1. CONTENTS AND USE OF THIS MANUAL
IMPORTANT! This user manual is addressed to the owner, the machine user, the cleaning
personnel, the maintenance personnel, the staff responsible for repair services and whoever
having access to the machine. Read the whole manual before using the machine.

2. SAFETY RULES AND CONFORMITY

following safety ules may cause damage to people, animals and p ope ties. The installation and
maintenance of the machines in hand in this manual shall be made by skilled people only, who know
the machine functioning as well as the Eu opean egulations on the installation of indust ial machines.
The g inding machines he ein desc ibed shall be used fo g inding plane and standa d knives. Any
othe use is the efo e fo bidden. The handling o emoval of any safety gua ds o device may cause
accidents. Thei emoval o modification is the efo e st ictly fo bidden. Mo eove p ope functioning of
these devices shall be always ensu ed th ough pe iodic cont ols. Any defect o malfunction shall be
immediately eliminated.

machine. Therefore the operator must work with the greatest circumspection and
observe the rules.

Block the ca iage. Using knob of sha pening emoval gets the touching between g inding wheel and
tooth.
By Joystick gets work-head out. Add a bit more of removing (no too much: turn a few degree)

Workhead forward: check the sharpening removal
AUTOMATIC PROGRAM: Set the numbe of teeth; Pitch: single; Sta t auto;
Check again the pitch
Select and confi m: NEXT; G inding wheel: ON; wo k-head goes inside.
Now: AUTO
When finish automatic stop;
Fo emoving the blades; Unsc ew the f iction finge ; unsc ew all bushes and sc ew of blocking of
ca iage Go out by diamete knob and emove the blades
BACK SIDE Check the side of g inding wheel and the inclination of wo k-head. Du ing off machine
sc ew the sc ew of deep of wo king of g inding wheel. Mesau e 50 mm
To adjust the wo k-head inclination: unsc ew the blocking sc ews and otate the head and block
again. Unsc ew the blocking sc ew and adjust also the clea ance angle.
Check the tooth-pushe : it should be on the axis of stop pivot. If not adjust it by diamete knob
