OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, plug the power cable out and wait till it defrosts or cools entirely.
- Do not rinse the appliance or immerse it in water.
- Do not clean with sharp, abrasive clothes or sponges as it may cause damage to the
appliance.
- The casing and the inside can be cleaned with a damp cloth and should be dried with clean,
dry cloth afterwards.
TIPS
- Foodstuffs should be stored in additional wrapping, which will secure them against direct
exposure to frost, condensation or smell diffusion.
- In case of car supply, during the stopover (engine turned off) do not supply the fridge from
the lighter socket longer than 3 hours. Longer operation can cause excessive discharge of the
battery.
- Change of temperatures inside the isolated container (frequent opening or switching off)
leads to natural effects of frost or condensation that can be visible on the inside walls, under
the lid or directly on the food.
- The optimal temperature inside the isolated container is achieved usually between 2-4 hours
from the moment of switching the appliance on, provided that some constant external
parameters are maintained.
- The appliance is not designed for cooling warm or hot foodstuffs.
