v振動の多い所には置かないでください。
vカメラレンズを素手でさわらないでください。レンズ面に指紋や皮脂が付くときれいに投写できま
せん。
v本機を移動させるときや、ご使用にならないときは、必ず USB ケーブルを外してください。
v本機のお手入れは、乾いたやわらかい布で拭いてください。シンナーやベンジンなど揮発性のもの
は使用しないでください。
v本機を持って外出する際などは、ソフトキャリングケースをご利用ください。
v本機とプロジェクターを USB ケーブルで接続するとき、USB ハブを使用すると正しく動作しませ
ん。直接接続してください。
v本機またはプロジェクターに同梱の USB ケーブルで接続してください。
下記のチェックリストをご覧になり、同梱品を確認してください。万一、不足や不良がありました
ら、お手数ですがお買い求めいただいた販売店までご連絡ください。
v本機の上に乗ったり、重いものを置かないでください。倒れたり、壊れたりして、けがの原因

v本機の支柱を引き上げるときは、必ず両手で操作してください。途中で手を離すとカメラヘッ
ド部が跳ね上がり、けがの原因になることがあります。
v小さなお子様の手の届くところには、設置・保管しないでください。落ちたり、倒れたりして、
けがの原因となることがあります
v高圧電線や磁気を発生するものの近くには設置しないでください。正しく動作しない場合があ
ります。
vお手入れの際には、USB ケーブルを抜いて行ってください。故障の原因となることがありま

① カメラヘッド 資料面の投写や、壁面投写に合わせて、カメラヘッドが± 90°回

③ 支柱 支柱を伸縮させて、カメラヘッドの高さを調整します。
④ セキュリティースロット Kensington 社製のマイクロセーバーセキュリティーシステムに
対応したセキュリティースロットです。
⑤ [Freeze]
[ 静止 / 解除 ]
[Freeze] ボタンを押すと、表示ランプが点灯し、本機の映像が静
止します。再度 [Freeze] ボタンを押すと、表示ランプが消灯し、
静止が解除されます。
コンピューターへ接続している場合は動作しません。
⑥ [Focus]
[ フォーカス ]
[Focus] ボタンを押すと、自動でピントを合わせます。
カメラレンズ部から、約 10cm 以内はピントが合いません。
⑦[][] [ ] ボタンを押すと、映像のサイズが徐々に大きくなります。
[ ] ボタンを押すと、映像のサイズが徐々に小さくなります。
⑧[ ] [ ] ボタンを押すたびに LED ランプが点灯・消灯します。

カメラヘッド
本機は、同梱の USB ケーブルでプロジェクター側の書画カメラアイコン がついている USB
（TypeA）端子と接続して投写します。詳しくは本機に同梱のクイックスタートガイドをご覧くださ
い。

プロジェクターと直接接続しているときに、プロジェクターの
ソースを本機へ切り替えます。
プロジェクターに複数の機器を接続しているときは、目的の映像
が投写されるまで [SourceSearch] ボタンを繰り返し押します。
コンピューターへ接続している場合は動作しません。
⑩ 通電インジケーター プロジェクターまたはコンピューターから通電されているときに
点灯します。
⑪ USB(TypeB) 端子 同梱の USB ケーブルを使い、本機をプロジェクターまたはコン
ピューターへ接続して投写します。

印刷物などの資料を投写するとき
A投写したい資料をカメラレンズの真下に置
きます。
B支柱の伸縮で映像のサイズを調整し、
[ ][ ] ボタンで拡大、縮小します。
C[Focus] ボタンを押すと自動でピントを合
わせます。
映像を回転させたいときは、画像回転ダイ
ヤルを操作します。
ホワイトボードなどを投写するとき
Aカメラヘッド部を水平位置にセットすると、壁面、ホワ
イトボードなどが投写できます。
B映像を回転させたい場合は、画像回転ダイヤルを操作し
ます。
本機をコンピューターと接続して使うためには、同梱の『ArcSoftApplicationsoftwarefor
ELPDC06』をお使いのコンピューターにインストールします。コンピューターによる本機の操作
や、投写画面のキャプチャーができます。

ここでは本機とコンピューターを接続したときの操作方法を説明します。
インストールの方法
インストールを開始する前に次の点にご留意ください。
v起動中のアプリケーションはすべて終了してからインストールを行ってください。
vWindowsXP/Vista をお使いの方は、管理者権限のユーザーでインストールしてください。
vソフトウエアの動作条件は付録を参照してください。
Aコンピューターに CD-ROM をセットすると、インストールが開始されます。
B使用許諾画面が表示されたら「はい」をクリックします。
C画面の指示に従いインストールします。
「完了」をクリックするとインストールが終了し、デスクトップ上にアイコン ができます。
アンインストールしたいとき
「スタート」-「設定」-「コントロールパネル」で「アプリケーションの追加と削除」または「プログ
ラムの追加と削除」から ArcSoftApplicationsoftwareforELPDC06 を削除します。
投写した画面を保存する
本機をコンピューターに接続して、画像を取り込んだり、取り込んだ画面をスライドショーのように
見たりすることができます。
A本機をコンピューターの USB 端子と接続して、ArcSoftApplicationsoftwarefor
ELPDC06 を起動します。
「スタート」-「プログラム」（または「すべてのプログラム」）-ArcSoftApplicationsoftware
forELPDC06 の順に選択します。

Bスタート画面が表示されます。「キャプチャ」 を選択します。

本機が接続されていないときはプレビュー画面にエラーメッセージが表示されます。本機をコン
ピューターへ接続し、 ボタンを押してください。

スタート画面に戻ります。
編集画面へ切り替えます。
取り込む画像のファイル形式や解像度を設定します。
カメラの詳細設定をします。
コンピューター画面いっぱいに表示します。
ボタンを押すたびに本機と接続 / 切断します。
取り込んだ画像でスライドショーを行います。
取り込んだ画像の保存場所を設定します。
選択した画像をメールで送ります。
選択した画像を印刷します。
選択した画像を削除します。
「ノイズの低減」 映像上のざらつきノイズを低減します。動かない被写体を撮影するときに適して
います。
静止画像を取り込みます。

保存できるファイルフォーマット
保存した映像を編集する
AArcSoftApplicationsoftwareforELPDC06 を起動します。
「スタート」-「プログラム」（または「すべてのプログラム」）-ArcSoftApplicationsoftware
forELPDC06 の順に選択します。
Bスタート画面が表示されます。「編集」 を選択します。
C編集画面が表示され、保存した映像が表示されます。

設置や使用に際して映像の異常や破損などを感じたときはご使用をやめ、プロジェクターに付属の
『取扱説明書』に記載のエプソン修理センターへ連絡してください。
付録
現象 対処法
映像が出ない 正しく USB ケーブルが接続され、通電インジケーターが点灯してい
るか確認してください。
映像のピントが合わない 原稿（被写体）がカメラレンズ部に近づきすぎではありませんか？
下記のような被写体はオートフォーカスではピントが合わない場合
があります。
v明暗の差（コントラスト）の少ない被写体
v横じま、格子模様など細かい繰り返しパターンの被写体
v映像全体が暗いとき
v被写体の背景が明るいとき
エラーメッセージ 対処法
カメラとの接続が切断されまし
た。
USB ケーブルが確実に接続されているか確認して、再度 ボ
タンを押して接続します。
カメラが見つかりません。このカ
メラは別のアプリケーションに
よって使用されているか、接続さ
れていません。カメラが接続され
ていて、正常に動作することを確
認してから、もう一度やり直して

本機以外に WEB カメラなどが接続されている場合は外してくだ

such as thinner or benzene.

vWhen the unit is connected to a projector with the USB cable, the unit will not operate
properly if a USB hub is used. Use a direct connection.
vConnect the unit using the USB cable that is supplied with the unit or the projector.

vEasy setup
The unit can easily be connected to a projector or computer using a single USB cable,
without the need for a power cable. In addition, it is easy to enlarge and display any
printed documents and other materials that you have. For information on the projectors
that can be connected, see the "User's Guide" supplied with the projector.
vCompact size
The unit is compact and light, making it easy to carry and use in small areas.

Camera Head Rotate the camera head ±90° to display images of a
document or from a wall.
Foot Extend the foot on the bottom of the case when using the
unit.
Camera arm Extend or retract the camera arm to adjust the height of the
camera head.
Security slot The security slot is compatible with the Kensington
MicroSaver security system.
[Freeze] Press the [Freeze] button to turn on the lamp and freeze the
image displayed by the unit. Press the [Freeze] button again
to turn off the LED lamp and unfreeze the image.
This function does not work when the unit is connected to a
computer.
[Focus] Press the [Focus] button to automatically focus the image.
The unit cannot focus on objects that are approximately
10 cm or less from the camera lens.

Camera Head
To display using the unit, connect the supplied USB cable to the USB terminal (type A)
identified by the document camera icon on the projector. See the Quick Start Guide
supplied with the unit for more details.
[ ][ ] Press the [ ] button to enlarge the image size.
Press the [ ] button to reduce the image size.
[ ] Press the [ ] button to turn the LED lamp on and off.
[Source Search] When the unit is connected directly to a projector, the
projector source switches to the unit.
When multiple devices are connected to the projector, press
the [Source Search] button repeatedly until the image you
want to display is shown.
This function does not work when the unit is connected to a
computer.
Power indicator This indicator comes on when power is supplied from a
projector or computer.
USB terminal (type B) This terminal is used to connect the unit to a projector or
computer using the supplied USB cable and display images.
Name Function
Image rotation dial Turn this dial to rotate the displayed image ±90°.
Camera lens This lens captures the image.
LED lamp Turn on this lamp when there is not enough light on your
document.

Displaying an Image of Printed Documents and Other

APlace the document you want to

ATurn the camera head to display an image from a
whiteboard or wall.

To connect the unit to a computer, you must install the included "ArcSoft Application
software for ELPDC06" onto the computer. When the software is installed onto a computer,
the computer can be used to operate the unit and capture images.

This section explains how to operate the unit when it is connected to a computer.
Installing the Software
Note the following points before installing the software:
vQuit all programs that are currently running before installing the software.
vFor users of Windows XP/Vista, install the software as a user with administrator rights.
vSee the Appendix for the operating environment necessary for the software.
AInsert the CD-ROM into the computer CD-ROM drive to start the installation.
BWhen you see the license agreement, click "Yes".
CFollow the instructions to install the software.
When you click "Finish", the installation is complete and the icon appears on the
computer desktop.
Uninstalling the Software
Click "Add or Remove Programs" in "Start" - "Settings" - "Control Panel" and delete the
ArcSoft Application software for ELPDC06.
Saving Displayed Images
When the unit is connected to a computer, images can be captured and displayed as a slide
show.
AConnect the unit to the USB terminal of a computer and start the ArcSoft
Application software for ELPDC06.
Click "Start" - "Programs" (or "All Programs") - ArcSoft Application software for
ELPDC06.

BThe start screen appears. Click "Capture" .

If the unit is not connected, an error message will appear in the preview screen.
Connect the unit to the computer and click the button.
