removetheDriveGearCoveronthetopoftheActuatorAssembly!
3.3 Underthecover,therearedrivepulleys,andapulleythatcan
rotatewhenelectricalpowerisappliedtothesystemorwhenthe
potentialspringenergyisreleased.Sincetheactuatorassemblyis
alsounderpressurefromthespringsthatareinternaltothe
actuatormechanism,thereispressureonthesystemthatcan
releasewhenpowerisremovedfromthesystem.Neverattemptto
clearajammedorinoperativeactuatorbyrotatingthe
sprockets.Thiscouldleadtodamagetotheactuator,valve,motor
andcouldcausebodilyharm.

4.0 SynergySeriesValvesetupandoperationwithyourcurrentControl
System
4.1 ConnectingtoDurbinSynergySeriesMotors:
DurbinIndustrialValveofferstheSynergySeriesinananalogordigitalconfiguration.Ifthe
valveisusingdigital/Ethernetcommunications,itispossibletoconnecttoanyandallofthese
motorsusingthelocalEthernetconnectionatthepanel.Alternatively,theusermayconnectto
anindividualvalvebyusingtheMicroUSBportonthefrontofthemotor.
