INSTALLATION
All following procedures must be carried
out by qualied technical sta.
Installaon
Filtered water is graded as a food and the
installaon process, carried out by our
own technicians, conforms to the Health
and Safety Execuve’s method and risk
assessment procedure for installing
ltraon systems.
The system, once installed must not be
moved or altered in any way without the

behalf of Eau de Vie. The new site is
subject to survey and any subsequent
removal or re-installaon of the
equipment is to be carried out by Eau de
Vie. Charges will apply.
POSITIONING THE MACHINE
Wear gloves when moving the machine.
Pay aenon as some parts may have
sharp edges.
Install the machine away from heat
sources.
Leave a space of at least 10cm between
the wall and the machine to allow
adequate venlaon.
16

17
FILLING THE ICE-BANK
Access via the back of the machine.
Pour drinking water into the tank using
the 3/8 bulkhead lling (g 14.1).
Stop lling the ice bank when the max
level 2 (Img 14.2) has been reached.
If water exceed this level, water in excess
will ow out on the frontal drip-tray.
Once the ice-bank is full, avoid moving the
machine. If it needs to be moved,
remember to empty the ice-bank rst.
CONNECTION TO MAINS WATER
Check that the mains water supply has a
pressure of between 1 and 3 bar.
NOTE: IF THE INLET WATER PRESSURE IS
HIGHER THAN 3,00 Bar, A PRESSURE
REDUCER MUST BE INSTALLED
Use a tube of food grade by 3/8” (9.50
mm outside diameter) to connect the
power input of the water for the water
supply network, preferably with a tap at
the wall. Connect in the same manner as
the gas pipe (always 3/8").
INSTALLATION

THERMOSTAT
The thermostat 2 is set at maximum for
the ice-bank.
If you wish to avoid the formaon of ice
in the ice-bank, turn the screw on the
thermostat a quarter of a turn
anclockwise

INSTALLATION
CONNECTION TO ELECTRICITY
1. Connecon to the electricity
supply must conform to the local
regulaons. The product must, by
law, be earthed.

pressing the “I” key on the mains
switch. At this point the supply
keyboard, the motor-agitator (in
the ice-bank), the compressor and
the fan will all start up. On the
FIZZ models the pump for the
carbonator will also start up.
4. Open the Sparkling Water tap P1
to release the air present in the
circuit.
5. Aer 2 or 3 minutes the pump for
the sparkling water will stop.

19
INSTALLATION OF THE CO2 CYLINDER (FIZZ MODELS)
1. Once the water cooler has been connected to the mains water and electricity
supply and the ice bank has lled, you can go ahead with the installaon of the
Co2 cylinder alimentary E290.
2. The machine comes with a Co2 pressure reducer with two gauges, but not with
the cylinder.
3. There is no storage space for the cylinder inside the machine.
4. Turn the screw (1) clockwise to increase the level of gas in the water. It is
recommended not to exceed 4 bar (2). To decrease the level of gas in the water
turn the screw anclockwise, the level will diminish as soon as water is
supplied.
5. The water will only reach the ideal level of zz once it has been well chilled,
which generally takes about an hour.
