Characteristics
1. DO NOT slide products across the table surface to avoid permanent scratching
and or damage.
2. DO NOT contact with acidic substances, such as citrus or olive oil, which will
damage the sealing agent on the surface of the table.
3. DO NOT place the hot plate, pot or glass on the desktop, because this will cause
the sealing agent to change color and round traces. We recommend using a meal or
coaster.
4.Quickly wipe the overflow (such as coffee, juice, wine, etc.) to avoid pollution.
1.The furniture produced by ELEMENTI HOME using GFRC is meticulously
handcrafted using a customized blend of concrete mixture. Subsequently, a proprietary
method is employed to finalize the construction and apply a sealing treatment to the
surface.
2.During the production process, the GFRC may exhibit subtle variations in color
and minor pores. These variations occur randomly due to the inherent nature of
concrete, ensuring that each piece of furniture is inherently unique.
3.Over time and exposure to outdoor conditions, the surface may gradually undergo
fading and the possibility of non-structural hairline cracks. It is important to note that
these occurrences do not compromise the structural integrity of the table.

Maintenance and cleanliness
1. Attention
The product should be regularly cleaned to ensure safe use and extend the
product life. After long -term use or cleaning, the surface may change slightly.
White concrete furniture has a layer of water -based paint on the surface. In order
to prevent the old paint from aging for a long time, it is recommended to use indoor
or ceiling.
2. Desktop clean
• Suggestions of Furniture Desktop usage:
1. Immediately clean any overflow (such as coffee, juice, wine, etc.) to prevent the
overflow from being absorbed into the surface and cause the desktop to be
permanently contaminated or damaged.
2. Use a clean dry cloth to dry the surface liquid to avoid spreading the overflow to
other parts.
• How to clean your furniture surface:
1. Mix the mild detergent into warm water and stir well.
2. Use soft, clean cloth or sponge dipping cleaning solution to continue to remove.

5. When idle, the filled dust cover must be used to always cover the stove to protect
it from blowing and rain.
6. Stall the stove indoors in winter.
7. Do not save or use at extremely low temperature, because extreme low temperatures
may cause cracking desktop.

Maintenance and cleanliness
• How to use water -based sealing agents:
1. The outdoor furniture should be maintained regularly (usually 6 months) to ensure
safe use and extend the service life of the product.
2. Please make sure all the treatment is not dust -free. Gently wipe the sealing agent
on the cement surface with a soft rag, and wipe the residue after the cement surface
is completely dry.
Maintenance and cleanliness
We warrants Elementi furniture and accessories to be free from defects in parts
and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of
purchase. In the event of such defects Elementi will, at its option, repair or replace the
defective product. The foregoing is at the discretion of Elementi.
There will be no charge for the replacement parts or product, however it will be the
consumer’s responsibility to return the product to the original place of purchase.
Elementi will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase
price of the product on which such liability is based and the warranty does not cover
costs including freight, removal and re-installation.
Damage caused by shipping, staining and abuse are not covered under this warranty.
Dings, dents and scratches, fading and natural weathering are not covered under this
warranty.
Minor chipping, weather fading, water staining and non-structural hairline cracks are
typical of the material of this product and are not covered under this warranty. Some
color and texture variation is typical of the material and finish for this product and is
not covered under this warranty.
Cast concrete is a hand finished process. As such, this product’s finish will vary by unit.
There will be a color variance of up to 15% in each unit. There may also be uneven
texture or pattern as well as small holes in the surface caused by air or water trapped
on the surface during casting. This is a normal trait of cast concrete and is not covered
under warranty.
