MANUAL IN ORDER TO RIDE SAFELY AND AVOID INJURIES, COLLISIONS OR
LOSS OF CONTROL.
Check local laws and regulations to see where and how you may use your Gentle
Electric Bike legally. Obey to all applicable laws for vehicles and pedestrians
from your country.
This manual includes basic operational instructions for the Gentle Electric Bike.
It cannot cover all situations of hypothetical injury. OPERATORS MUST USE
GOOD JUDGMENT AND COMMON SENSE TO DETECT AND AVOID HAZARDS
AND DANGERS that they may encounter when riding the Gentle Electric Bike.
By using the Gentle Electric Bike, you accept the inherent risks of operating
this product.
IMPROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT AND NOT FOLLOWING THESE WARNINGS
CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURIES.
ALWAYS USE CAUTION!

SAFETY
1. This product is designed for adults, age 18+ and it is not recommended for
minors. Load capacity – one person, please do not carry two people at once.
Rear-mounted luggage carrier is designed for a maximum load of 25 kg.
2. Always inspect the electric bike before use. Correct maintenance inspections
may decrease the risk of accidents.
3. Please wear a safety helmet and other protective and signaling gear when
riding the electric bike. Use an approved bicycle helmet properly tted, with
a chin strap that protects your chin and the back of the head. Local laws and
regulations may require riders of two-wheeled vehicles to wear a helmet and
other protective and signaling gear. Never ride the electric bike barefoot or
wearing sandals or high heels.
4. You must not ride the bike on on public roads or roads assimilated to public
roads, in trafc lanes or on unsafe roads and remember to follow local rules
and regulations when riding your bike.
5. Please practice riding your bike on large areas and ride it after you have
acquired bike-handling techniques; avoid being a trafc hazard.
6. Make no dangerous movements while riding and avoid using just one hand on
the handlebar. Keep your feet on the pedals of the electric bike.
7. Avoid riding the electric bike on the stairs because it could tip over, causing
injury to the driver and/or cause damage to the electric bike.
8. The maximum speed is 25 km/h. For your safety, please adjust your speed to
road conditions. Try to avoid using the product at night, and if necessary, ride
your bike as slow as possible and turn on the headlights.
9. Do not use electric bike if the outside temperature is lower than 00 C, because
the battery can be affected.
10. Reduce your speed in bad weather conditions.
11. Do not ride the electric bike on slippery or icy roads.
12. Adjust the handlebars and seat according to your height to ensure your safety.
13. To avoid damaging the electrical parts of the vehicle, please do not immerse
this product in water and do not wash with running water under pressure.
14. To provide adequate protection of the electrical parts of the bike, please do not
drive the electric bike on a bad weather, such as rain and strong wind.
15. Do not ride the GENTLE ELECTRIC bike after consuming alcohol.
16. Please do not use your mobile phone or other devices while using the GENTLE
ELECTRIC bike.
17. The use of the GENTLE ELECTRIC bike in violation of the provisions contained
in this manual is done at the user’s own risk and GENTLE ELECTRIC is relieved
of any liability for any damages caused by inappropriate use of the product.

B. Unfolding:
To unfold the electric bicycle you have to follow the same steps as folding,
but from the end to the beginning (from 14. to 1.).
FITTING AND ADJUSTING
1. Handlebar
To adjust the handlebar you need to open the clamp on to the handlebar
(see Fig. 2), then place the handlebar in the position that ensures optimum
comfort and nally to close/tighten the clamp (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 3).
2. Saddle
In order to adjust the forward/backward position of the seat, you need to
loosen the screw nut under the saddle, then place the saddle so that it ts you
perfectly and nally to tighten the screw not (see photo below).
To adjust the saddle height you needed to open the clamp under the
saddle, then adjust the saddle at your desired position, and, nally, close the
clamp (see photo below).

Power On/Off
Press and hold POWER button for 2 seconds can turn on/off the display. The
Display can automatically shut down when there is no operate & ride for 5 minutes.
Assist level operating
Short press UP/DOWN button can change the assist level. Top assist level
is 9, 1 is minimum. Level quantities can be adjusted according to the customer
requirements.
Speed mode switch & Mileage mode switch
Short press POWER button can change the speed mode & the mileage mode,
Speed AVG Speed MAX Speed Trip ODO Time.
*If there is no operation for 5 seconds, display will return Speed (Real-
Time) display automatically.

Lights On/Off
Press and hold UP button for 2 seconds can turn on/off the headlight and
display light. The rear light can be turned on/off by pressing the button indicated
in the picture below.
The motor does not work when the battery voltage is low, display still can
keep the headlight on for a while when Gentle Electric bike is in riding.
Direct acceleration

Data clean up
Press and hold UP & DOWN buttons together for 1 second can reset
several temporary data, temporary data include AVG Speed / MAX Speed / Trip
/ Time.

BATTERY AND CHARGER
Each GENTLE ELECTRIC bike is equipped with a lithium-ion battery and
a special smart charger. These accessories that come with each product are
assigned a unique serial number, please do not use chargers from other brands.
If the product, battery or charger will be damaged due to the use of other brands
accessories, our company shall not be held responsible.
1. Battery
Please fully charge the battery before rst use of the GENTLE ELECTRIC
bike. For future use, the battery can be charged at any time.
To extend the life of your battery, we recommend you to:
• Make sure the tires are inated every time you ride.
• Make sure the chain of the electric bike is properly tensioned;
• Balance the load on the bike and distribute weight evenly.
Caution: Do not use batteries from other brands, they will not work with this electric
bike.
To extend the life of your battery, please fully charge it at least once every three
months, even if you do not use the electric bike.
Water immersion, collisions, and other abnormal factors will lead to battery
damage, which is not covered under warranty.
2. Charger
The charging time is approximately 6 hours.

3. Charging process
1. Rotate the key in position “ON”, as sown in the picture below.

2. Open the protection cap situated on electric bike battery, insert the
charger plug into the charging jack, as shown in the picture below.
3. Plug the charger plug in the charger point.
4. The electric bike battery can be removed and charged separately
(As shown in the picture below); but in order to remove the battery you have to
rotate the key on the battery in the position “UNLOCK” and fold the saddle by
pressing the lever under it as shown in the picture below.
Note: While charging, the light indicator of the charger is red, when it turns green,
the battery is fully charged and you can stop charging. If you want to check the
charging process, you can press the button on the battery indicated in the picture
below.

MAINTENANCE
1. Lubrication
Every six months, please add a small amount of grease or lubricants.
Please inspect your electric bike monthly, to see if the screws are loosened.
2. Storage and maintenance
Do not expose the electric bike to direct sunlight and avoid exposing the
product to wet conditions for too long. Please keep the electric bike clean and dry.
Clean the bike using a soft cloth and mild soap.
Before each use, check if the electric bike has the tires inated, according
to the correct PSI indicated on the sidewall of the tire.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the product does not operate normally by following the operating
instructions, please contact your dealer or distributor.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE ELECTRIC BIKE

fold and fasten the fastening screw
(image 1) with a 6 mm Allen key;
- unfold the bike handlebar in order to
use it.
- assemble the wing on the front fork
using the M6 screw with a 5 mm Allen
key and a 10 mm wrench.

through the hub of the front wheel,
making sure that it is properly

Vericați legile și reglementările locale pentru a vedea unde și cum puteți
folosi legal bicicleta electrică GENTLE ELECTRIC. Respectați toate legile

Acest manual include instrucțiunile de bază pentru folosirea bicicletei
electrice GENTLE ELECTRIC, însă nu poate acoperi toate situațiile ipotetice
de accidentare. UTILIZATORII TREBUIE SĂ DEA DOVADĂ DE PRUDENȚĂ
PENTRU A DETECTA ȘI EVITA RISCURILE ȘI PERICOLELE care pot 

SIGURANȚĂ
1. Produsul este destinat adulților, peste 18 ani și nu este recomandat minorilor.
Limita este de o persoană, vă rugăm să nu transportați două persoane în
același timp. Limita maximă de încărcare a portbagajului este de 25 kg.
2. Întotdeauna inspectați bicicleta electrică înainte de utilizare. Inspectarea și
întreținerea corectă pot reduce riscul de producere a accidentelor.
3. Vă rugăm să purtați casca de siguranță și alte echipamente de protecție
și semnalizare, atunci când conduceți bicicleta electrică. Utilizați o cască
de bicicletă aprobată, potrivită dumneavoastră, cu curea la bărbie și care
vă protejează partea din spate a capului. Legislațiile locale pot solicita
conducătorilor de vehicule pe două roți să poarte o cască și alte echipamente
de protecție și semnalizare. Nu conduceți niciodată bicicleta electrică desculț
sau în panto decupați la degete sau cu tocuri înalte.
4. Nu conduceți bicicleta electrică pe drumurile publice sau drumurile asimilate
drumurilor publice, pe benzile de circulație sau pe drumuri nesigure și nu
încălcați reglementările locale.
5. Vă rugăm să exersați în zone ample și să conduceți după ce ați deprins tacticile
de manipulare; nu conduceți pe benzile de circulație.
6. Nu faceți nici o mișcare periculoasă în timpul conducerii și nu conduceți cu o
mână. Țineți-vă picioarele pe pedalele bicicletei electrice.
7. Nu încercați să conduceți bicicleta electrică pe scări pentru că aceasta se
poate răsturna, cauzând accidentarea conducătorului și/sau daune pentru
bicicleta electrică.
8. Viteza maximă este de 25 km/h. Pentru siguranța dumneavoastră, vă rugăm
să adaptați viteza la condițiile de drum. Încercați să evitați utilizarea în timpul
nopții, iar dacă acest lucru este necesar, circulați cu viteză cât mai mică și
porniți farurile.
9. Nu utilizați bicicleta electrică dacă temperatura exterioară este mai mică de 0
C, pentru că bateria poate  afectată.
10. Încetiniți bicicleta electrică în condiții dicile de drum.
11. Nu conduceți bicicleta electrică pe suprafețe alunecoase sau pe gheață.
12. Reglați ghidonul și șezutul conform înălțimii dumneavoastră.
13. Pentru a evita deteriorarea părților electrice ale vehiculului, vă rugăm să nu
introduceți bicicleta electrică în apă și nu o spălați cu jet de apă sub presiune.
14. Pentru protecția părții electrice a bicicletei/bateriei, vă rugăm să nu conduceți
bicicleta electrică pe vreme nefavorabilă, cum ar  ploaie și vânt puternic.
15. Nu conduceți bicicleta electrică GENTLE ELECTRIC dacă ați consumat alcool.
16. Vă rugăm să nu utilizați telefonul mobil sau alte astfel de dispozitive în timpul
utilizării bicicletei GENTLE ELECTRIC.
17. Utilizarea bicicletei electrice GENTLE ELECTRIC cu încălcarea prevederilor
conținute de acest manual se face pe propria răspundere și GENTLE ELECTRIC
este exonerat de orice responsabilitatea privind eventualele daune produse de
utilizarea necorespunzătoare a produsului.
