien. Benutzen Sie keine verschiedenen Batterie-Typen,
-Marken oder Batterien mit unterschiedlicher Kapazität. Achten Sie beim Batterietausch auf
die Polarität (+/–).
❐Nehmen Sie die Batterien aus dem Produkt heraus, wenn diese verbraucht sind oder Sie das
Produkt länger nicht benutzen. So vermeiden Sie Schäden, die durch Auslaufen entstehen
können.
❐Sollte eine Batterie ausgelaufen sein, vermeiden Sie den Kontakt von Haut, Augen und
Schleimhäuten mit der Batteriesäure. Bei Kontakt mit Batteriesäure spülen Sie die betroffenen
Stellen sofort mit reichlich klarem Wasser und suchen Sie umgehend einen Arzt auf.
❐Nehmen Sie ausgelaufene Batterien sofort aus dem Produkt. Reinigen Sie die Kontakte,
bevor Sie eine neue Batterie einlegen.
❐Die Batterien dürfen nicht geladen oder mit anderen Mitteln reaktiviert, nicht auseinander
genommen, ins Feuer geworfen, in Flüssigkeiten getaucht oder kurzgeschlossen werden.
Der richtige Gebrauch
❐Überprüfen Sie das Produkt vor jeder Inbetriebnahme auf Beschädigungen. Es darf nicht
verwendet werden, wenn es sichtbare Schäden aufweist. Nehmen Sie das Produkt nicht
auseinander, versuchen Sie nicht es eigenständig zu reparieren oder das Schneidmesser
selbständig zu wechseln. Kontaktieren Sie in Schadensfällen den Kundenservice.
❐Schalten Sie das Produkt bei Schäden/Störungen sofort aus!
❐Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht fallen und setzen Sie es keinen starken Stößen aus.
❐Setzen Sie das Gerät keinen extremen Temperaturen, starken Temperaturschwankungen
oder direkter Sonneneinstrahlung aus.
❐Tauchen Sie das Produkt nicht in Wasser!
❐Nehmen Sie vor der Reinigung des Schneidmessers die Batterien aus dem Produkt.
❐Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen keine ätzenden oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel oder
Reinigungspads.

ACHTUNG!
❐Erstickungsgefahr! Halten Sie das Verpackungsmaterial von Kindern und Tieren fern.
Packen Sie alle Teile aus und überprüfen Sie den Lieferumfang auf Vollständigkeit (siehe Kapitel
„Lieferumfang und Produktübersicht“) und Transportschäden. Falls die Bestandteile Schäden
aufweisen sollten, verwenden Sie diese nicht(!), sondern kontaktieren Sie den Kundenservice.

Batterien einlegen/wechseln
1. Schieben Sie die Batteriefach-Abdeckung in Pfeilrichtung
und nehmen Sie sie ab.
2. Setzen Sie vier Batterien des Typs AA, 1,5 V ein. Achten
Sie dabei auf die richtige Polarität (+/–).
3. Schieben Sie die Batteriefach-Abdeckung wieder zu.
Achten Sie darauf, dass sie hör- und spürbar einrastet.
Benutzung
• Falls Ihre Dose einen Öffnungsring hat, öffnen Sie mit dem Dosenöffner die
Unterseite der Dose und nicht die Oberseite.
• Das Schneidemesser funktioniert nicht, wenn es nicht richtig am Dosenrand
angesetzt ist.
• Der Dosenöffner schneidet auf dem Dosendeckelfalz. Dadurch entstehen keine
scharfen Schnittkanten!
1. Setzen Sie das Schneidemesser, wie gezeigt, von außen
an den Dosenrand. Dazu muss der Dosenöffner auf dem
Deckel auiegen (siehe Abbildung).
2. Drücken Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste. Der Motor beginnt zu
arbeiten und der Dosenöffner schneidet den Deckel auf.
3. Wenn das Schneidmesser einmal ganz um den Doserand
gefahren ist, kann der Motor ausgeschaltet werden.
Drücken Sie dazu erneut die Ein/Aus-Taste.
4. Nehmen Sie den Dosenöffner von der Dose. Durch den Magneten auf der Unterseite des
Dosenöffners wird der Deckel direkt mit abgenommen.
Reinigung und Aufbewahrung
ACHTUNG!
❐Verletzungsgefahr! Das Schneidemesser ist scharf!
❐Nehmen Sie vor dem Reinigen des Schneidmessers die Batterien aus dem Dosenöffner.
❐Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen keine ätzenden oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel oder
Reinigungspads.
❐Das Produkt ist nicht spülmaschinengeeignet!
• Reinigen Sie das Schneidemesser und das Gehäuse bei Bedarf mit einem feuchten Tuch und
ggf. einem mildem Reinigungsmittel. Trocknen Sie mit einem weichen Tuch nach.
• Verstauen Sie das Produkt an einem trockenen, sauberen, für Kinder unzugänglichen Ort.

Fehlerbehebung
Sollte das Produkt nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionieren, überprüfen Sie bitte zunächst, ob Sie ein
Problem selbst beheben können. Kontaktieren Sie ansonsten den Kundenservice.
Versuchen Sie nicht, ein defektes Produkt eigenständig zu reparieren!

• Sind Batterien eingelegt? Legen Sie vier 1,5 V-Batterien, Typ AA in das
Produkt ein (siehe Kapitel „Batterien einlegen/wechseln“).
• Sind die eingelegten Batterien verbraucht? Wechseln Sie die Batterien
(siehe Kapitel „Batterien einlegen/wechseln“).
• Sitzt das Schneidemesser korrekt am Dosenrand an? Achten Sie
darauf, dass das Schneidmesser außen am Dosenrand sitzt. Der
Dosenöffner liegt dabei auf dem Dosendeckel auf.

❐The product is designed for private use, not for commercial use.
❐Only use the product for the intended use and as described in these instructions. Any other
use is deemed improper.
Risks of injury
❐Attention, danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging away from children and pets.
❐This product is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with impaired
sensory or mental abilities or those lacking experience and/or knowledge unless they are
supervised by a person responsible for their safety or have been instructed by said party in
how to use the product. Children must be under supervision to ensure that they do not play
with the product.
❐Attention! Be careful when handling the cutting blade, it is sharp! Keep your ngers, hair,
jewellery and clothing away from it!
❐Do not open any tins that are under pressure, e. g. aerosol tins or tins containing ammable
liquids and / or lighter uids.
❐Remove the batteries from the product before you put it away. If batteries have been inserted,
the motor can be activated by accidentally pushing the On/Off button, even without a tin!
Handling the batteries properly
❐Swallowing batteries poses a risk of death. Therefore keep batteries and the product out of
the reach of children. Should a battery be swallowed seek medical help immediately.
❐Before inserting the batteries check that the contacts in the product and on the batteries are
clean and, if necessary, clean them.
❐Only use the battery type specied in the technical data (see the “Technical data” chapter).
❐Make sure that the cutting blade has come to a stop before you take off the battery
compartment cover.

❐Always replace all batteries at the same time. Do not mix different types or brands of
batteries or batteries with different capacitance. When changing batteries ensure correct
polarity (+/–).
❐Remove the batteries from the product if they are empty or if you are not using the product
for an extended period. This will prevent damage which can be caused by leakage.
❐If a battery has leaked, avoid contact of the battery acid with skin, eyes and mucus membranes.
In case of contact with battery acid, rinse the affected area immediately with plenty of clean
water and seek immediate medical attention.
❐Immediately remove any leaking batteries from the product. Clean the contacts before
inserting new batteries.
❐The batteries should not be recharged or reactivated by any other means, taken apart,
thrown on a re, immersed in liquid or short-circuited.
Proper use
❐Check the product for damages prior to each use. The product may not be used if it exhibits
visible damages. Do not disassemble the product and do not attempt to repair it or to
replace the cutting blade yourself. In the event of damage, contact the customer service.
❐In the event of damages/malfunctions, turn off the product immediately!
❐Do not allow the device to fall and do not subject it to strong percussions.
❐Do not subject the device to extreme temperatures, severe temperature uctuations or
direct sunlight.
❐Do not submerge the product in water!
❐Before cleaning the cutting blade, take the batteries out of the product.
❐Do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads to clean the product.
Warranty conditions
Defects arising due to improper handling, damage or attempts to repair the appliance are
excluded from the warranty. This also applies to normal wear and tear.

ATTENTION!
❐Danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging away from children and pets.
Unpack all parts, make sure that the product contents are complete (see the “Product contents
and product overview” chapter) and check for any damages from transport. If you identify
damages to the components, do not use them (!), instead contact the customer service.

Inserting/changing batteries
1. Push the battery cover in the direction of the arrow and
then take it off.
2. Insert four 1.5 V batteries, type AA. In the process, ensure
that they are arranged with the correct polarity (+/–).
3. Slide the cover of the battery compartment back into
place. Make sure that you feel and hear it lock into place.
Use
• If your tin has an opening ring, open the bottom of the tin with the tin opener and
not the top.
• The cutting blade will not work if it is not properly positioned on the edge of the tin.
• The tin opener cuts on the tin lid edge. This prevents sharp edges from forming!
1. Place the cutting blade on the edge of the tin from
the outside as shown. For this, the tin opener must be
located on the lid (see gure).
2. Push the On/Off button. The motor will activate and the
tin opener will cut open the lid.
3. Once the cutting blade has run around the edge of the
tin, the motor may be deactivated. For this, push the On/
Off button again.
4. Take the tin opener off of the tin. The lid will be removed directly by the magnet on the
bottom of the tin opener.
Cleaning and storage
ATTENTION!
❐Risk of injury! The cutting blade is sharp!
❐Before cleaning the cutting blade, take the batteries out of the tin opener.
❐Do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads to clean the product.
❐The product is not suitable for the dishwasher!
• If needed, clean the cutting blade and the casing with a damp cloth and if necessary, using a
small amount of cleaner. Then dry them with a soft cloth.
• Store the product in a dry, clean area that is not accessible to children.

Troubleshooting
If the product is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. Otherwise contact the customer service.
Do not attempt to repair a defective product yourself!

• Have the batteries been inserted? Insert four 1.5 V batteries, type AA in
the product (see the “Inserting/changing batteries” chapter).
• Are the inserted batteries empty? Change the batteries (see the
“Inserting/changing batteries” chapter).
• Is the cutting blade properly positioned on the edge of the tin? Make
sure that the cutting blade is located on the outside of the tin edge. In
the process, the tin opener is positioned on top of the tin lid.

Risques de blessure

❐Attention ! Manipulez la lame avec précaution, elle est coupante ! Éloignez vos doigts, vos
bijoux et vêtements !
❐N’ouvrez aucun boîte sous pression, p. ex. des aérosols, ni des liquides inammables, p. ex.
des liquides pour briquets.
❐Retirez les piles du produit avant de le ranger. Lorsque les piles sont en place, le moteur peut
se mettre en marche en appuyant involontairement sur le bouton Marche/Arrêt, même sans
la présence d’une boîte !
La manipulation correcte de piles
❐Si elles sont avalées, les piles peuvent être mortelles. Pour cette raison, conservez les piles
et le produit hors de portée des enfants. Si une pile a été avalée, il faut immédiatement
demander conseil à un médecin.
❐Avant de mettre les piles en place, vériez si les contacts dans le produit et sur les piles sont
propres, nettoyez-les si nécessaire.

❐N’utilisez que le type de pile indiqué dans les données techniques (voir chapitre « Données
techniques »).
❐Veillez à ce que la lame soit à l’arrêt avant de retirer le couvercle du logement à piles.
❐Remplacez toujours toutes les piles. N’utilisez pas ni différents types de piles, ni différentes
marques ni des piles ayant différentes capacités. Lors du remplacement de la pile, veuillez
respecter la polarité (+/–).
❐Retirez les piles du produit lorsqu’elles sont usées ou si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé pendant
une longue période. Ainsi peut éviter les dommages causées par les piles coulées.
❐Si une pile devait couler, évitez tout contact de la peau, des yeux et des muqueuses avec
l’acide de la batterie. En cas de contact avec l’acide de la batterie, rincez immédiatement les
endroits touchés avec beaucoup d’eau claire et allez voir immédiatement un médecin.
❐Retirez immédiatement les piles de l'appareil lorsqu'elles coulent. Nettoyez les contacts
avant de mettre une pile neuve.
❐Il est interdit de charger les piles ou de les réactiver avec d’autres moyens, de les démonter,
de les jeter dans le feu, de les plonger dans des liquides ou de les court-circuiter.
Le bon usage
❐Avant chaque mise en service, vériez que l’appareil n’est pas endommagé. Il ne doit pas être
utilisé s’il présente des dommages visibles. Ne démontez pas le produit, n’essayez pas de le
réparer par vos propres soins ni de remplacer vous-même la lame. En cas de dommages,
veuillez contacter le service après-vente.
❐Arrêtez immédiatement le produit en cas de dommages / pannes !
❐Ne laissez pas tomber l’appareil et ne l’exposez pas à de forts chocs.
❐N’exposez pas l’appareil à des températures extrêmes, à de fortes variations de température
ou aux rayons directs du soleil.
❐Ne plongez pas l’appareil dans l’eau !
❐Avant le nettoyage de la lame, retirez les piles du produit.
❐Pour le nettoyage, n’utilisez aucun détergent agressif ou abrasif ni serviettes de nettoyage.
Dispositions de la garantie
Sont exclus de la garantie tous les défauts causés par une manipulation non appropriée, par un
dommage ou par des tentatives de réparation. Ceci est aussi valable pour l’usure normale.

Avant la première utilisation

Déballez toutes les pièces et vériez si la livraison est complète (voir chapitre « Étendue de la
livraison et vue générale du produit ») et qu’elle ne comporte pas de dommages de transport. Si
des composants devaient présenter des dommages, veuillez ne pas les utiliser (!), mais contactez
le service après-vente.

Mettre en place / remplacer les piles
1. Faites glisser le couvercle du logement à piles dans le sens
indiqué par la èche, puis enlevez le couvercle.
2. Placez quatre piles de type AA, 1,5 V. Veillez à la bonne
polarité (+/–).
3. Faites à nouveau glisser le couvercle du logement
à piles sur l’appareil. Veillez à ce qu’il s’encliquète
perceptiblement et sensiblement.
Utilisation
• Si votre boîte de conserve possède un anneau d’ouverture, ouvrez la boîte par le
dessous et non pas par le haut.
• La lame ne fonctionne pas si elle n’est pas correctement enclenchée dans le bord
de la boîte.
• L’ouvre-boîtes découpe sur la pliure du couvercle de la boîte. Ce qui ne crée aucune
arête coupante !
1. Placez la lame sur l’extérieur du bord de la boîte, comme
indiqué. Pour ce faire, l’ouvre-boîte doit reposer sur le
couvercle (voir illustration).
2. Appuyez sur le bouton Marche/Arrêt. Le moteur
commence à fonctionner et l’ouvre-boîtes découpe le
couvercle.
3. Lorsque la lame a fait tout le tour sur le bord de la boîte,
le moteur peut être arrêté. Appuyez de nouveau sur le
bouton Marche/Arrêt.
4. Retirez l’ouvre-boîtes de la boîte. Grâce à l’aimant se trouvant sous l’ouvre-boîtes, le
couvercle est emporté.
Nettoyage et rangement
ATTENTION !
❐Risque de blessure ! La lame est coupante !
❐Avant le nettoyage de la lame, retirez les piles de l’ouvre-boîtes.
❐Pour le nettoyage, n’utilisez aucun détergent agressif ou abrasif ni serviettes de nettoyage.
❐Le produit ne peut pas être lavé en lave-vaisselle !
• Si nécessaire, nettoyez la lame et le boîtier avec un chiffon humide et, éventuellement, avec
un détergent doux. Séchez-le avec un chiffon doux.
• Rangez le produit dans un endroit sec, propre et inaccessible pour les enfants.

Suppression des défauts
Si le produit ne devait pas fonctionner correctement, veuillez d’abord vérier si vous pouvez
résoudre vous-même le problème. Sinon, contactez le service après-vente.
N’essayez pas de réparer de vous-même un produit défectueux !

boîtes repose pour ce faire sur le couvercle de la boîte.

Mise au rebut
Le matériel d’emballage peut être réutilisé. Il faut mettre l’emballage au rebut en

Mettez le produit au rebut en respectant l’environnement. Ne jetez pas le produit
aux ordures ménagères. Éliminez-le dans un centre de recyclage pour les appareils
électriques et électronique usés.
