Drag alltid ut stickproppen före allt servicearbete, tex.
lterbyte på maskinen!
Det eluttag som luftrenaren ansluts till skall föregås
av en (max) 30mA jordfelsbrytare.
Förbrukade lter hanteras med försiktighet. Hur
återvinning skall ske avgörs av respektive kommun
och efter vad ltret blivit utsatt för.
Råder tveksamhet är förbrukade lter att betrakta
som riskavfall.
Användning av produkten i samband med asbest-
hanteing få endast ske av härför kvaliceras personal.
• Produkten är inte avsedd att användas av personer
(inkluderat barn) med minskat omdöme, reducerad
fysisk eller mental kapacitet, eller brist på erfarenhet
och kunskap, såvida de inte blivit förevisade med
avseende på användandet av produkten eller
instruerade om användningen av en person som
ansvarar för deras säkerhet av en person som ansvarar
för deras säkerhet.
• Produkten är däremot lämplig att använda i miljöer
där det vistas personer (inkluderat barn) med reducerad
fysisk eller mental kapacitet eller med minskat omdöme.
• Om barn vistas vid produkten så skall de bli
informerade om att produkten inte skall användas
som leksak eller vid lek.
FUNKTION
Luftrenaren är baserad på en tystgående äkt med god
tryckkapacitet. Denna undertrycksätter två lterkassetter.
Hela det undertrycksatta utrymmet är en mycket tät
konstruktion. Luften sugs genom de båda lterkassetterna.
Före lterkassetten skall alltid ett förlter användas.
Detta för att hålla uppe livslängden på ltekassetten.
Principen att suga genom dubbla ltervägar möjliggör
många användningsområden.
Utblåssidan är i normalutförandet försedd med en
125mm rörstos för anslutningsmöjlighet till spirorör
eller slang.
Som tillbehör nns en stosanslutning till insugssidorna.
Därmed kan enkelt luft från två luftkällor blandas.
Tex inblandning av syresatt uteluft.
Genom dessa stosanslutningar kan ett rum enkelt över-
eller undertrycksättas.

Konstruktionen medger en stor mängd applikationsexempel där man inte nödvändigtvis arbetar med samma lter på båda
sidor av luftrenaren. Tex. H13 för recirkulationen i kombination med ett billigare H11 för uteluftsanslutning.

UNDERHÅLL
FELSÖKNING
Filterbyte
Då Luftrenaren börjar ge dåligt luftöde är det dags för
lterbyte.
Förlter kan rengöras med dammsugare eller liknande.
Detta lter kan normalt rengöras några gånger innan det
behövs bytas.
Filterkassett går inte att rengöra utan att förstöra
lterklassen.
Filterbyte sker genom att lossa skruvarna, en till varje
lterhållare, på översidan av luftrenaren. Därefter viks
lterhållaren ut och lterbyte sker. Montage sker omvänt
demontering. Var försiktig med packningen mot maskinen.
Denna bör rengöras i samband med lterbytet.
Varning!
Generellt gäller för felsökning att detta sker av tillverkaren, dennes
serviceombud eller annan kvalicerad person (tex. behörig elektriker).
Missljud
- Om onormala ljud eller vibrationer förekommer,
stäng av maskinen omgående och se till att felet blir
korrigerat innan ni återstartar maskinen.

Rengöring
- Byt lter enligt vad som anges under rubrik
”Filterbyte”.
- För rengöring använd en mild tvållösning och en
fuktig trasa.
Transport och förvaring
Luftrenaren bör transporteras och förvaras upprätt (med
handtaget uppåt). Maskin och lter skall hållas så torra
som möjligt.
Om maskinen inte startar
- Kontrollera att säkringarna/propparna i närmaste
elskåp är hela.
- Kontrollera att Vridströmbrytare är tillslagen.
Maskinen blåser ovanligt lite luft
- Se efter så att ltret inte är helt igensatt, se avsnitt:
Filterbyte.
Om lter är igensatt byt då lter och återstarta.
Garanti.
Varje luftrenare är omsorgsfullt kontrollerad och testad
innan den lämnar fabriken.
Skulle något fel uppstå, var god returnera maskinen
komplett med betald frakt till:

Om det vid kontrollen visar sig att felet beror på
tillverkningsfel eller materialfel, repareras maskinen utan
kostnad för kunden, och maskinen returneras med betald
frakt till kunden.
GARANTI
Garantitiden gäller 24 månader från inköpsdagen.
Vid anmälan av fel skall tillverkningsnumret anges.
Denna garanti gäller ej om:
1. Reparation eller försök till reparation har utförts av
annan person än av El-Björn AB eller av
El-Björn AB utsedd serviceverkstad.
2. Reparation är begärd på grund av normalt slitage.
3. Maskinen har misshandlats eller varit inblandad i en
olyckshändelse.
4. Felaktig behandling är uppenbar, fel som
orsakats av överbelastning av maskinen, utöver den
angivna kapaciteten.
5. Maskinen har använts efter att en partiell skada har
uppstått.

INTRODUCTION
The LR500 air purier is a personal air purier for professional use on construction and industrial sites.

SAFETY
Always disconnect the power plug before performing any
service and maintenance, for example when replacing the
lter.
The power outlet that the air purier is connected to should
have an earth fault breaker of (max) 30mA tted in front
of it.
Spent lters should be disposed of with care.
FUNCTION
The air purier is based on a quiet-running fan with
high pressure capacity. The fan creates a vacuum in two
lter cassettes. The space where the vacuum is created is
extremely leak-tight. The air is drawn in through both the
lter cassettes. A pre-lter should always be installed in
front of the lter cassette. This prolongs the life of the
lter cassette. The system of drawing air through two lters
makes the product extremely versatile.
The recycling methods for the lters vary according to
municipal regulations and the way in which the lter was
used. If in doubt, the lter should be treated as hazardous
waste. If used in an area where asbestos is handled, the
product may only be used by qualied staff members.
In the standard version, the outlet side is tted with a 125
mm tube spacer so that it can be connected to a ue pipe
or tube. A spacer connection is available as an accessory
for the inlet sides. This system makes it possible to mix
air from two air sources, for example oxygenised air from
outdoors.

Thanks to these spacer connections, positive or negative air pressure can easily be created in a room.
The air purier can be equipped with a variety of lter types.
Because of the air purier’s design, it can be used for a large variety of applications where the same lter is not necessarily
used on both sides of the air purier. For example, the H13 can be used for recirculation combined with the cheaper H11
for connection to the outdoor air…

The air purier has three operating positions: 0-1-2-3-.
Connect the plug to a power outlet and turn the switch to start the air purier.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Replacing the lter
When the air purier starts emitting a weak air ow, the
lter needs to be replaced.
The pre-lter can be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner or
similar equipment. The pre-lter can normally be cleaned
several times before replacing it.
The lter cassette cannot be cleaned without destroying the
lter class.
To replace the lter, loosen the screws on the top of the
air purier (one screw for each lter holder). Then fold the
lter holder outwards and replace the lter.
To mount the lter, proceed in the reverse order.
Be careful with the seal mounted against the machine.
This seal should be cleaned when the lter is replaced.
Warning!
Troubleshooting should generally be carried out by the manufacturer,
the manufacturer’s service representative or another qualied
professional (e.g. a qualied electrician).
Abnormal noise
- In the event of abnormal noise or vibrations, switch
off the machine immediately and make sure the fault
is repaired before the machine is restarted.
Contact El-Björn AB for consultation.
Cleaning
- Replace the lter according to the instructions
under ”Replacing the lter”.
- Clean with a mild soap solution and a damp
cloth.
Transport and storage
The air purier should be transported and stored upright
(with the handle upwards).
The machine and lter should be kept as dry as possible.
The machine won’t start
- Check that the fuses in the nearest electrical cabinet are
intact.
- Check that the rotary switch is switched on.
The machine emits less air than usual
- Check that the lter is not blocked. See page 15,
“Replacing the lter”.
If the lter is blocked, replace the lter and restart the
machine.
Each air purier is thoroughly checked and tested before
leaving the factory. If any faults occur, please return the
machine, with handling and transport charges paid, to:

If, on examination, the problem is found to be caused
by a manufacturing or material fault, the machine will be
repaired free of charge and returned to the customer with
the handling and transport charges paid.
The guarantee is valid for 24 months from the date of
purchase.
GUARANTEE
When reporting a fault, please state the product’s serial
number.
This guarantee is not valid in the following circumstances:
1. If repair has been carried out or attempted by
someone other than El-Björn AB or a service point
authorised by El-Björn AB.
2. If the fault is due to normal wear and tear.
3. If the machine has been damaged due to carelessness
or accident.
4. If the machine has clearly been used incorrectly,
e.g. by loading it above the specied maximum
capacity.
5. If the machine has continued to be used after
partial damage occurred.
