avant la première utilisation
1. Sortez l’appareil et les accessoires de leur emballage.
2. Essuyez le corps de l’appareil avec un chiffon doux et sec et lavez les accessoires
avec de l’eau chaude additionnée de produit vaisselle.
3. Rincez à l’eau claire et séchez avec précaution à l’aide d’un chiffon doux.
4. Reportez-vous à la section « Nettoyage et Entretien » pour les précautions de
nettoyage à respecter, et à la section « Montage et démontage de l’appareil » pour
remonter l’appareil.
Les lames sont très aiguisées, manipuler avec précaution. Veillez à ce que le
mixeur à main soit débranché avant assemblage ou démontage.

chargement de la batterie
• Le pied mixeur est uniquement rechargeable à la valeur de tension indiquée avec le
chargeur JOD-S-120100GS fourni.
• Lorsque l’appareil est en charge, le témoin lumineux s’allume en rouge. Lorsque la
batterie est chargée, il devient en bleu. Le temps de charge est d’environ 2 heures.
• Lorsque le témoin lumineux clignote, l’appareil doit être rechargé. Branchez la
prise à l’alimentation secteur et laissez-le charger pendant 30 minutes avant de le
débrancher et de l’utiliser. S’il ne fonctionne pas une fois rechargé, envoyez-le en
réparation auprès du fabricant.

utilisation de l’appareil
Important :
• Ce mixeur plongeant est particulièrement adapté
pour la préparation des soupes, de la purée, des
sauces, de la mayonnaise et des aliments pour
bébé.
• Il n’est pas adapté pour les aliments durs et
secs et ne doit pas être utilisé pour faire de la
glace pilée.
Mise en marche et arrêt de l’appareil
1. Choisissez l’accessoire que vous souhaitez utiliser et assemblez-le sur le bloc moteur
(reportez-vous à la section précédente « Montage et démontage de l’appareil »).
2. Placez les aliments dans le bol doseur.
3. Pour éviter les projections, placez le pied mixeur ou le fouet à la verticale dans les
aliments avant de mettre l’appareil en marche.
4. Pour allumer l’appareil :
• a. Appuyez sur le bouton de sécurité (1).
• b. Maintenez-le enfoncé tout en appuyant sur le bouton Marche/arrêt (2), pour
mettre en marche l’appareil.
• c. Vous pouvez relâcher le bouton de sécurité (1) une fois l’appareil en marche.
5. Démontez l’accessoire (reportez-vous à la section précédente « Montage et
démontage de l’appareil ») nettoyez immédiatement l’appareil après utilisation.
L’appareil est pourvu d’une fonction de sécurité et se bloquera à nouveau
après avoir relâché le bouton Marche/arrêt. Répétez les étapes 4a, 4b et 4c
pour réactiver le mixeur.

Conseils pratiques d’utilisation
• Coupez les aliments en petits morceaux avant de les mixer.
• Si vous devez mixer d’importantes quantités d’ingrédients, procédez par petites
portions.
• Si vous souhaitez mixer des fruits et/ou légumes, ajoutez de l’eau à la préparation afin
de faciliter le mixage.
• Chauffez préalablement les ingrédients liquides pour une homogénéité optimale.
• Utilisez une spatule afin de décoller les morceaux d’aliments collés à la paroi du bol
doseur et du mini hachoir.

nettoyage et entretien
Nettoyez l’appareil et les accessoires immédiatement après utilisation pour éviter que
les aliments ne sèchent dessus.
ATTENTION :
• Débranchez l’adaptateur secteur avant de
procéder à son nettoyage.
• Manipulez le pied mixeur avec précaution : la
lame est très coupante.
• N’immergez jamais le bloc moteur dans l’eau ou
tout autre liquide.
• N’utilisez pas de produits détergents abrasifs ni
d’éponge à récurer pour le nettoyage.
Pièces amovibles
• Démontez les éléments (reportez-vous à la section précédente « Montage et
démontage de l’appareil »).
• Lavez toutes les pièces amovibles (sauf le bloc moteur) avec une éponge douce et
de l’eau chaude additionnée de produit vaisselle. Rincez à l’eau claire, puis séchez
soigneusement à l’aide d’un chiffon doux.
• Vous pouvez également placer le bol doseur, le fouet en inox et le pied presse-
purée (sans les supports en plastique) au lave-vaisselle.
Bloc moteur
• Essuyez le bloc moteur avec une éponge douce légèrement humide, puis séchez
soigneusement avec un chiffon doux.
• Les taches tenaces peuvent être enlevées à l’aide d’une éponge légèrement humide
et éventuellement d’un peu de produit nettoyant non abrasif (liquide vaisselle par
exemple).

Certains aliments décolorent le plastique. Ceci est normal. Cela n’a aucune
conséquence sur le plastique et n’altère pas le goût des aliments. Frottez
l’accessoire concerné avec un chiffon doux légèrement imbibé d’huile
végétale pour faire disparaître la coloration. Procédez ensuite au nettoyage
habituel.

Nettoyage rapide
• Entre chaque étape de préparation, vous pouvez faire un nettoyage rapide. Plongez
l’appareil dans un récipient rempli à moitié d’eau et faites tourner quelques secondes.
Rangement

before initial use
1. Remove the appliance and accessories from its packaging.
2. Wipe the body of the appliance with a soft, dry cloth and wash the accessories with
hot water and some washing-up liquid.
3. The surfaces should then be carefully rinsed with clean water and dried using a soft
cloth.
4. Please refer to the “Cleaning and Care” section for the precautions to take when
cleaning, and to the “Assembling and disassembling the appliance ” section when
reassembling the appliance.
The blades are very sharp; handle with caution. Ensure that the hand blender
is disconnected before assembly or disassembly.

charging the battery
• The blender stick can only be recharged to the voltage indicated on the charger
JOD-S-120100GS supplied.
• The indicator light is red when the appliance is charging. It turns blue when the battery
is fully charged. Charging time is approximately 2 hours.
• When the indicator light starts flashing, the appliance must be recharged. Connect
the plug to the mains power supply and leave it to charge for 30 minutes before
disconnecting and using it. If it does not work once recharged, send it to the
manufacturer for repair.

use of the device
Important:
• This hand blender is particularly suited to making
soups, purées, sauces, mayonnaise and baby
food.
• It is not suitable for hard and dry foods, and
should not be used to make crushed ice.
Switching the appliance on and off
1. Select the accessory you want to use and attach it to the motor unit (refer to the
previous section “Assembling and disassembling the appliance”).
2. Place the ingredients into the measuring beaker.
3. To prevent spatter, place the blender stick or whisk vertically into the food before
switching on the appliance.
4. Switching the appliance on:
• a. Press the safety button (1).
• b. Press the on/off button (2) to turn
the appliance on.
• c. The safety button (1) can be released when the appliance starts working.
5. Remove the accessory (refer to the previous section “Assembling and
disassembling the appliance”). Clean the appliance immediately after use.
The appliance has a safety button and will lock again when the on/off button
is released. Repeat steps 4a, 4b and 4c to reactivate the blender.

cleaning and maintenance
Clean the appliance and accessories immediately after each use to prevent food from
drying on them.
WARNING:
• Unplug the AC adapter before cleaning.
• Handle the blender stick with care: the blade is
very sharp.
• Never immerse the motor unit in water or other
liquids.
• Never clean with abrasive detergent products or
scouring pads.
Removable attachments
• Remove the parts (refer to the previous section “Assembling and disassembling the
appliance”).
• Wash all of the removable attachments (except the motor unit) using a soft sponge and
warm water with washing up liquid. Rinse with clean water and then dry thoroughly
with a soft cloth.
• You can also put the measuring beaker, stainless steel whisk and the press-purée
(without the plastic attachments) in the dishwasher.
Motor unit
• Wipe the motor unit with a soft, slightly damp sponge, then dry it carefully with a soft
cloth.
• Stubborn stains can be removed with a slightly damp sponge and a small amount of
non-abrasive cleaning agent (e.g. dishwashing liquid).
Using the accessories
Recommendation: scrape the walls of the container thoroughly to obtain a uniform
consistency.

Useful operating tips
• Cut the food into small pieces before blending it.
• If you have to blend significant quantities of ingredients, do so in small portions.
• If you want to blend fruit and/or vegetables, add water to the mixture to make it easier
to blend.
• For optimal uniformity, heat liquid ingredients beforehand.
• Use a spatula to dislodge pieces of food that are stuck to the sides of the measuring
beaker and mini food chopper.

Certain foods may cause discolouration of the plastic. This is normal. This
has no effect on the plastic and does not affect the taste of food. Scrub the
accessory with a slightly damp cloth soaked in vegetable oil to remove the
coloration. Then clean as usual.

Quick clean
• You can quickly clean the appliance between each preparation stage. Plunge the
appliance into a container half filled with water and turn it for several seconds.
Storage
• Ensure that the appliance is disconnected and the accessories are clean and
assembled.
• Do not wrap the cable around the appliance.
• Store the appliance in a dry, cool place.

Importante:
• Esta batidora de mano está especialmente

• No está adaptada para alimentos duros y secos,

Puesta en marcha y parada del electrodoméstico
1. Elija el accesorio que desee usar y ensámblelo al bloque motor (consulte la sección
anterior «Montaje y desmontaje del electrodoméstico»).
2. Introduzca los alimentos en el bol dosificador.
3. Para evitar proyecciones, coloque la batidora vertical entre los alimentos antes de
poner en marcha el electrodoméstico.
4. Para encender el electrodoméstico:
• a. Pulse el botón de seguridad (1).
• b. Manténgalo pulsado a la vez que pulsa el botón de encendido/apagado (2) para
encender el electrodoméstico.

Limpie el electrodoméstico y los accesorios inmediatamente después del uso para

ATENCIÓN:

• No lo sumerja en agua ni en ningún otro líquido.
• No utilice limpiadores abrasivos ni estropajo

Piezas desmontables
• Desmonte los elementos (consulte la sección anterior «Montaje y desmontaje del
electrodoméstico»).
• Laves todas las piezas desmontables (excepto el bloque motor) con una esponja
suave, agua caliente y un líquido lavavajillas. Enjuague con agua limpia y seque bien
con un paño suave.
• También puede usar el lavavajillas para el bol dosificador, la varilla de acero
inoxidable y el pasapuré (sin los soportes de plástico).
Bloque motor
• Limpie el bloque motor con una esponja suave ligeramente húmeda y séquelo con
cuidado con un paño suave.
• Las manchas difíciles se pueden eliminar con una esponja ligeramente húmeda
y, eventualmente, una pequeña cantidad de detergente no abrasivo (p. ej. líquido
lavavajillas).

Consejos prácticos de uso
• Corte los alimentos a trocitos antes de picarlos.
• Si debe picar grandes cantidades de ingredientes, hágalo en raciones pequeñas.
• Si desea picar frutas y/o verduras, añada agua a la preparación para facilitar la
operación.
• Caliente previamente los ingredientes líquidos para una homogeneidad óptima.
• Utilice una espátula para retirar los trozos de alimentos que se queden pegados a la
pared del bol dosificador y de la minipicadora.

Algunos alimentos pueden decolorar el plástico. Es normal. Esto no tiene
ningún efecto sobre el plástico ni altera el sabor de los alimentos. Frote el
accesorio con un paño suave ligeramente impregnado con aceite vegetal
para eliminar la coloración. Después, proceda a la limpieza habitual.

2. Wischen Sie das Handstück mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch ab und reinigen Sie
die Zubehörteile mit warmem Wasser mit etwas Spülmittel.
3. Spülen Sie die Teile mit klarem Wasser nach und trocknen Sie sie vorsichtig mit
einem weichen Tuch.

Instandhaltung“. Um das Gerät wieder zusammenzusetzen, lesen Sie den Abschnitt
„Montage und Demontage des Geräts“.
Die Klingen sind sehr scharf, gehen Sie vorsichtig damit um. Stellen Sie
sicher, dass der Mixer beim Einsetzen oder Abnehmen der Zubehörteile vom
Strom getrennt ist.

Laden des Akkus
• Der Stabmixer kann nur mit dem Spannungswert aufgeladen werden, der auf dem
mitgelieferten Ladegerät JOD-S-120100GS angegebenen ist.
• Während das Gerät geladen wird, leuchtet die Kontrollleuchte rot. Wenn der
Ladevorgang abgeschlossen ist, leuchtet sie blau. Die Ladezeit beträgt ungefähr
2 Stunden.
• Wenn die Kontrollleuchte blinkt, muss das Gerät aufgeladen werden. Schließen Sie
den Stecker an die Stromversorgung an und lassen Sie das Gerät 30 Minuten lang
laden, bevor Sie es wieder von der Stromversorgung trennen und benutzen. Wenn
das Gerät nach dem Aufladen nicht funktioniert, geben Sie es beim Hersteller in
Reparatur.

Verwendung des Geräts
Wichtig:
• Dieser Stabmixer eignet sich besonders für
die Zubereitung von Suppen, Pürees, Soßen,
Mayonnaise und Babynahrung.
• Er eignet sich nicht für harte, trockene
Lebensmittel und darf nicht für die Herstellung
von Crushed Ice verwendet werden.
Ein- und Ausschalten des Geräts
1. Setzen Sie das gewünschte Zubehörteil in den Motorblock ein (lesen Sie hierzu
obigen Abschnitt „Montage und Demontage des Geräts“).
2. Geben Sie die Zutaten in den Mixbehälter.
3. Um Spritzer zu vermeiden, tauchen Sie den Mixstab oder den Schneebesen
senkrecht in das Mixgut ein, bevor Sie das Gerät einschalten.
4. Um das Gerät einzuschalten:
• a. Drücken Sie die Sicherheitstaste (1).
• b. Halten Sie diese Taste gedrückt und drücken Sie gleichzeitig die EIN/AUS-Taste
(2), um das Gerät einzuschalten.
• c. Sobald das Gerät in Betrieb ist, können Sie die Sicherheitstaste (1) loslassen.
5. Entfernen Sie das Zubehörteil (lesen Sie hierzu obigen Abschnitt „Montage und
Demontage des Geräts“) und reinigen Sie das Gerät direkt nach Gebrauch.
Das Gerät ist mit einer Sicherheitsfunktion ausgestattet und wird nach dem
Loslassen der Ein/Aus-Taste wieder gesperrt. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte
4a, 4b und 4c, um den Mixer wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen.

Reinigung und Instandhaltung
Reinigen Sie das Gerät sowie das Zubehör sofort nach Gebrauch, um zu vermeiden,
dass die Lebensmittel antrocknen.
ACHTUNG:
• Stecken Sie den Aufsatz aus, bevor Sie ihn
reinigen.
• Gehen Sie vorsichtig mit dem Mixstab um: Die
Schneide ist sehr scharf.
• Tauchen Sie den Motorblock nie in Wasser oder
andere Flüssigkeiten.

Abnehmbare Teile
• Entfernen Sie die Elemente (lesen Sie hierzu obigen Abschnitt „Montage und
Demontage des Geräts“).
• Reinigen Sie alle abnehmbaren Teile (mit Ausnahme des Motorblocks) mit einem
weichen Schwamm und warmem Wasser mit etwas Spülmittel. Spülen Sie die Teile
mit klarem Wasser nach und trocknen Sie sie mit einem weichen Tuch.
• Den Mixbehälter mit Skala, den Schneebesen aus Edelstahl und Pürierstab
(ohne Kunststoffhalter) können Sie auch in der Spülmaschine reinigen.
Motorblock
• Wischen Sie den Motorblock mit einem weichen, leicht feuchten Schwamm ab und
trocknen Sie ihn sorgfältig mit einem weichen Tuch.
• Hartnäckige Flecken können mit einem leicht feuchten Schwamm und eventuell
etwas mildem, nicht scheuernden Reinigungsmittel entfernt werden (zum Beispiel
Spülmittel).
Verwendung der Zubehörteile
Empfehlung: Um ein gleichmäßiges Ergebnis zu erzielen, achten Sie darauf, dass sich
keine Reste am Behälterrand absetzen.

Praktische Hinweise zum Gebrauch
• Schneiden Sie die Lebensmittel vor dem Mixen in kleine Stücke.
• Wenn Sie große Mengen mixen wollen, gehen Sie portionsweise vor.
• Wenn Sie Obst und/oder Gemüse mixen wollen, fügen Sie etwas Wasser hinzu, damit
sich die Zutaten leichter verarbeiten lassen.
• Erwärmen Sie flüssige Zutaten vor dem Mixen, um ein möglichst homogenes Ergebnis

Bestimmte Lebensmittel können Kunststoff verfärben. Das ist normal. Es hat
keinerlei Auswirkungen auf die Kunststoffteile und verändert den Geschmack
der Lebensmittel nicht. Sie können die Verfärbungen wieder entfernen, indem
Sie das betroffene Zubehörteil mit einem weichen Tuch und etwas Pflanzenöl
abreiben. Reinigen Sie es anschließend wie gewohnt.

Schnellreinigung
• Zwischen jedem Zubereitungsschritt können Sie eine Schnellreinigung durchführen.
Tauchen Sie den Stabmixer hierzu in ein zur Hälfte mit Wasser gefülltes Gefäß und
lassen Sie ihn einige Sekunden lang laufen.
Aufbewahrung
• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät vom Stromnetz getrennt ist und dass die
Zubehörteile gereinigt und zusammengesetzt sind.
• Wickeln Sie das Stromkabel nicht um das Gerät.

voor het eerste gebruik
1. Haal het apparaat en de bijbehorende hulpstukken uit de verpakking.
2. Veeg over de behuizing van het apparaat met een zachte en droge doek en was de
accessoires met warm water en een vaatwasproduct.
3. Spoel met zuiver water en droog zorgvuldig af met een zachte doek.
4. Raadpleeg het hoofdstuk “Reiniging en onderhoud” voor de reinigingsinstructies en
het hoofdstuk “Montage en demontage van het apparaat” om het apparaat opnieuw
in elkaar te zetten.
De messen zijn uiterst scherp, behandel ze voorzichtig. Let erop dat de
staafmixer correct werd uitgeschakeld voor de montage of demontage.

opladen van de accu
• De staafmixer kan enkel worden opgeladen op de aangegeven spanning met behulp
van de meegeleverde adapter JOD-S-120100GS.
• Het signaallampje gaat rood branden als het toestel wordt opgeladen. Wanneer de
accu volledig is opgeladen, wordt het lampje blauw. De oplaadtijd bedraagt ongeveer
2 uur.
• Wanneer het lampje knippert, moet de accu van het apparaat worden opgeladen.
Verbind de aansluiting met de voedingskabel en laat het toestel gedurende 30minuten
opladen voordat u het loskoppelt en opnieuw gebruikt. Als het apparaat niet werkt
als u het hebt opgeladen, moet u het terugsturen naar de fabrikant om het te laten
herstellen.

Belangrijk:
• Deze staafmixer is met name geschikt voor de
bereiding van soepen, puree, sauzen, mayonaise
en babyvoeding.
• Hij is niet geschikt voor harde en droge
voedingsmiddelen en mag niet worden gebruikt
voor het maken van geschaafd ijs.
Inschakeling en slaapstand van het apparaat
1. Kies het hulpstuk dat u wilt gebruiken en monteer het op het motorblok (raadpleeg
het vorige hoofdstuk “Montage en demontage van het apparaat”).
2. Doe de ingrediënten in de kom met maatverdeling.
3. Om spatten te voorkomen, moet u de staafmixer of garde in verticale positie plaatsen
voordat u het toestel inschakelt.
4. Om het apparaat in te schakelen:
• a. Druk op de veiligheidsknop (1).
• b. Houd de aan/uit-knop (2) ingedrukt om het apparaat in te schakelen.
• c. U kan de veiligheidsknop (1) loslaten zodra het apparaat is ingeschakeld.
5. Demonteer het hulpstuk (raadpleeg het vorige hoofdstuk “Montage en demontage
van het apparaat”). Reinig het apparaat onmiddellijk na gebruik.
Het apparaat beschikt over een veiligheidsfunctie en zal opnieuw blokkeren
zodra u de aan/uit-knop hebt losgelaten. Herhaal stappen 4a, 4b en 4c om
de mixer opnieuw te activeren.
