
9. DIM
The Dimmer function allows different Dimmer curves to be chosen. There are 5 choices.
Choice 1:- this is Dim off. The Dimmer curve is 0 which means any change in dimmer level is
instantaneous.
Choice 2:- Dim 1. The dimmer curve has the shortest fade in and fade out time.
Choice 3:- Dim 2. The dimmer curve has the 2nd shortest fade in and fade out time.
Choice 4:- Dim 3. The dimmer curve has the 3rd shortest fade in and fade out time
Choice 5:- Dim 4. The dimmer curve has the longest fade in and the fade out time.
To access the DIM function, use the menu button to get to Dim Mode <_______>. Press Enter and then
use the ↑or ↓buttons to choose the DIM curve. Choices are <OFF>, <DIM1>, <DIM2>, <DIM3> and
<DIM4>. There is no need to press Enter upon completion of choice.
Please note the DIM function under the menu in the fixture does not work when one of the personalities
chosen has the DIM function included. The lighting controller will now control the dimmer curve.
10. Backlite.
The display screen by default turns off after 30 seconds. The display screen can be on all the time if
required. This is done by pressing the Menu button until Backlite is shown. Press Enter and then use
the ↑or ↓buttons to turn the display ON or OFF.
11. Info.
Info has four Sub Menus.
Auto Test.
Fix Hours.
Version.
Temp.
Auto Test is a test of all the features in the eyeBall.
Fix Hours displays the current amount of hours the fixture has been running.
Version displays the current version of software.
Temp. displays the current operating temperature of the fixture.
12. Address.
Address refers to the current DMX address. Using the Menu button, press until the display reads
Address
<001> (this can be any value up to 512).
Press Enter, the <001> will flash. Now use the ↑or ↓buttons to change the address. Once complete
there is no need to press Enter. 10 seconds after completion, the display will read the current personality
(profile) chosen and the DMX address chosen.

13. Personalities. (also known as Profiles).
Using the Menu button, press until the display reads Channel. Underneath this text could be any of the
following personalities <STAG>, <ARC1>, <AR1.D>, <ARC2>, <AR2.D>, <AR2.S>, <ARC3>, <AR3.D>,
<AR3.S>, HSV. To change a personality, use the ↑or ↓buttons. A list of Personalities can be found later
in this manual.
14. M&S Md.
If DMX is not used then one fixture can be designated the Master and all other fixtures (if linked via dmx
cable or wireless system) can be designated Slave. Using the Menu button, press until the display reads
M&S Md

Press Enter and then using the ↑or ↓buttons, change to <Slave>.
