This a brief guide to demonstrate the basic ‘Operating Instructions’ and ‘Tips for Spraying’ of the
VP200ES model. Please ensure you have read and understood the operations manual before
operating the sprayer.
Operating Instructions
Tips for Spraying
1. To start the use of the Cordless Electrostatic Sprayer first charge your battery (1.3) by inserting the 14.4-volt
battery into the charger and plugging the charger into a wall socket.
2. Next fill the tank (1.1) by first removing it from the unit by rotating the tank lock (1.7) and pulling the tank
release ring (1.2). The tank can now be removed. Note: you must hold on to the tank when you pull the tank
release ring or the tank will fall to the floor.
3. Fill the tank with the desired water based liquid.
4. Insert the tank into the sprayer (TIP-Stand the tank on a flat surface and then place the sprayer onto the
tank) and rotate the tank lock (1.7) until you hear the click of the tank release ring (1.2) snap into place.
5. Insert the charged battery (1.3) into the battery socket and lock in place.
6. Ensure electrostatic switch (1.6) and 3 In 1 nozzle (1.9) are on desired setting and before spraying.
7. Pull the trigger (1.4) and spray on your desired surface. Headlight (1.8) will automatically turn on when
spraying.
8. When you have finished spraying always take the battery out and empty the contents of the tank.
9. Never leave the solutions in the sprayer when not in use. TIP: Put the trigger on lock (1.5) when packing
sprayer away.

 Stand approximately 3-5 feet away from the surface/area, as the spray travels further than what you think.
 Work in a methodical pattern to ensure an even coverage.
 Angle the sprayer slightly upwards and aim slightly above your target as droplets will drop slightly.
 If you want a longer dwell time (length of time the solution is wet on the surface) adjust the nozzle to a higher
micron size.
 Don’t spray directly into sockets or electrical items.
 Always wear the correct PPE equipment for the chemical / solution you are spraying.

Nozzle Instructions
To remove the 3 in 1 nozzle:
 Remove the battery from the unit.
 Insert the nozzle wrench around the nozzle piece, fitting it into the grooves.
 Twist the nozzle wrench 1/4 turn anti-clockwise.
 3 in 1 nozzle should be loose and able to be removed.
To insert the 3 in 1 nozzle:
 Remove the battery from the unit.
 Insert the wrench tool into the nozzle.
 Put the nozzle in the unit, twist until you find the small grooves on the nozzle.
 Twist the wrench 1/4 turn ANTI-CLOCKWISE, the nozzle will move backwards into place.
 Then turn back CLOCKWISE until you hear it click.
 You can then turn it clockwise to your desired nozzle size
If your nozzle is now spraying from the bottom please do the following steps...
 Insert the wrench tool around the nozzle, fitting it into the grooves.
 Twist the nozzle 1/4 turn anti-clockwise, so it pops out slightly.
 Twist the nozzle 1/4 turn anti-clockwise again, the nozzle should then move back into place.
 TIP: Do 1 full clockwise rotations of the nozzle to ensure the nozzles are lined up.
