INSTRUCTIONSHEET:HOWTOREPLACESWIVELPLATESET
ON77‐SERIESSWIVELSLIDINGBENCHES

1) Fliptheseat(withswivelplate)upside‐
downsotheundersideoftheswivelplate
isfacingupwards.

2) Thesideoftheseatwiththemiddle,red
swivel‐releaseleveristhefrontoftheseat.
Rotatethewholeseatsetsothered
swivel‐releaseleverisfacingyou.
3) Usetapetosecurethetworedtabsofthe
slidingringstothewhiteslidingringsso
theredtabsarepositionedfurthestaway
fromthegrayseat.
4) Presstheredswivel‐releaseleverto
unlocktheswivelplate,androtatethe
swivelplate45degrees,exposingthe
screwswhichattachtheswivelplatetothe
seat.

5) Unscrewthefourscrewsattachingthe
swivelplatetotheseat(seearrowsin
photoleft),andremovethefourscrews
andfourcupwashers.Pleasekeepthe
screwsandcupwasherstore‐attachthe
replacementswivelplatetotheseat.
6) Removetheoldswivelplatefromtheseat.
Pleaseleavethetwometaltubesandfour
flatwasherswiththeseat.

7) Makesurethefourflatwashersareplaced
onthefourscrewholesofthemetaltubes.

8) Placethereplacementswivelplateontop
oftheseat/metaltubeswiththesliding
ringsfacingupwards.Makesurethe
middle,redswivel‐releaseleverisfacing
towardsthefrontoftheseat.

9) Usetapetosecurethetworedtabsofthe
slidingringstothewhiteslidingringsso
theredtabsarepositionedfurthestaway
fromthegrayseat.
10) Presstheredswivel‐releaseleverto
unlocktheswivelplate,androtatebottom
halfoftheswivelplate(thehalfthatis
currentlyfacingupwards)45degrees,
exposingthescrewholes.

11) Lineuptheoblongscrewholesofthe
swivelplatewiththeholesoftheseatand
metaltubes.(seearrowsinphotoleft)


12) Re‐attachtheswivelplatetotheseatusing
fourscrewsandthefourcupwashers.
Makesuretousetheoblongscrewholes
andnottheroundscrewholesnearestto
theedges.

13) Rotatetheswivelplate45degreesbackto
theproperlockedposition.The
replacementisnowcomplete.


