The EPSON PhotoPC®800 combines state-of-the-art
digital technology with blistering speed and the ability
to download images to both USB-equipped and serial-
equipped computers. The result? A one of a kind
camera so compact it slips into your pocket, purse or
briefcase, yet so advanced you can easily shoot
professional-quality images.
The PhotoPC 800’s cutting-edge lens system and
2.14 megapixel CCD sensor provide outstanding image
quality. Plus, it’s equipped with our exclusive HyPict™
technology. This image enhancement technology boosts
the camera’s CCD sensor resolution to a phenomenal
1984 x 1488 pixels. The resolution is so outstanding,
you can print images as large as 11"x 14".
The PhotoPC 800 is also one of the fastest digital
cameras in its class. In quick shot mode you can snap a
picture every second. And, it’s a breeze to use. In fully
automatic mode, simply point the camera, click the
shutter and you’re assured of perfect pictures. The
PhotoPC 800’s programmed mode for sports, portrait
and landscape photography make taking sit-up-and-take
notice images a snap.
If you’re an advanced user, you’ll love the creative
control the PhotoPC 800 gives you. Just like traditional
SLR cameras, you can adjust shutter speed, aperture
size, focus, use spot metering, alter the sensitivity
setting, change the white balance and much more.
In addition, the PhotoPC 800’s USB compatibility lets
you download a two-megapixel image in about three
seconds to Apple®iMac™and Power Macintosh™G3 and
Windows 98 computers.
