Please be aware that the dye for the outer webbing may transfer when in contact with water. It is
recommendedthatbeforerstuseyousoak the Hose in water for 10 minutes. This will reduce the
amount of dye transferred when in use.
Connect the spray head to the expanding hose and connect the hose to the tap. Turn the tap on.
As the hose begins to expand please stretch the hose out to its maximum length to release any
tightness in the outer folded material covering. When the hose is fully expanded, turn the tap off and
release the water by activating the spray head, and the Hose will contract to its original length
The Hose works on water pressure, without this pressure the hose will not expand to its maximum
length. Consequently, if there is a loss in water pressure when in use the Hose will begin to contract.
Please note that the maximum length of the Hose may vary +/-5% of the advertised length. Lack of
water pressure can occur through one or all the following:
1. Water pressure can vary across the UK, it is best to contact your local water company to advise
on available pressure. You will need at least 2 bar to make your hose work and 4 bar to make it fully
stretch for optimum performance. The hose can be used with a maximum of 8 bar pressure.
2. If your garden tap is connected to another water mains or system there can be a sudden
decrease in pressure if water is required elsewhere.
3. Pressure can be lost if the connections from the hose to the tap are not secured correctly.
Thank you for purchasing the Easy Hose.
No tangles, no twists, and no more dragging around a heavy garden hose. The Expanding Easy
Hose is a revolutionary hose that automatically expands up to three times its original length when
the water is turned on and automatically contracts back to it’s original length when the water is
turned off. Ultra-lightweight and super-compact. The dual-layered construction combines a tough
rubber inner hose with durable all-weather webbing outer. Ideal for gardening, cars, caravans and
boats. Supplied in Green and Blue in 4 sizes.
Includes a free holder to store and hang your hose neatly.
