EN46275900 Replacement Motor
Description:
The EN46275900 is a sealed bearing
aftermarket replacement motor for Field
Controls SWGII-4HD, SWG-4HD AND SWG-
4HDS (SWG-4HDRMK, SWG-4RMK) Side Wall
Venters.
EN46275900 Includes:
 1 pc – 1/20HP 115V. 3000RPM Motor
 1 pc – 3oz High Temp Silicon
 4 pcs – 8-32 Lock Nut
 4 pcs – Wire nuts


These instructions do not attempt to cover all
installation and situations. If you do not understand
these instructions or additional information is
required, contact Endeavoring Enterprises. The
EN46275900 must be installed by a qualified
technician familiar with the local codes,
construction and operation of this type of product.
To avoid electric shock, serious injury, or death, be
certain that all electrical power is disconnected
before installing or servicing your power venter.


Installation:
1. Shut off power to side wall venter and
make sure unit is cool enough to
operate on.
2. Remove the screws from
motor enclosure assembly
to access the motor
compartment.
3. Remove motor
electrical box cover and
separate the wires.
Remove electrical
conduit assembly from
the old motor.
4. Remove the nuts
that secure the fan
and motor assembly
to the SWG housing.
Carefully remove the
motor and fan
assembly from the
SWG housing.
5. Insert 1/8” Allen key
into the blower wheel
and remove the blower
wheel and the flat plate
below the fan from the
motor assembly.
6. Insert a 5/64” Allen key
into the heat slinger and
remove the heat slinger
from the motor assembly.
7. Take off the lock nuts from
the motor base plate and
remove the motor base
plate.
8. Clean off any debris that
has built up on the blower wheel.

9. Inspect blower wheel for defects such
as broken or missing fins. If the blower
wheel has any defects it must be
replaced.
10. Reassemble motor assembly. Put the
base plate assembly on and tighten the
lock nuts. Slide heat slinger over the
motor shaft with the Allen key hub side
facing up.
11. Make sure the
heat slinger is set
properly so it does
not come in
contact with the
lock nut threads.
Use a 5/64” Allen key to lock the heat
slinger to the motor shaft. Spin the heat
slinger to make sure it is set properly.
12. Slide the flat plate
back over the motor
shaft with the
beveled side up to
allow for the heat
slinger to spin.
13. Slide blower wheel
over motor shaft
and set it to proper
height on the motor
shaft. Use the 1/8”
Allen key and lock
the fan onto the
motor shaft. Give
the wheel a test spin with your hand to
make sure it spins properly.
14. Line up holes in
the motor
bracket to the
threaded studs
on the SWG
housing and
reattached the
motor assembly. Make sure the
opening discharge of the heat slinger is
pointed downward.
15. Remove
appropriate
knockout from the
electrical box and
reconnect conduit.
Use wire nuts to
join the proper wires together. Place
cover back over electrical box.
16. Open the high
temperature
silicon and use it
to seal the motor
bracket
assembly where
it joins to the SWG housing.
17. Place motor
cover back over
the motor
assembly and
align the screw
holes. Secure
motor cover to the SWG housing.
18. Turn the power back on and simulate a
call for heat. Inspect SWG unit to make
sure it operating properly. Use
necessary instrumentation to ensure
proper operating conditions for your
equipment.
**Note – Fan and motor assembly should be
inspected and cleaned during annual
equipment maintenance.

Endeavoring Enterprises warrants that the
EN46275900 shall be free from defects for a
period of 12 Months from the date of purchase.
Labor charges are not covered as part of the limited
warranty. In no event shall Endeavoring
Enterprises be liable for any incidental or
considerable damages resulting from the use of this
product.
