Night Switch (HA2000NS)
The Night Switch is used for quick access to
arm/disarm of the wireless alarm system.
RED BUTTON
Pressing this button
for 1 second will
put the alarm
system into
“HOME ARM”
mode.
GREEN BUTTON
Pressing this button
for 1 second will put the alarm system into
“ALARM OFF” mode.



When either the Red or the Green button is
pressed, the TX LED will flash to indicate
the HA2000NS has successfully sent out a
signal to the Control Panel.



The HA2000NS uses one 12V 35mAh
alkaline battery as its power source. The
battery is good for approximately 2,600
signal transmissions before it needs
changing.
HA2000NS can also detect the battery
status. The low battery signal will be sent to
the Control Panel along with regular signal
transmissions for the Control Panel to
display the status accordingly.



Remove the screw to separate the top
cover from the base.
Insert the battery with negative of the
battery on the spring side.
Place the top case over the base.
Put the Control Panel into “Device
+/-“ menu and ten select “Add Device”
menu.
Press any buttons on the HA2000NS.
Press “OK” on the Control Panel and
follows its settings to complete the
Learning-In process. Refer to the
operation manual of your control panel
under the section of “Device +/-“ to
complete the learn-in process.
The Learning-In process is now
completed.
After the HA2000NS is learnt-in, put the
Control Panel into “Walk Test” mode,
hold the Night Switch HA2000NS in the
desired location, and press the Test
button to confirm this location is within
signal range of the Control Panel.
When you are satisfied that the
HA2000NS work in the chosen location,
you can proceed with installation.



There are two ways to mount the
HA2000NS by either Self-adhesive
installation or Screw mounting.
Self adhesive installation
1. Clean the surface with a suitable
degreaser.
2. Remove the protective covering
from one side of the double-sided
adhesive pad and firmly apply to
the back of the device.
3. Next remove the other cover and
firmly press the item onto the
desired location.

Do not use the adhesive pad
method of installation on a surface
with peeling or cracked paint, or
on a rough surface.
Screw Mounting
The base has two knockouts, where the
plastic is thinner for mounting purpose. To
mount the HA2000NS:
1. Remove the screw to separate the
top cover from the base.
2. Break through the knockouts on
the base.
3. Using the holes as a template, drill
two holds and insert the wall plug.
4. Screw the base into the wall plug.
5. Screw the top cover back on to its
base


