EASYceiling Direct
Installation manual

EASYceiling Direct is used to absorb sound reections. This reduces reverberation
in interior spaces and improves the acoustics. EASYceiling Direct is installed by
gluing the panel to the ceiling.
EASYceiling Direct consists of 40 mm glass wool that is coated on the visible
sides. The panels are classied as non-ammable according to EN ISO 1182. There
are two versions: With a facet edge or with a straight edge.

• Do not put any additional weight on the ceiling
panels, the panels may come loose;
• The panels are intended for use in dry indoor
environments;
• For porous surfaces such as concrete and plaster a
primer is recommended;
• The adhesive provided is not recommended for use on
PE, PP, Teon and bituminous surfaces and expansion
joints;
• For optimum results, apply the adhesive on a clean,
dry and load-bearing surface (clean and degrease with
Carrosol).

Method
Measure the ceiling and the EASYceiling
Direct. Draw the desired location on the
ceiling. If necessary, cut the EASYceiling
Direct to size with a Stanley knife.

Apply strips of the adhesive to the panel
as shown in the illustration, 10 cm from
the edge.
When using the mounting kit, it is
important that the V-groove of the nozzle
faces up.
Please note! Also leave space between
the strips of adhesive.

Place the panel against the ceiling at the
desired location, minor corrections can
be made. Press the panel rmly in place
for 10 seconds.
Tip: Use a cross line laser for positioning and
aligning the ceiling panels.
