Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Kauf Ihres neuen Entsafters. Sie haben ein technisch zuverlässiges
Gerät gekauft, welches Ihnen die tägliche Zubereitung von frischen Säften erleichtert.
WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
 Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung bevor Sie Ihr Gerät benutzen.
 Alle Tätigkeiten, an und mit diesem Gerät dürfen nur insoweit ausgeführt werden, wie sie in
dieser Gebrauchsanleitung beschrieben sind.
 Falls Sie das Produkt einmal an eine andere Person weitergeben möchten, legen Sie bitte
diese Gebrauchsanleitung immer mit dazu.
 Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Gerät vermerkten
Spannung übereinstimmt bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen.
 Dieses Produkt kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren sowie von Personen mit
reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder
Mangel an Erfahrungen und/oder Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie
beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Produktes
unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben.

. Benutzen Sie das Gerät auf keinen Fall, wenn es sichtbare
bzw. erkennbare Beschädigungen aufweist.
 Ein beschädigtes Netzkabel darf nur vom Hersteller, einer von ihm beauftragten Werkstatt
oder einer ähnlich qualifizierten Person ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
 Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur zu Haushaltszwecken, wie in der Bedienungsanleitung
angegeben.
 Das Gerät nicht benutzen, wenn es beschädigt ist.
 Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten, weder zum Reinigen,
noch zu einem anderen Zweck. Geben Sie das Gerät niemals in die Spülmaschine.
 Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe einer Wärmequelle. Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht
auf heiße Flächen (z.B. Herdplatten) oder in die Nähe von offenen Flammen.
 Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien und bewahren Sie es an einem trockenen Platz auf.
 Benutzen Sie nur Zubehör, welches vom Lieferanten empfohlen oder verkauft wurde.
Anderes Zubehör stellt eine Gefahr für den Benutzer dar und das Gerät könnte dadurch
beschädigt werden. Benutzen Sie das Gerät auf keinen Fall, wenn es sichtbare bzw.
erkennbare Beschädigungen aufweist.
 Entfernen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen. Zum Reinigen
wischen Sie die Antriebseinheit nur mit einem feuchten Lappen ab.
 Schalten Sie den Entsafter aus und ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, wenn Sie ihn
nicht benutzen bzw. wenn Sie ihn zusammensetzen oder auseinander bauen.
 Vor dem Auswechseln von Zubehör muss das Gerät ausgeschaltet und der Stillstand
abgewartet werden.
 Ziehen Sie niemals an der Anschlussleitung, um den Entsafter zu bewegen oder um ihn von
der Steckdose zu trennen. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Anschlussleitung nicht irgendwo
hängen bleibt und dies zum Fall des Gerätes führen könnte. Wickeln Sie die
Anschlussleitung nicht um das Gerät oder knicken Sie diese nicht.
 Lassen Sie die Anschlussleitung nicht über die Arbeitsfläche herunterhängen und
vermeiden Sie, dass diese mit heißen Gegenständen in Berührung kommt. Legen Sie die



Kunststoffteile nie auf eine heiße Kochplatte, da sie sich verformen und schmelzen
würden.
 Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einen Tisch oder auf eine ebene Fläche damit es nicht umfällt.
 Bei einer eventuell auftretenden Vibration oder bei einem merklichen Absinken der
Drehzahl des Motors ist das Gerät sofort auszuschalten und in den Rückwärtsgang
umzuschalten bzw. die Rückstände durch Herausnehmen des Siebes zu entfernen.
 Das Produkt darf nicht mit einer externen Zeitschaltuhr oder mit einem separaten
Fernwirksystem betrieben werden.

Fachmann: anerkannter Kundendienst des Lieferanten oder des Importeurs, der für derartige
Reparaturen zuständig ist. Für eventuelle Reparaturen wenden Sie sich bitte an diesen
Kundendienst.
BEWAHREN SIE DIESE VORSCHRIFTEN GUT AUF.
VOR DEM ERSTEN GEBRAUCH
Reinigen Sie das Außengehäuse sorgfältig mit einem feuchten Lappen, waschen Sie das
Zubehör in warmem Seifenwasser und trocknen Sie es mit einem trockenen Handtuch.
Benutzen Sie keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel. Tauchen Sie das Anschlusskabel bzw. die
Antriebseinheit des Geräts nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
Dieses Gerät hat einen Sicherheitsschalter; dieser stellt sicher, dass Sie das Gerät nur
einschalten können, wenn die Antriebseinheit und das Zubehör richtig zusammengesetzt sind.
ZUSAMMENSETZUNG UND INBETRIEBNAHME
• Bevor Sie das Gerät zusammensetzen, versichern Sie sich, dass sich das Anschlusskabel
nicht in der Steckdose befindet.
• Stellen Sie die Antriebseinheit auf einen Tisch oder auf eine ebene Fläche.
• Am Boden des Siebgehäuses befindet sich ein Siliconverschluss (Abb. 1), der den
Tresterauslauf von innen verschließt. Zum Reinigen des Tresterauslaufs den Siliconverschluss
abziehen und nach der Reinigung wieder verschließen.

• Setzen Sie das Siebgehäuse auf die Antriebseinheit, setzen Sie dabei die drei viereckigen
Durchbrüche des Siebgehäuses auf die drei viereckigen Zapfen der Antriebseinheit
(Abb. 2) und drehen das Siebgehäuse in hrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag (Abb. 3).



• Setzen Sie erst das Filtersieb in den Siebhalter, dann Beides zusammen in das Siebgehäuse.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Dreieckmarkierung des Filtersiebes mit der Dreieckmarkierung
des Filtergehäuses übereinpasst (Abb. 4).

• Stellen Sie die Schnecke in das Filtersieb, achten Sie darauf, dass die Schnecke auf dem
Mitnehmer der Antriebseinheit sitzt (Abb. 5).

• Setzen Sie den Deckel auf das Siebgehäuse. Richten Sie die Dreieckmarkierung des
Deckels auf die Dreieckmarkierung des Filtergehäuses (Abb. 6) und drehen den Deckel in
hrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag (Abb. 7).
Wichtig! Wenn der Deckel und das Siebgehäuse nicht richtig zusammengesetzt sind,
kann der Entsafter nicht eingeschaltet werden - Sicherheitsschalter!

• Den Stopfer in den Füllschacht einführen.
• Den Saftbehälter unter den Saftauslauf und den Tresterbehälter unter den Tresterauslauf
positionieren.
• Das Gerät einschalten – Schalter auf „ON“.
• Früchte oder Gemüse durch den Füllschacht am Deckel zuführen. Dabei Stopfer gefühlvoll
einsetzen. Passform des Stopfers beachten. Greifen Sie niemals mit den Fingern in den
Einfüllschacht am Deckel bei laufendem Gerät. Verletzungsgefahr! Früchte und Gemüse
müssen so zubereitet sein, dass sie leicht durch den Füllschacht des Gehäusedeckels
gestoßen werden können.
• Vermeiden Sie eine Überfüllung des Gerätes. Diese zeigt sich durch Verdicken des Saftes.
Sollte das Gerät auf Grund von Überfüllung stoppen bzw. stocken, das Gerät sofort
ausschalten und den Schalter auf „R“ (rückwärts) umschalten. Dabei hat der Schalter die
Funktionsweise eines Tasters und schaltet das Gerät nur bei Betätigung in den
Rückwärtsgang.
Die Qualität der Früchte und des Gemüses ist ausschlaggebend für die Qualität der Säfte.
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie stets frisches Gemüse und Obst einkaufen. Waschen Sie es
gründlich vor dem Entsaften – infolge evtl. verwendetem Pflanzenschutzmittel.
Denken Sie bitte daran, das sich gewisse Früchte, die zu „Musen“ neigen, für Entsaftung nicht
eignen. Für die Entsaftung generell kein Steinobst verwenden.
Das Gewicht des einzufüllenden Gutes kann je nach Qualität und Saftigkeit ca. 800 g
betragen.
Hinweis: Kleinere Mengen garantieren eine höhere Saftausbeute beim Entsaften.



REINIGUNG
• Nach Beendigung der Arbeiten Gerät ausschalten und warten, bis der Motor zum
Stillstand gekommen ist. Deckel entgegen des hrzeigersinns drehen, Deckel abnehmen,
Schnecke, Filtersieb und Siebhalter entfernen.
• Filtergehäuse entgegen hrzeiger drehen und von der Antriebseinheit abnehmen.
• Die abnehmbaren Teile mit Wasser abspülen. Geben Sie die Teile nicht in den
Geschirrspüler.
• Zum Reinigen des Tresterauslaufs des Siebgehäuses den Siliconverschluss am Boden
abziehen und nach der Reinigung wieder verschließen.
• Filtersieb mit beiliegender Reinigungsbürste säubern. Benutzen Sie zum Reinigen des
Filtersiebes keine metallischen oder scharfkantigen Gegenstände.
• Antriebseinheit, wenn nötig, mit feuchtem Tuch abwischen. Tauchen Sie die
Antriebseinheit niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
• Benutzen Sie zur Reinigung keine Schleif- und Scheuermittel.
ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE
Das oberste Gebot ist, dass der Saft in frischem Zustand genossen wird. Je frischer das Gemüse
oder die Früchte sind und je kürzer die Aufbewahrungszeit der Säfte, desto besser ist ihre
Wirkung.
UMWELTSCHUTZ – RICHTLINIE 2002/96/EG
Zum Schutz unserer mwelt und unserer Gesundheit sind Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte nach
bestimmten Regeln zu entsorgen. Dies fordert den Einsatz sowohl des Herstellers bzw.
Lieferanten als auch des Verbrauchers.
Aus diesem Grund darf dieses Gerät, wie das Symbol auf dem Typenschild bzw. auf der
Verpackung zeigt, nicht in den unsortierten Restmüll gegeben werden. Der Verbraucher hat
das Recht, dieses Gerät kostenfrei über kommunale Sammelstellen zu entsorgen; von dort aus
wird die spezifische Behandlung, Verwertung bzw. das Recycling gem. den Erfordernissen der
Richtlinie sichergestellt.
GEWÄHRLEISTUNGS- UND GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
Für unsere Produkte gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen für Gewährleistungsansprüche.
Innerhalb dieser Zeit werden Mängel, welche auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehlern beruhen,
behoben. Davon ausgeschlossen sind Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, Schäden, die
durch übermäßige Beanspruchung, unsachgemäße Behandlung und Wartung sowie durch
Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung entstehen, Schäden, welche durch Verschleiß oder
infolge normaler Abnützung entstanden sind. Ebenso weisen wir darauf hin, dass die
Gewährleistung bei Fremdeingriff erlischt. Hierbei wird der Verkäufer im Fall eines Schadens
keine Haftung übernehmen.
Sollten Sie einen Mangel feststellen, geben Sie bitte das vollständige Gerät an ihren Händler
bzw. Verkaufsstelle. Gewährleistungsansprüche gelten nur in Verbindung mit dem zugehörigen
Kassenbon bzw. der Kopie einer eventuellen Reparaturrechnung, die bei Inanspruchnahme
der Serviceleistung unbedingt mit vorzulegen sind/ist.
Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, das gesäuberte Gerät mit einer kurzen, gut lesbaren
Fehlerbeschreibung zusammen mit dem Kassenbon in einer frankierten Sendung an unseren

Defekte Zubehörteile führen nicht zum mtausch des Gerätes, sondern werden kostenlos im
Austausch zugesandt. In diesem Fall bitte nicht das Gerät einschicken, sondern nur das defekte
Zubehörteil bestellen! Glasbruchschäden sind grundsätzlich kostenpflichtig.
Sowohl Defekte an Verbrauchszubehör bzw. Verschleißteilen, als auch Reinigung, Wartung
oder der Austausch von Verschleißteilen, fallen nicht unter die Gewährleistung und sind
deshalb kostenpflichtig!
NACH ABLAUF DER GESETZLICHEN GEWÄHRLEISTUNGSFRIST

Congratulations on purchasing your new Juice extractor. You have bought a technically
reliable appliance which will facilitate the daily preparation of fresh juice.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
 Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
 Only use the appliance in the way indicated in this instruction manual.
 Should you hand over the appliance to another user, make sure to hand over the
instruction manual together with the appliance.
 Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the rating
plate of the appliance before using the appliance.
 This appliance can be used by children over 8 years old and people with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or with a lack of
experience or knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance and the risks involved.
 Children shall not play with the appliance.
 Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than

 Stand the appliance on a table or flat surface so that it does not fall.
 In the event of any possible vibration occurring or in the event of a marked drop in the
speed of rotation of the motor the appliance is to be switched off immediately and put in
reverse or else the residues are to be removed by removal of the sieve.
 Your appliance must never be switched on through an external timer or any kind of
separate remote control system.

KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY FOR FUTURE USE
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Carefully clean the outer housing with a damp cloth, wash the accessories in warm soapy
water and dry with a dry towel. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not immerse the power cord
or motor unit in water or any other liquid.
This appliance has a safety switch; therefore you can only switch on the appliance when the
motor unit and the accessories have been assembled correctly.
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE AND PUTTING IT INTO OPERATION
• Before assembling the appliance, make sure that it is not plugged in.
• Put the motor unit on a table or a flat surface.
• On the bottom of the strainer housing there is a silicone seal (Fig. 1), which closes the pulp
outlet from inside. To clean the pulp outlet, remove the silicone seal and put it back after
cleaning.

• Place the strainer housing onto the motor unit, by putting the three square openings of the
strainer housing onto the three square pins of the motor unit (Fig. 2) and turn the strainer
housing clockwise all the way to the stop (Fig. 3).

• First put the filter sieve in the strainer holder, and then both together in the strainer housing.
Make sure that the triangle mark of the filter sieve coincides with the triangle mark of the
strainer housing (Fig. 4).



• Put the worm screw into the filter sieve, and make sure that the worm screw is placed on
the shaft of the motor unit (Fig. 5).

• Put the cover onto the strainer housing. Make the triangle mark of the cover coincide with
the triangle mark of the strainer housing (Fig. 6) and turn the cover clockwise all the way to
the stop (Fig. 7).
Important! If the cover and the strainer housing have not been assembled correctly,
the juice extractor cannot be switched on – safety switch!

• Insert the pusher into the food chute.
• Put the juice container under the juice outlet and the pulp container under the pulp
outlet.
• Switch the appliance on – switch in position „ON“.
• Feed in fruit and vegetables through the feeder tube of the cover. At the same time insert
the pusher and make sure that the pusher fits in correctly. Never put your fingers in the
feeder tube of the cover when the appliance is operating. You might get injured! Fruit and
vegetables must be prepared in such a way that they can easily be pushed through the
feeder tube of the casing cover.
• Avoid overfilling the appliance. In case of overfilling the juice gets thicker.
If the appliance should stop or get stuck because of overfilling, switch it off immediately
and put the switch in position „R“ (reverse). Then the switch functions as a tactile switch
and puts the appliance in reverse only for as long as it is depressed.
The quality of the fruit and vegetables is decisive for the quality of the juice.
Ensure that you always purchase fresh vegetables and fruit. Wash the fruit or vegetables
thoroughly before juice extraction - because of pesticides possibly used.
Always bear in mind that certain types of soft fruit which tend to form 'slush' are not suitable for
juice extraction, e.g. soft pears, bananas, boiled apples. For juice extraction generally do not
use any stone-fruit.
The weight of the products to be fed in can, depending on the quality and the juiciness,
amount to about 800 g.
Remark: smaller quantities ensure a better result during the juice extraction.
CLEANING
• After use, switch off and unplug the appliance and wait until the motor stops, i.e. until the
extractor has come to standstill. Turn the cover anticlockwise and remove the cover, the
worm screw (auger), the filter and the strainer holder.
• Turn the strainer housing anticlockwise and remove it from the motor unit.
• Wash the removable parts with water. Do not put these parts in the dishwasher.
• To clean the pulp pipe of the strainer housing, remove the silicone seal from the bottom
and close it again after cleaning.
• Clean the filter sieve with the provided cleaning brush. Do not use any metallic or sharp
objects to clean the filter sieve.
• When necessary wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water or any
other liquid.
• Never use abrasive products.
GENERAL NOTES
The main rule is that the juice always be enjoyed in the fresh state. The fresher the vegetables
or fruit and the shorter the storage time of the juice, the better the effect.

rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it free of charge to a municipal collection point
performing waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in
accordance with the directive.
TERMS OF GUARANTEE
For our products, the legal terms concerning claims under guarantee are valid. During the
legal period, all material and manufacturing defects are covered. No claims will be accepted
for broken accessories, defects resulting from inappropriate use or care, excessive wear due to
intensive use, wrong use due to the non-observance of the instruction manual, or normal wear
and tear. No guarantee claims will be accepted if the appliance has been modified or if
attempts have been made to repair the appliance. In such case, the vendor cannot be held
responsible in case of accidents.
If you detect a defect, please contact your vendor or shop and return your complete
appliance in its original packaging together with the receipt. Claims under guarantee will only
be valid if the receipt or a copy of a repair bill is handed over with the appliance that needs
repair.
Or send the appliance cleaned, well packed and with a short, easily readable description of
the default as well as the receipt freight prepaid to our customer service in our firm in Bad
Blankenburg.
In case of a defective accessory, the complete appliance will not be exchanged, but only the
accessory will be sent free of charge. In such case, do not return the complete appliance but
only order the accessory! In case of glass damages, glass spare parts will be charged.
Pieces undergoing wear and tear as well as cleaning and maintenance or the exchange of
worn out pieces are not covered by the guarantee and will thus be charged!
AFTER THE LEGAL PERIOD OF GUARANTEE
Repairs after the guarantee period can be performed at a charge by a competent qualified

AVANT LA PREMIERE UTILISATION
Nettoyez le corps extérieur soigneusement à l’aide d’un chiffon humide, lavez les accessoires à
l’eau chaude savonneuse et séchez-les avec une serviette sèche. N'utilisez pas de produits
abrasifs. Ne plongez jamais le cordon d’alimentation ou le bloc moteur dans l’eau ou dans
tout autre liquide.
Cet appareil est équipé d’un interrupteur de sécurité; c’est pourquoi vous ne pouvez allumer
l’appareil que quand le bloc moteur et les accessoires sont correctement montés.
MONTAGE ET MISE EN SERVICE DE L’APPAREIL
• Avant de monter l’appareil, assurez-vous qu’il est débranché.
• Posez le bloc moteur sur une table ou un support suffisamment stable.
• Au fond du bloc de séparation se trouve un joint en silicone (Fig. 1), qui ferme la sortie des
résidus de l’intérieur. Pour nettoyer la sortie des résidus, enlevez le joint en silicone et
remettez-le après le nettoyage.

• Placez le bloc de séparation sur le bloc moteur, en mettant les trois ouvertures carrées du
bloc de séparation sur les trois cônes carrés du bloc moteur (Fig. 2) et tournez le bloc de
séparation dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à venir en butée (Fig. 3).

• Mettez le filtre dans le panier passoire, puis mettez l’ensemble dans le bloc de séparation.
Assurez-vous que le triangle sur le filtre s’aligne avec le triangle sur le bloc de séparation
(Fig. 4).

• Posez le couvercle sur le bloc de séparation. Assurez-vous que le triangle sur le couvercle
s’aligne bien avec le triangle sur le bloc de séparation (Fig. 6) et tournez le couvercle
dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à venir en butée (Fig. 7).
Important! Si le couvercle et le bloc de séparation n’ont pas été montés correctement, la
centrifugeuse ne pourra pas être mise en marche (à cause de l’interrupteur de sécurité).



• Insérez le poussoir dans le tube de remplissage.
• Placez le récipient pour le jus sous la sortie du jus et le récipient à résidus sous la sortie des
résidus.
• Mettez l'appareil en marche – interrupteur en position „ON“.
• Introduisez les fruits ou les légumes par l'entonnoir du couvercle en exerçant une pression
modérée avec le poussoir. Ne mettez jamais les doigts dans l'entonnoir lorsque l'appareil
est en fonctionnement. Vous risqueriez de vous blesser! Préparez les fruits ou les légumes
de façon à ce qu'ils puissent passer facilement à travers l'entonnoir du couvercle.
• Evitez de trop remplir l'appareil. Cela épaissirait le jus.
Si l’appareil s’arrête ou s’enlise à cause d’une surcharge, éteignez-le immédiatement et
mettez l’interrupteur en position „R“ (marche arrière). Alors l’interrupteur fonctionne
comme un interrupteur tactile et met l’appareil en marche arrière uniquement tant qu’il
est pressé.
La qualité des fruits et des légumes est essentielle pour la qualité du jus obtenu.
Veillez à toujours acheter des fruits et des légumes parfaitement frais et lavez-les
soigneusement avant l'utilisation. Cette précaution vous permettra d'éliminer d'éventuels
résidus de produits phytosanitaires.
Certains fruits ayant tendance à "mousser" ne sont pas adaptés à la préparation de jus par
centrifugation, notamment les poires molles, les bananes ou les pommes cuites. Ne pas
introduire de fruits à noyau dans la centrifugeuse.
Suivant la qualité et la quantité de jus extractible, la centrifugeuse permet de traiter env. 800 g
de fruits ou légumes.
Remarque: des quantités plus petites garantissent un meilleur résultat lors de l'extraction du jus.
NETTOYAGE
• Après utilisation, éteignez et débranchez l'appareil et attendez que le moteur soit arrêté.
Tournez le couvercle dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre et enlevez le
couvercle, la vis sans fin, le filtre et le panier passoire.
• Tournez le bloc de séparation dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre et enlevez-le
du bloc moteur.
• Laver les différentes parties amovibles à l'eau. Ne les mettez jamais au lave-vaisselle.



• Pour nettoyer la sortie de résidus du bloc de séparation, enlevez le joint en silicone du
fond et remettez-le après le nettoyage.
• Nettoyez le filtre à l’aide de la brosse de nettoyage fournie. N’utilisez pas d’objets

Les jus doivent toujours être consommés frais. La fraîcheur des fruits ou légumes utilisés et un
temps de conservation des jus aussi réduit que possible sont les garants d'une efficacité
optimale.

Afin de préserver notre environnement et notre santé, l’élimination en fin de vie des appareils
électriques et électroniques doit se faire selon des règles bien précises et nécessite
l’implication de chacun, qu’il soit fournisseur ou utilisateur. C’est pour cette raison que votre
appareil, tel que le signale le symbole apposé sur sa plaque signalétique ou sur
l'emballage, ne doit en aucun cas être jeté dans une poubelle publique ou privée destinée
aux ordures ménagères. L'utilisateur a le droit de déposer l'appareil gratuitement dans des lieux
publics de collecte procédant à un tri sélectif des déchets pour être soit recyclé, soit réutilisé
pour d’autres applications conformément à la directive.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
Pour nos produits, les conditions légales concernant les réclamations dans le cadre de la
période de garantie sont d’application.
Pendant la période légale, les vices de fabrication et de matériaux sont couverts. Ne sont pas
couverts par la garantie: les bris de pièces ou d’accessoires, les défauts liés à un usage ou
entretien détourné de l’appareil, à des usures excessives résultant d’usages intensifs et à tout
autre usage contraire aux instructions fournies. La garantie devient caduque lorsque le produit
a été modifié ou des tentatives de réparation ont visiblement été faites. Ces manipulations
dégagent dans le même temps la responsabilité du vendeur en cas d’accidents.
Si vous constatez un défaut, adressez-vous à votre revendeur ou au magasin et retournez
l'appareil complet dans son emballage d'origine ainsi que le ticket de caisse. Les réclamations
introduites dans le cadre de la garantie sont uniquement valables si le ticket de caisse ou la
copie d’une facture de réparation éventuelle est joint(e).
Ou envoyez l'appareil nettoyé, bien emballé et dûment affranchi avec une courte description
du défaut en majuscules à notre service après-vente dans notre firme à Bad Blankenburg en
joignant également votre ticket de caisse.
Si des accessoires sont défectueux, l'appareil complet ne sera pas remplacé, mais les
accessoires seront échangés gratuitement. Dans ce cas, ne renvoyez donc pas l'appareil
complet mais commandez seulement l'accessoire défectueux! En cas de verre cassé, le
remplacement de l'accessoire concerné est payant. L'échange des accessoires soumis à
l'usure ainsi que le nettoyage et l'entretien ou l'échange de pièces usées ne sont pas couverts
par la garantie et l'échange de ces pièces sera donc payant!
