Reading and storing the user manual
This user manual accompanies this shower chair with back rest.
It contains important information on assembly and handling.
For improved readability, the shower chair with back rest will be
referred to only as the “shower chair” below.
Before using the shower chair, read the user manual carefully. This particularly
applies to the safety notes. Failure to heed this user manual may result in severe
injury or damage to the shower chair.
Store the user manual for future use. If you pass the shower chair on to third
parties, be absolutely sure to include this user manual.

The following symbols and signal words are used in this user manual, on the
shower chair or on the packaging.

Proper use
The shower chair is only designed to be used as a seat when showering. It is
only intended for use with commercially available shower basins and may only
be used for shower basins that permit a stable position.
The shower chair is designed to carry a maximum load of 220lbs.(100kg).
It is only intended for private use and is not suitable for commercial use.
The shower chair is not a toy, a medical product and is not suitable for therapeutic
purposes.
Only use the shower chair as described in this user manual. Using it in any other
way is deemed improper and may result in damage to property or even personal
injury.
The manufacturer or vendor cannot be held liable for damages incurred
through improper or incorrect use.
Safety notes
WARNING!
Danger of suffocation!
If children play with the packaging wrapper or small parts,
they could get caught in it, slip the wrapper over their head or
swallow the small parts and choke.
− Keep the packaging wrapper and small parts away from
children.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Handling the shower chair improperly may result in injury.
− Never stand on the shower chair.
− Only use the shower chair in the shower and not in the
bath tub or at the washbasin.
− Make sure that the shower chair is always set up on all
four feet.

− Keep in mind that there is a risk of slipping when you sit
down and stand up in wet shower basins, especially if bath
additives or a washing agent have been used.

Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the shower chair may damage the
shower chair.
− Discontinue using the shower chair if the screwed
connections have come loose or if metallic or plastic parts
are deformed, cracked or exhibit other damages.
− Do not modify the construction of the shower chair.
− Do not attach additional elements to the shower chair.
Checking the pack contents
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
If you are not attentive when opening the packaging with a
sharp knife or other pointed objects, you could damage the
shower chair.
− Therefore, be careful when opening it.
1. Take the shower chair out of the packaging and remove the packaging
material.
2. Check to make sure that the delivery is complete (see fig. A).
3. Check whether the shower chair exhibits any damage. If this is the case, do
not use the shower chair. Contact the manufacturer at the service address
specified on the warranty card.

Assembling the shower chair
1. Fit the rubber feet 6on the foot tubes 7.
2. Insert the foot tubes in the seat tubes 9(see fig.C).
3. Hold the snap button down and pull the foot tube out to the desired length
(see fig.C).
4. Make sure that the snap button on the seat tube locks into one of the holes in
the foot tube and that all foot tubes have the same height.
5. Screw the seat tubes and the seat

together with a short wing screw

and a washer

(see fig. B).
6. Place the back rest tubes

on the seat tubes so that the screw holes are
aligned above one another.
7. Screw the back rest tubes tight with the long wing screws

and the
washers (see fig. B).
8. Place the back rest

on the back rest tubes so that the screw holes are
aligned above one another.
9. Screw the back rest with the short wing screws and the washers onto the back
rest tubes (see fig. D).
10. Align the rubber feet so that the shower chair has a solid, secure position.
You can now use the shower chair.

NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Improperly cleaning the shower chair could damage the
surface.
− Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with metal or
nylon bristles as well as sharp or metallic cleaning utensils
such as knives, hard scrapers or the like.
1. Use a soft, dry cloth to dry the shower chair after use and cleaning.
2. Regularly check whether all screws and plug connections are securely
seated and tighten them if necessary.

Sort the packaging before you dispose of it. Dispose of paperboard and
cardboard with the recycled paper service and wrappers with appropriate
collection service.
Disposing of the shower chair
− Should the shower chair no longer be capable of being used at some point
in time, dispose of it in accordance with the regulations in force in your state
or country.
− Please ensure your recycling information does apply to the local regulations
and the EPA recommendations (www.epa.gov).

Dear Customer,
The ALDI warranty offers you extensive benefits compared to the statutory
obligation arising from a warranty:
Warranty period: 3 years from date of purchase.
6 months for wear parts and consumables under normal
and proper conditions of use (e.g. rechargeable
batteries).
Costs: Free repair/exchange or refund.
No transport costs.
ADVICE: Please contact our service hotline by phone, e-mail or fax
before sending in the device. This allows us to provide
support in the event of possible operator errors.
In order to make a claim under the warranty, please send us:
• together with the faulty item, the original receipt and the warranty
card properly completed.
• the faulty product with all components included in the packaging.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Accident or unanticipated events (e.g. lightning, water, fire).
• Improper use or transport.
• Disregard of the safety and maintenance instructions.
• Other improper treatment or modification.
After the expiry of the warranty period, you still have the possibility to have
your product repaired at your own expense. If the repair or the estimate of
costs is not free of charge you will be informed accordingly in advance.
This warranty does not limit the statutory obligation of the seller arising from
a warranty. The period of warranty can only be extended in accordance with a
legal standard. In countries where a (compulsory) warranty and/or spare part
storage and/or a system for compensation are/is required by law, the statuto-
ry minimum conditions apply. In the event that a product is received for repair,
neither the service company nor the seller will assume any liability for data or

La silla para ducha está concebida únicamente para sentarse durante la ducha.
Está pensada para su uso en platos de ducha convencionales y solo se puede
emplear en platos de ducha que garanticen un soporte seguro.
La silla para ducha está diseñada para soportar solamente una carga máxima
de 220libras (100kg). Solo está ideada para uso privado, no para el ámbito
industrial. La silla para ducha no es un juguete, producto sanitario ni está
concebida para fines terapéuticos.
Utilice la silla para ducha solo como se describe en este manual de instrucciones.

− Deje de usar la silla para ducha si se han aflojado las unio-
nes roscadas o cuando las piezas metálicas o de plástico
presenten deformaciones, fisuras u otros daños.
− No modifique la estructura de la silla para ducha.
− No fije elementos adicionales en la silla para ducha.

Si abre el embalaje con un cuchillo afilado o con otros objetos
puntiagudos sin tener precaución, la silla para ducha puede
sufrir daños.
− Al abrir el embalaje, proceda con cuidado.
1. Saque la silla para ducha del embalaje y retire el material de embalaje.
2. Compruebe si el suministro está completo (véase la fig.A).
3. Controle que la silla para ducha no presente daños. Si así fuera, no utilice la
silla para ducha. Contacte con el fabricante a través de la dirección de servi-
cio técnico indicada en la tarjeta de garantía.

Montaje de la silla para ducha
1. Coloque las patas de goma 6sobre las varas de las patas 7.
2. Inserte las varas de las patas en las varas de asiento 9(véase la fig.C).
3. Mantenga presionado el botón y saque la vara de pata con la longitud
deseada (véase la fig.C).
4. Asegúrese de que el botón sobre la vara de asiento encaje en uno de los
orificios de la vara de la pata, y de que todas las varas de las patas tengan la
misma altura.
5. Atornille las varas de asiento y el asiento

con un tornillo de
mariposa corto

y una arandela

(véase la fig. B).
6. Coloque las varas de respaldo

sobre las varas de asiento de forma que los
orificios de los tornillos coincidan.
7. Atornille las varas de respaldo con los tornillos de mariposa largos

arandelas (véase la fig. B).

sobre las varas de respaldo de forma que los orificios
de los tornillos coincidan.
9. Atornille el respaldo en las varas de respaldo con los tornillos de mariposa cortos
y las arandelas (véase la fig. D).
10. Oriente las patas de goma de forma que la silla para ducha quede apoyada de
forma fija y segura.
Ahora puede usar la silla para ducha.

La limpieza indebida de la silla para ducha puede provocar

− No utilice productos de limpieza agresivos, cepillos con
