Mounting

4. Perform leak tests after mount-

5. Screw on protective cap A.
Stick adhesive label E onto type-
plate.
6. Attach lead seal.

Nach Einstellung des gewünsch-
ten Drucksollwertes / Ansprech-
druck:
1. Schutzkappe aufschrauben.
2. Draht durch 1 und 2 ziehen.
3. Plombe um Drahtenden drü-
cken, Drahtschlaufe kurzhal-
ten.
Austausch der Einstellfeder
1. Schutzkappe A entfernen.
DurchLinksdrehenderVerstell-
spindelBdieFederentspannen.
Bis gegen den Anschlag dre-
hen.
2. Komplette Verstelleinrichtung
B abschrauben und Feder C
entnehmen.
3. Neue Feder D einsetzen.

米。
2 调节器外壳上的铅封圈直径为
1.5毫米。
在调节好所需的压力额定值／偏
移值之后：
1. 装入保护盖。
2. 将金属线导引通过1和2。
3. 将封铅在金属线末端压紧，注
意金属线环不要太大。
更换调节弹簧
1. 取下保护盖A。逆时针转动调节
轴B松弛弹簧。直到止动位置。
2. 将整个调节装置B取下，然后取
出弹簧C。
3. 装入新的弹簧D。
4. 安装整个调节装置，调节所需
的响应压力。
5. 装上保护盖A。在铭牌上贴上不
干胶标牌E。

Gerätevorauswahl
Mit Hilfe der Volumenstrom -
Druckgefällekennlinie des SBV
im mechanisch oenem Zustand
ist eine Auswahl möglich.
Das Druckgefälle zwischen Ein-
gangsdruck p1 und Ausgangs-
druck p2in Verbindung mit dem
maximalen Volumenstrom Vmax
bestimmen die Nennweite.
Die entgültige Festlegung erfolgt
nach Maßgabe des Gasgeräte-
herstellers.
Equipment preselection
Selection is performed by using
the volumetric ow - pressure drop
characteristic of the SBV when it is
in mechanically open state.
Thenominaldiameterisdetermined
by the pressure drop between the
input pressure p

and the output
pressure p

in conjunction with the
maximum volumetric ow V
max.
The
final determination is performed
according to the specication of the
gas appliance manufacturer.

Arbeiten am Sicherheits-
abblaseventil (SBV) dür-
fen nur von Fachpersonal
durchgeführt werden.
Direkter Kontakt zwischen
dem SBV und dem aus-
härtendem Mauerwerk,
Betonwänden, Fußböden
ist nicht zulässig.
Grundsätzlich nach
Teileausbau/-umbauneue
Dichtungen verwenden.
Rohrleitungsdichtheits-
prüfung: Kugelhahn vor
den Armaturen/Gas-Si-
cherheitabblaseventil
schließen.
Nach Abschluß von Ar-
beiten am Gas-Druckre-
gelgerät: Dichtheitskon-
trolle und Funktionskon-
trolle durchführen.
pPrüf ≤ 1000 mbar
Niemals Arbeiten durch-
führen, wenn Gasdruck
oder Spannung anliegt.
Oenes Feuer vermeiden.

den (EPBD) fordern eine
regelmässige Überprüfung
von Heizungsanlagen zur
langfristigen Sicherstel-
lung von hohen Nutzungs-
graden und somit gering-
ster Umweltbelastung. Es
besteht die Notwendig-
keit sicherheitsrelevante
Komponenten nach Er-
reichen ihrer Nutzungs-
dauer auszutauschen.
Diese Empfehlung gilt
nur für Heizungsanla-
gen und nicht für Ther-
mprozessanwendungen.

Austausch gemäss fol-
