El equipo HF 100 esta diseñado para trabajos de conformado, corte y
punzonado con útiles originales ECKOLD.
Der Handformer HF 100 darf nur für Umform-, Lochstanz- und
Ausklinkarbeiten mit Original-ECKOLD-Werkzeugen verwendet werden.
e Handformer HF 100 is designed for metal forming, punching and
notching with ECKOLD tools only. Do not use this machine for any other purpose.
Le formeur à main HF 100 est construit pour les opérations de retreint, d’allongement, de poinçonnage
et de grugeage sur des tôles et des prolés, exclusivement à l’aide d’outils de marqueECKOLD. Il est
défendu d’utilisier la machine à d’autres buts ou faire opérer d’autres outils.
La sagomatrice a mano HF 100 può essere utilizzata per lavori di

Monte la placa frontal (1) y la placa base (2) y atornillelas Juntas (9). Inserte la columna (3) y amarrela con la placa de sujección (5) y
la maneta (7). Junte la cabeza del aparato y aprietela (7).
Fije la parada de recorrido (10). Fije (8) el deposito de herramienta (6). Ajuste la altura de trabajo requerida usando la maneta (7) y
deslizando la columna por la guia (3) hasta la posición correcta. Si la columna está bloqueada, se puede liberarla golpeando la maneta
con la mano (7).
Werkzeuge im Gerätekopf einsetzen und durch Betätigung der
Schnellspanner SSP befestigen.
Insert the tooling into the apparatus head and use the two clam-
ping levers to fasten the tooling.
Placer et serrer I‘outil désiré dans la tête d‘appareil à I‘aide des
leviers de tension SSP.
Fissare I‘utensile alla testa dell‘apparecchio tramite le stae di
ssaggio SSP.
Colocar en el cabezal la herramienta deseada y jarla por medio del
tensor de cambio rapido SSP.
Frontblech (1) und Fussblech (2) zusammenstecken und verschrauben (9). Säule (3) einschieben und mit Klemmblech (5) und Stern-
gri (7) befestigen. Gerätekopf aufsetzten und befestigen (7).
Verstellanschlag (10) befestigen. Werkzeugablagen (6) befestigen (8). Gewünschte Arbeitshöhe durch Lösen des Sterngries (7) und
Verschieben der Säule (3) einstellen. Klemmt die Säule, lässt sich diese mit einem Handschlag auf den geöneten Sterngri lösen!
Assemble the front sheet (1) and bottom sheet (2) and screw together (9). Insert the column (3) and clamp it with the clamp sheet (5)
and star knob (7). Attach the apparatus head and fasten it (7).
Fix adjustable stop (10). Fix (8) the tool deposit (6). Adjust the required working height using the Star knob (7) and sliding the guide column (3)
into the right position. If the guide column is clamped, it can be released by hitting the Star knob (7) with your hand.
Assembler la tôle du sol (1) avec la tôle pied (2) et visser les ensemble. Insérer la colonne et xer la avec la tôle de serrage (5) et le
poignée-étoile (7). Poser la tête d‘appareil et xer la (7).
Fixer le butée réglable (10). Fixer (8) le rangement d‘outils (6). Régler la hauteur de travail désirée à I‘aide de la colonne de guidage (3)
et la manche (7) en glissant la première dans la direction voulue. Si la pièce d‘extension est bloquée, elle pourra être libérée en frappant
fermement du poing sur la manche à cône.
Inserire la lamiera di fronte (1) insieme la lamiera piede (2) e avvitarli (9). Frammettere la collona (3) con la lamiera blocco (5) e la
manetta (7). Inforcare la testa dell‘apparecchio e ssare (7).
Fissare l‘arresto di ne corsa (10). Fissare (8) la mensola di attrezzo (6). Con la manetta a stella (7) si regola I‘altezza di lavoro. Se la
colonna è bloccata, si fa liberare con un colpo con la mano sull‘ansa a stella.

Das Werkstück im Werkzeug in Arbeitsstellung bringen. Handhebel langsam zum ersten Arbeitshub niederdrücken. Beim STAU-
CHEN oder STRECKEN bringt die Folge mehrerer Arbeitshübe bei gleichzeitigem handgesteuertem Vorschub des Werkstückes in
der Formungszone die gewünschte Umformung.
Der Handhebeldruck ist individuell nach den Erfordernissen zu dosieren. Die maximale Leistung der Werkzeuge hinsichtlich Materi-
alstärke und -qualität ist zu beachten (siehe entsprechendes Werkzeugblatt).
Den Handhebel NIE ganz nach unten drücken. Überlastungsgefahr!
Die Ausschneid und Lochstanzwerkzeuge der Typen ASW und LSW sind im Hub begrenzt. Nach beendetem Schneid-
bzw. Stanzvorgang muss der Handhebel wieder in die Ausgangsstellung gebracht werden. Das unkontrollierte Hinunter-
drücken des Handhebels kann zu Gewaltbrüchen an diesen Werkzeugen führen.
Bring the workpiece into working position. Press down slowly the hand lever of the apparatus head to carry out the rst working
stroke. When SHRINKING or STRETCHING repeat the working stroke in series while simultaneously hand controlling the feed of
the job within the forming zone, until you have obtained the required shape. Control your pressure on the hand lever to get the best
result, and watch the maximum capacity of the tooling regarding gauges and quality of material (see tooling catalogue).
Never push too hard and bring the hand lever into an extreme low position: Danger of overload and fracture!
e type ASW and LSW notching and punching tools have a limited stroke length so that uncontrolled movements of the
hand lever may overload and brake these tools. Always bring the handlever into initial position aer achieving the notching or
punching operation.
Placer la pièce à travailler dans I‘outil en position de travail. Appuyer lentement sur le levier à main pour la première cours de travail.
Les opérations de RETREINT et d‘ ALLONGEMENT demandent une suite de plusieurs courses de travail tout en guidant simultané-
ment la pièce à travailler dans la zone de formage.
La pression sur le levier à main est à doser selon les besoins individuels de I‘opération de formage en cours. La capacité maximale des
diérents outils a I‘égard de I‘épaisseur et la qualité du matérial ne doit pas être dépassée. Les pages de ce catalogue consacrées aux
outils informent sur les capacités propres à chapue type d‘outil.
Ne jamais appuyer et descendre le levier à main tout en bas: danger de surcharge.
Les outils pour GRUGER et POINÇONNER, types ASW et LSW, possèdent une course limitée. Par
conséquent, ne jamais appuyer et descendre le levier à main sans contrôle: danger de rupture.
Remonter toujours le levier à main après les opérations de grugeage et de poinçonnage.
Collocare il pezzo da lavorare nell‘utensile in posizione di lavoro. Abbassare lentamente la leva a mano per la prima fase di lavoro. Le

capacità proprie a ciascun tipo di utensile.
Non premere ed abbassare mai la leva a mano completamente verso il basso: pericolo di
sovraccarico. Gli utensili per tranciare e punzonare, tipo ASW e LSW, hanno una corsa limitata. Non si deve quindimai ab-
bassare e premere senza controllo la leva a mano: pericolo di rottura dell‘utensile. Riportare sempre nella posizione iniziale
la leva a mano dopo le operazioni di
tranciatura e di punzonatura.

Colocar la pieza a realizar entre las herramientas en posición de trabajo. Presionar lentamente la palanca de mando hacia abajo para
producir el primer movimiento de trabajo. En trabajos de RECOGER y ESTIRAR se necesita una serie continua de movimientos de
presión, corriendo simultaneamente la pieza a trabajar sobre la zona que se desea conformar. La presión de la palanca se calcula en
cada caso individualmente de acuerdo con la conformación deseada.
La capacidad máxima de las diferentes herramientas está de acuerdo con la calidad y espesor de los
materiales utilizadoz (ver el correspondiente catálogo de herramientas).
Nunca bajar la palanca de mando a fondo. Peligro de sobrecarga.
Los utiles de CORTAR y PUNZONAR del tipo ASW y LSW tienen recorrido jo. Por tanto no se
puede accionar la palanca de mando sin control. Peligro de rotura. Levantar siempre la palanca de mando antes de efectuar
las operaciones de corte o punzonado.

len.

required working height using the Star knob (b) and sliding the guide column into the right position.
Tener la tête d‘appareil avec une main pendant que vous régler la hauteur de travail (a). Régler
la hauteur de travail désirée à I‘aide de la pièce d‘extension et la manche à cône (b) en glissant la première dans
la direction voulue.
Tenere la testa d‘apparecchio con una mano mentre si regola l‘altezza di lavoro (a). Con la leva
conica (b) si regola I‘altezza di lavoro.
Sujete el cabezal de la máquina con una mano durante el ajuste de altura de trabajo (a). Ajuste
la altura de trabajo requerida usando la maneta (b) y deslizando la columna por la guia hasta
la posición correcta.
Klemmt die Säule, lässt sich diese mit einem Handschlag auf den geöneten
Sterngri lösen (c) ! Drehen Sie den Sterngri anschliessend wieder fest.
If the guide column is clamped, it can be released by hitting the Star knob (c) with
your hand. Turn the handle for tightening.
Si la pièce d‘extension est bloquée, elle pourra être libérée en frappant fermement
du poing sur la manche à cône.
Tourner à nouveau le levier (la manche à cône) pour serrer.
Se la colonna è bloccata, si fa liberare con un colpo con la mano sull‘ansa a stella
(c). Chiuda nuovamente l’impugnatura a cono.
Si la columna está bloqueada, se puede liberarla golpeando la maneta con la mano
(c). Apriete la maneta para bloquear de nuevo

nécessite pas d‘entretien - sauf un nettoyage régulier.
