prima dell’accensione dell’apparecchio.

Se PureOzone Machine viene usato correttamente e secondo le istruzioni fornite da
ERRECOM l’apparecchiatura non presenta alcun pericolo per l’operatore.
ERRECOM declina ogni responsabilità per malfunzionamenti e/o altre conseguenze
derivanti da operazioni errate da parte dell’Utilizzatore.
• Prima di ogni utilizzo, controllare PureOzone Machine. Se danneggiato non utilizzarlo e far riparare ogni eventuale
danno da personale qualicato.
• E’ vietata l’apertura di PureOzone Machine da parte di personale non autorizzato.
• La manutenzione o la riparazione di PureOzone Machine deve essere eseguita solo da personale autorizzato.
• Utilizzare sempre un cavo elettrico con presa di terra.
• Non aprire PureOzone Machine mentre è collegato all’alimentazione elettrica.
• Controllare che le prese all’alimentazione elettrica siano conformi alla legislazione vigente in materia di sicurezza
(interruttore differenziale e messa a terra).
UTILIZZATORE

• PureOzone Machine deve essere utilizzato solamente da personale qualicato e addestrato.
• Utilizzare solamente il cavo di alimentazione fornito in dotazione.
• Aerare il veicolo o la stanza per i 5/10 minuti successivi al trattamento.

INTRODUZIONE
Come Funziona?
L’Ozono (O3) è un gas dal caratteristico odore agliaceo, le cui molecole sono formate da tre atomi di ossigeno.
È un potente agente antimicrobico che grazie alla sua azione ossidante è in grado di rendere inattivi batteri, muffe, lieviti,
parassiti e virus. Non ha effetti dannosi sull’atmosfera poichè non lascia residui; quindi è un prodotto completamente
ecologico conforme algli standard ISO14001 e EMAS. L’Ozono è presente in bassa concentrazione nell’atmosfera
terrestre (da 0.01 no a 0.07 ppm) ma ciononostante aiuta a bilanciarne il livello di batteri e muffe.
Cosa può fare l’ozono?
L’azione deodorante e disinfettante dell’ozono dipende dalla sua forte capacità ossidante che a livello gassoso offre
molti vantaggi. Il trattamento non comporta un mascheramento, bensì una distruzione totale dei contaminanti o delle
sostanze odoranti degli ambienti che sono, essenzialmente, composti chimici volatili che contengono gruppi portatori di
odori (osmofori, odorofori) e che determinano, nella regione olfattiva, la sensazione dell’odore. L’ozono purica l’aria ed
elimina totalmente gli odori sgradevoli. Ha un’azione molto efcace contro il fumo e gli odori delle sigarette perché tra-
sforma il monossido di carbonio (gas tossico) in anidride carbonica (gas inerte) e riesce ad ossidare la pellicola oleosa
che il fumo forma sulle superci. E’ adatto in particolare per l’azione anti-odore che esercita sui tessuti e negli anfratti.

• Non utilizza sostanze dannose per l’ambiente e non lascia residui (si decompone in O2).
Applicazioni
La bonica degli ambienti deve essere compiuta in totale assenza di persone o animali domestici usando un
ventilatore per la diffusione.

ISTRUZIONI ALL’USO DI PUREOZONE MACHINE
• Collegare PureOzone Machine alla corrente elettrica tramite la presa fornita nella confezione
• Controllare che il primo led (15”) sia lampeggiante
• Premendo il pulsante MODE possiamo selezionare il tempo del trattamento desiderato
• Il led di colore verde corrispondente al tempo selezionato deve essere lampeggiante
• Selezionare il tasto START/STOP per dare inizio al trattamento
• Controllare che la ventola stia funzionando per eseguire un corretto trattamento
• Quando il trattamento è in corso il led passa da luce verde lampeggiante a luce verde ssa
• Una volta concluso il trattamento la luce passa da verde ssa a verde lampeggiante
• Se la temperatura all’interno dell’abitacolo o dell’ambiente salirà al di sopra di 60 °C PureOzone Machine
si arresterà automaticamente e si accenderà il led rosso HIGH TEMPERATURE
• Quando la temperatura ritornerà al di sotto di 60 °C il led rosso HIGH TEMPERATURE si spegnerà automatica-
mente e PureOzone Machine nirà il trattamento precedentemente selezionato

INTRODUCTION
How does it work?
Ozone (O3) is a gas with a peculiar odor in lighting storms, whose molecules are made by three oxygen atoms.
It is a powerful antimicrobial agent that thanks to its oxidant action will neutralize Bacteria, mold, yeasts, parasites and
viruses. It also has no harmful effects on atmosphere since it leaves no residuals: therefore, it is a completely ecofriendly
product meeting ISO14001 and EMAS standards. Ozone is present in lower concentration (from 0.01 up to 0.07 ppm)
throughout Earth-Atmosphere, but in spite of this it helps balancing quantities of Bacteria and mold in nature.
What can Ozone do?
Due to a high oxidant power, Ozone has a specic anti-odor and disinfectant action that offers specic benets especial-
ly when it is gas form. The sensation of bad smells in the air is caused by contaminants and substances, which basically
are volatile chemical compounds with groups of odor-holders in their chemical structure (osmophores, odorophores).
A treatment with Ozone provides not a simple masking but a complete destruction of these components, allowing a
sensible diminution of smelling air. Ozone puries surrounding air and totally eliminates unpleasant odors. Ozone is
effective against smoke and smell of cigarettes: it turns carbon monoxide (a toxic gas) into carbon dioxide (an inert gas)
and it is able to oxidize the oily lm as deposit of smoke on surfaces. It is particularly suggested as anti-odor treatment
thanks to its extraordinary action on textiles and on ravines.

DIRECTIONS TO USE PUREOZONE MACHINE
• Connect PureOzone Machine to electric power with the power cable supplied with the device
• Check that the rst led (15”) ashes
• Pressing the MODE button we can select the desired duration of the treatment
• The green led corresponding to the selected time should ash
• Select the START/STOP button to start the treatment
• Check that the fan is working to run a correct treatment
• When the treatment is running the led changes from ashing green light to x green light
• Once the treatment is complete the light changes from x green to ashing green
• If the temperature inside the cockpit or the interior is above 60 °C PureOzone Machine will automatically stop and
the red HIGH TEMPERATURE led will switch on
• When the temperature will return below 60 °Cthe red HIGH TEMPERATURE led will automatically switch off and
PureOzone Machine will complete the previously selected treatment

antes de empezar a trabajar.
Conserve éste manual cerca del dispositivo PureOzone Machine para cualquier consulta
rápida que deba realizar el operario.
Si PureOzone Machine se usa correctamente y según las instrucciones expresadas en éste
manual entregad por ERRECOM, no representa ningún peligro su uso por parte del operario.

• Antes de cada uso, controle el estado de PureOzone Machine. En el caso que estuviera dañada, no utilizarla y

• El mantenimiento o reparación de PureOzone Machine debe realizarse únicamente por personal autorizado.
• Utilizar siempre un cable eléctrico con enchufe de tierra.

INTRODUCCION
¿Cómo trabaja?
El Ozono (O3) es un gas de olor acre y generalmente incoloro cuyas moléculas están compuestas por tres átomos de
oxígeno. Es un poderoso agente antimicrobiano que gracias a su acción antioxidante, neutraliza bacterias, moho, le-
vaduras, parásitos y virus. No tiene efectos peligrosos por el medio ambiente porque no deja residuos;entonces es un
producto ecologico conforme a los estandares ISO 14001 y EMAS. El ozono está presente en una concentración más
baja (de 0,01 a 0,07 ppm) en la Atmósfera de la Tierra, pero ayuda a equilibrar las cantidades de bacterias y mohos
que se encuentran en la naturaleza.
¿Qué puede hacer el Ozono?
Gracias a un alto poder oxidante, el ozono tiene una especíca acción anti-olor y desinfectante que ofrece speciales
benecios, especialmente en forma gaseosa. La sensación de malos olores en el aire es causada por contaminantes
y sustancias, que esencialmente son compuestos químicos volátiles con grupos portadores de olores en su estructura
química (osmophores, odorophores). Un tratamiento con ozono no solo establece un enmascaramiento, sino también
una total destrucción de estos componentes. Esto permite una sensible disminución de aire maloliente.
El ozono purica el aire circundante y elimina totalmente los olores desagradables. El ozono es ecaz contra el humo

MODO DE EMPLEO DE PUREOZONE MACHINE
• Conectar PureOzone Machine a la corriente eléctrica a través del cable de alimentación incluido en el paquete
• Comprobar que el primer led (15 “) está parpadeando
• Si se pulsa el botón MODE se puede seleccionar el tiempo de tratamiento deseado
• El led verde correspondiente al tiempo seleccionado debe parpadear
• Seleccionar el botón START / STOP para iniciar el tratamiento
• Comprobar que el ventilador está en funcionamiento para llevar un tratamiento adecuado
• Cuando el tratamiento está pasando, el led cambia de color verde parpadeado a verde jo
• Una vez terminado el tratamiento la luz pasa de verde jo a verde intermitente
• Si la temperatura interior del habitáculo o de la habitación se elevará a más de 60 °C PureOzone Machine se
detendrá automáticamente y el led rojo HIGH TEMPERATURE se encenderá

INTRODUCTION
Comment il travaille?
L’ozone (O3) est un gaz avec un odeur d’ail caractéristique, dont les molécules sont constituées de trois atomes
d’oxygène. Il est un puissant agent antimicrobien et en raison de son action oxydante est capable d’inactiver les bactéri-
es, moisissures, levures, parasites et virus. Il a également pas d’effets nocifs sur l’atmosphère, car il ne laisse pas de
résidus: par conséquent, il est un produit totalement respectueux de l’environnement en respect des standards ISO
14001 et EMAS. L’ozone est présent en faibles concentrations dans l’atmosphère (de 0,01 à 0,07 ppm), mais permet
néanmoins de balancer la quantité de bactéries et de moisissures présents en nature.
Qu’est-ce que l’ozone peut faire?
Grâce à son haut pouvoir oxydant, l’ozone a une action anti-odeur et désinfectant spécique qui offre de nombreux
avantages, en particulier quand il est sous forme de gaz. La sensation de mauvais odeurs dans l’air est causée par
contaminants et substances qui sont, essentiellement, des composés chimiques volatils qui contiennent des groupes
portateurs d’odeurs (osmophores, odeurphores) . Le traitement avec Ozone ne comporte pas un simple déguisement,
mais une destruction totale des substances odorantes. L’ozone purie l’air et élimine complètement les odeurs désa-
gréables. Il est très efcace contre tabac et odeur de cigarettes, car il transforme le monoxyde de carbone (gaz toxique)
en dioxyde de carbone (gaz inerte) et est capable d’oxyder le lm d’huile qui le tabac forme sur les surfaces. Il est par-

MODE D’EMPLOI PUREOZONE MACHINE
• Connecter PureOzone Machine à une prise de courante électrique avec le câble d’alimentation fourni en dotation
• Vérier que la première led (15 “) clignote
• Appuyant sur la touche MODE on peut sélectionner le temps de traitement désiré
• La LED verte correspondant à la durée sélectionnée doit clignoter
• Sélectionner le bouton START / STOP pour le début du traitement
• Vérier que le ventilateur est en marche pour effectuer un traitement approprié
• Lorsque le traitement se passe, la led change du vert clignotant au vert xe
• Une fois le traitement s’est terminé la lumière passe du vert xe à vert clignotant
• Si la température à l’intérieur de l’habitacle ou de la pièce va augmenter à plus de 60 °C PureOzone Machine
s’arrête automatiquement et la led rouge HIGH TEMPERATURE s’allume

EINFÜHRUNG
Was ist Ozon?
Das Ozon (O3) ist ein aus drei Sauerstoffatomen bestehendes Molekül, mit ein typischen Knobläuchigen Geruch.Es
ist ein starker Antimikrobenmittel und dank seiner oxidierenden Wirkung ist es in der Lage vor Bakterien, Schimmeln,
Hefen, Parasiten und Viren zu schützen. Das Ozon überlässt keine Chemie-Reste und ist somit komplett Ökologisch, in
Vereinbarung mit den Protokollen ISO 14001 und EMAS. Auf den Erdboden Niveau gibt es eine Bestimmte Menge an
Ozon (von 0,01-0,07ppm) die dafür verantwortlich ist die Schimmelanzahl in den Ökosystem abzugleichen.
Was kann das Ozon tun?
Seine starke Oxidierungsfähigkeit ermöglicht es eine wirksame Desinfektion und Duftfunktion zu haben, besonders in
Gasförmigenstatus. Das Gefühl von schlechter Luft, das wir fühlen, entsteht aus üchtigen Chemikalien (Osmophores,
Odorophores). Die Behandlung deckt nicht nur diese Gerüche sondern vernichtet sie komplett. Das Ozon reinigt die
Luft und entfernt völlig die schlechten Gerüchen. Es ist sehr wirksam gegen Zigarettenrauch, weil er den Kohlenstof-
fmonoxid (giftig) in Kohlenstoffdioxid (nicht giftig) verwandelt und duftet auch die Fettschicht die auf den Oberächen
entstehen. Diese Ozonbehandlung ist besonders Geignet für die Wirkung auf Textilien und Schluchten.

ANLEITUNG
• Schließen Sie die PureOzone Machine durch das elektrischen Kabel an die Stromzufuhr an Benutzen Sie
ausschließlich das mitgelieferte elektrische Verbindungskabel mit diesem Gerät
• Der erste Lichter (15“) beginnt zu blinken
• Drücken Sie MODE Schalter, um die Behandlungsdauer zu wählen
• Der entsprechende grünen Lichter beginnt zu blinken
• Drücken Sie START/STOP Schalter, um die Behandlung zu beginnen
• Für die hochwertige korrekte Behandlung, soll der Ventilator des Geräts funktionieren
• Wenn die Behandlung läuft, leuchtet der grüne Lichter konstant
• Nachdem die Behandlung beendet, blinket der grüne Lichter wieder
• Falls die Temperatur des Raums oder der Kabine über 60º C ansteigt, stoppt PureOzone Machine Ozon zu
erzeugen und das rote HIGH TEMERATURE-Licht leuchtet
• Die Behandlung wird automatisch wieder gestartet, sobald die Temperatur unter 60º C gesunken ist und das rote
HIGH TEMPERATURE-Licht wieder erloschen ist.

Принцип действия?
Озон (O3) является газом с характерным «металлическим» запахом и состоит из трехатомных молекул
кислорода. Обладает мощной антибактериальной силой и благодаря своим окислительным свойствам способен
обезвредить бактерии, плесень, процессы брожения, паразитов и вирусы. Озон не оставляет химические осадки
после применения и потому является абсолютно экологически чистым и соответствует протоколам ISO 14001
и EMAS. На уровне Земли, наша атмосфера содержит определенный процент озона (от 0,01 до 0,07 ppm),
который способствует баллансу содержания бактерий и плесени в природе.
Функции озона?
Дезодорирующее и дезинфецирующее действие озона зависит от его мощной окисляющей способности. На
уровне газообразной формы озона данное свойство имеет много преимуществ. Обработка озоном влечет
за собой не маскировку, а полное разрушение загрязняющих веществ или одорантов, которые, в сущности,
являются летучими химическими соединениями, содержащими носители запахов (аромофоры, осмофоры,
одорофоры) и вызывающими, на уровне обоняния, чувство запаха. Озон очищает воздух и полностью устраняет
неприятные запахи. Является очень эффективным в борьбе с неприятными запахами дыма и табака, поскольку
он преобразует моноокись углерода (токсичный газ) в двуокись углерода (инертный газ) и окисляет маслянистую
пленку, образующуюся на различных поверхностях. Подходит, в частности, для использования и обработки
текстильных поверхностей и труднодоступных мест.

ИНСТРУКЦИИ ПО ПРИМЕНЕНИЮ PUREOZONE MACHINE:
• Подсоединить PureOzone machine к электрической сети при помощи кабеля, поставляемого в наборе;
• Удостовериться, что мигает первая лампочка (15“);
• Нажав кнопку MODE необходимо выбрать желаемое время обработки;
• Зеленая лампочка, соответствующая выбранному времени обработки, должна начать мигать;
• Затем нажать кнопку START/STOP для начала обработки;
• Для корректной обработки, необходимо проконтролировать, что вентилятор установки работает;
• Когда идет обработка, зеленая лампочка перестает мигать и начинает гореть непрерывно;
• По окончании обработки, зеленая лампочка перестает гореть непрерывно и начинает мигать;
• Если температура внутри помещения поднимется выше 60°С, PureOzone Machine автоматически
остановится и загорится красная лампочка HIGH TEMPERATURE;
• Когда температура внутри помещения достигнет уровня ниже 60°С, красная лампочка HIGH
TEMPERATURE автоматически выключится и PureOzone Machine завершит обработку, начатую ранее.
