1-Overview:
Photovoltaic panel cleaning wiper brush kit, made by the head, aluminum telescopic rod, water pipe.
The aluminum telescopic rod is connected to the head of the quill by means of an elastic connection.
For a tilt-mounted battery, this flexible connection allows the brush to be always attached to the
battery board. The water supply is connected to a tap (or water pump) with a switch on it for
adjustment Flow size.

3-Product Configuration:
How to choose the suitable Brush for you?
Solar panel cleaning kit provide different sizes of assembly, users can choose it according to
their conditions. The following is a reference:
(1) In usually, choose B820 or B520 brush, with the telescopic aluminum pole of 5meters.
(2) If the panel modules too high, or too far, the general tool is not enough, you can choose
B320 brush + pole of 8 meters.
(3) Pole of 3 meters + B820H brush, is the most efficiency
(4) If the panels installation width of more than 10 meters, it is recommended to select the
carbon fiber pole.
(5), use the pump
Spraying brush directly tap water can work. Sometimes tap water pressure is low, or no tap water,
can be equipped with a common pump 6 pump head lift more than 15 meters, the flow rate of more
than 1 ton / hour can. The greater the flow rate, the better the wash effect.
4-Water Consumption:

Water consumption can be adjusted by the valve.

The use of softened water (deionizer water) can improve the cleaning effect and reduce water
stains.
You can add an allowable cleaning agent in wash water.

5-Pole:
Aluminum telescopic Pole:
Aluminum telescopic pole have three kind of length ,specifications is 3 meters, 5 meters, 8
meters.
Loosen the plastic chuck, you can adjust the length of the aluminum pole out, and then lock,
you can start working.
6-Water Supply Pipes and Fittings:
6.1-Inlet Pipe:
Water pipe diameter 13 mm, and the outer diameter is 17 mm. Working pressure is 0.8 MPa.
The length can be more than 100 meters.
Weight: 2kg/10 meters.
6.2-Connector:
Standard wiper fittings are available as metric fittings with quick-connect fittings for connection to
faucets.

7-Instructions:
7.1-Preparation:
Before you start doing, safety protection must be done.
Ready for water.
Ready the power supply for the pump. (220 volts)
7.2-Installing the product:
1-Put the telescopic pole ②into the brush ①activities connector.
Release nut fixed. Adjust the length of the telescopic pole, and lock the nut.
2-Connected water supply hoses.
3-Start-up the pump.
4-Adjust the pump pressure adjustment handle, to adjust the water's pressure.
5-Spring (working angle) adjustment:
In order to allow the brush to fit the panels surface, the brush and the pole has a spring. For
different bevels and mounting heights, you can by changing the spring with different hardness to suit
the panel surface
7.3-Operation:
The operation of High Press Solar pole brush is very simple, almost no need of training.
By hand-held pole brush, open the switch of water, adjust the water flow rate, and then you can
cleaning. It is advisable to start cleaning from the top of the panel and operate from top to bottom.

7.4-How to clean it?
• Do not be afraid to waste water and use more water. The more water the more clean the more
washed the more pressure the more clean (of course, do not exceed the safety pressure).
• Pre-wet the panels, that is, first rinse the panels with water, and then use the brush cleaning,
that is more efficient.
• Used of cleaning agents, which can improve the cleaning efficiency.
• Make the dirty water flow out immediately, if not, after it dry, there is a layer of thin dust
on the glass surface, which is due to dirty water is not timely flow, dry stains. How to deal with it?
you can also flush with water again and then washed again. So the wash will be very clean.
• You can adjust the angle of the brush head to fit the panel by adjusting the spring force on
the top of the brush head (add a spring).
•You can also adjust the length of the Squeegee, or replace the different materials of the
squeegee to improve the cleaning effect.
8-Maintenance Guide:
8.1-Note:
8.1.1-Regularly check the brush, especially the water supply hoses, each time you start work should be
carefully checked whether the water leakage.
8.1.2-In any situation, have to work through the pole to brush. Cannot drag the hose to move the
Brush.
8.1.3-If necessary, replace old parts to ensure operational reliability and longer service life.
8.2-Wiper replacement:
Use the Allen wrench, loosen the wiper blade screws, remove the old Wiper, replace the new
One.

8.3-Troubleshooting Guide:
The first time or long-term shutdown after boot, the pipeline will have air, water needs a short
period of time before there will be water spray.
