* * * Caution * * *
• We strongly recommend being two to unbox the frame and unfold
the lifting columns.
• Be careful not to squeeze your fingers while unfolding the lifting
columns.
• Be careful not to squeeze the cables while unfolding the lifting
columns.
Step 1 Unfold the lifting columns
from the frame

Step 2 Installing the cantilevers on
the lifting columns
You will need the frame (x1), cantilevers (x2), socket screws
M6 x 15 mm (x4) and the 5 mm Allen key.
2.1 Insert the first cantilever inside the rails. Make sure the side holes are
aligned.

2.2 Screw the cantilever to the lifting column using the socket screws
M6 x 15 mm and the 5 mm Allen key.
2.3 Repeat with the second column.

3.1 Place the frame on the underside of the work surface. Loosen the
screws that are on the rail (these screws are already installed on the
rail). Align the holes of the frame with the pre-drilled holes of the work
surface. Careful not to lose them.
* If you are installing the Ergo frame with your own surface, adjust the frame
so that each end of your work surface sticks out 1.5 in. from the cantilevers.
Then proceed to pre-dril Ø3/32” holes in the work surface before completing
the following step.

3.2 Lock the rails by securing the screws clockwise using the 5 mm
Allen key until they’re tight.

You will need the frame, the tapping screws ST5 x 23 mm (x16), and a
screwdriver or a electric screwdriver.
4.1 Double-check to make sure the frame is well centred over the work
surface’s pre-drilled holes. Then, using the tapping screws, secure the
frame to the work surface.
* Do not overtighten the screws on the work surface. Once the screws touch the black
rubber, your desk is stable. It is useless to continue screwing.

You will need the feet (x2), the round head screws M8 x 16 mm (x8),
and the 5 mm Allen key.
5.1 Place a foot on a lifting column.
5.2 Secure the foot to the lifting column using the round head screws
M8 x 16 mm and the 5 mm Allen key.
5.3 Repeat with the remaining foot.

You will need the handset, the tapping screws ST4 x 21 mm (x4), and a
screwdriver or a electric screwdriver.
6.1 Locate the four pre-drilled holes for the handset close to one of the
surface’s corner.
6.2 Secure the handset to the work surface using the tapping screws
ST4 x 21 mm (x4).
* Refer to the Handset Guide to use the handset once your new desk is assembled.

You will need the control box, the screws ST4 x 16 mm (x2) and a Phillips
screwdriver.
7.1 Locate the two holes under the work surface, between the two cross
bar and close to one of the columns.
7.2 Place the control box over these two holes with the tabs facing
down against the work surface.
7.3 Using the tapping screws ST4.2 x 16 mm and a screwdriver, ix the
control box on the work surface.

8.1 Connect the handset to the control box.
8.2 Connect the cables of each lifting column to the control box.
8.3 Connect the power cable to the power port of the control box
(the other end of the power cable will be connected to an outlet).
