Power supply wiring: cabling should be contained within
conduit, and connected to PCB board as shown.
STEP 7
Control panel wiring: The position of the control switch
panel shall be decided and conrmed with client and/or
main contractor.
Cabling should be contained within conduit and
controller connected to panel board with RVSP line
as shown.
STEP 8
Installation of lter: Please note that the arrow on the
lter is the direction of air ow as below. Filters should be
installed after cleaning work has been completed on-site.
The reset button on the Controller should be pressed
once the lters are installed to reset the maintenance
schedule for the lters. Once reset, the Filter Life counter
in the Notication Center under the speed display will say
365 or 182 days to indicate a 12 or 6 month lter life. The
HEPA lter should be replaced every 6 months when the
UVC lamp is used and every 12 months if the UVC lamp
is not used by removing the UVC lamps from the unit. If
the lter life shows 182 days and you are operating the
system without the UVC lamp, then one maintenance
schedule can be skipped each cycle. The counter is hard-
coded to either 365 or 182 days.
NOTE: Filters should only be installed once the building is
completely clean of construction debris and dust. HEPA lter
must be removed from plastic before operating unit.

4. Routine Maintenance
Make sure the power is turned o before performing maintenance.
All maintenance should be performed by a licensed contractor.
Only enVerid supplied lters should be used to ensure performance.
Maintenance Requirements
The HEPA lter should be replaced every 6 months when the UVC lamp is used and every 12 months if the UVC lamp is not used
by removing the UVC lamps from the unit.
The washable pre-lter should be washed whenever the HEPA lter is replaced and replaced every 2 years.
The UVC lamp should be replaced every 9,000 hours and cleaned whenever the HEPA lter is replaced.
The Maintenance light on the Control Panel lights up when the HEPA lter life is less than 30 days and blinks when
the HEPA lter life is less than 10 days. Filter life is determined based on a countdown of the number of days since
the counter was re-set. For most models, the counter is based on 182 days or six months. In some models, the counter is based
on 365 days. The Reset button can be used to re-set the maintenance schedule for the HEPA lter. The days remaining on the
HEPA lter can also be viewed in the notication center under the speed display on the LCD controller.
Used lters should be bagged and disposed of like other HVAC lters.
Contact your trash removal service to determine the appropriate disposal method for used UVC lamps.
Replacement parts can be ordered from the distributor who sold you the enVerid Air Purier or from enVerid directly by calling
