• The EverMount EM-LPF60B is designed to mount a TV panel onto a vertical wall. Hardware
for mounting to a wood stud is included. For mounting to any other surface, contact a qualified contractor.
• The wall or mounting surface must be capable of supporting the combined weight of the mount and the
display; otherwise the structure must be reinforced.
• Safety gear and proper tools must be used. A minimum of two people are required for this installation.
Failure to use safety gear and/or attempting this installation alone can result in property damage, serious
injury, or death.
• Follow all instructions and recommendations regarding adequate ventilation and suitable locations for
mounting your display. Consult the owner‘s manual for your display for more information.
• This product will hold flat screens 37 to 60 inches and weighing up to 165 lbs.

Part 1a - Mounting the Wall Plate to Wood Studs
1. Using a stud finder, locate and mark two adjacent studs for securing the mount.
2. Place the wall plate against the wall ensuring it is level.
3. Mark screw locations on the wall where the mount will be secured. Be sure to use the center of each stud.
4. Remove the wall plate and drill a 1/4" (6 mm) pilot hole at each location using an electric drill.
5. With the help of another person, replace the wall plate and fix it to the wall using the Lag Bolts (Q) and Lag
Bolt Washers (R) provided (Fig. 1).
6. Do not over-tighten the bolts and do not release the wall plate until all screws are secure.

Part 1b - Mounting the Wall Plate to Concrete
1. Place the wall plate against the wall ensuring it is level.
2. With the help of another person, mark off six (6) locations for fixing the mount to the wall.
3. Place the wall plate aside and drill a hole at each location using a 3/8" (10 mm) masonry bit. Remove any
excess dust from the holes.
4. Insert one Concrete Anchor (P) into each hole. A hammer can be used to lightly tap the anchors into place if
necessary.
5. With the help of another person, replace the wall plate and fix it to the wall using the Lag Bolts (Q) and Lag
Bolt Washers (R) provided (Fig. 2).
6. Do not over-tighten the screws and do not release the wall plate until all screws are secure.

Part 2 – Attaching the Arms to the Display
Important! Use extra care during this part of the installation. If possible, avoid placing your display facedown as it
may damage the viewing surface.
NOTE: Your mount comes with a selection of bolt diameters and lengths to accommodate a wide variety of
display models. Not all of the hardware in the kit will be used.
1. Determine the correct length of bolt to use with your display by first examining the back of your display.
A. If your display has a flat back, you will use one of the shorter bolts (A, D, G, or J) from the hardware kit.
B. If your display has a curved or recessed back, you will use one of the longer bolts (B, E, H, or K) along with a
spacer (M or N).
2. Determine the correct diameter of bolt to use by carefully trying one bolt each from Bags 1 - 4 of the hardware
kit. Do not force any of the bolts – if you feel resistance stop immediately and try a smaller diameter bolt.
3. Attach the arms to the back of your display using the bolts identified in Steps 1 and 2 along with the
corresponding Lock Washer (C, F, I, or L) (see Fig. 3 and 4).
A. If you are using the M4, M5, or M6 bolts (Bags 1, 2, and 3 respectively), you will also need to use the M6
Washers (O).
B. If you are using one of the longer bolts on a display with a curved or recessed back, you will also use a
Spacer (M or N). Use the Smaller Spacer (M) for M4 and M5 bolts and the Large Spacer (N) for M6 and M8
bolts.

Part 3 – Final Installation and Adjustment
1. With the help of another person, carefully lift your display and place it on the wall plate (Fig. 5). Do not
release the display until the mounting arms have securely hooked onto the mount.
2. Important! Insert the safety bar at the bottom of the mount to avoid having the display accidentally knocked
off the mount. A padlock can be used at one of the bar to help prevent theft of your display (Fig. 6).

• Le support EverMount EM-LPF60B est conçu pour monter un écran sur un mur vertical. Le matériel servant
au montage sur montant de bois est inclus. Pour le montage sur toute autre surface, veuillez communiquer
avec un technicien qualifié.
• Le mur ou la surface de montage doit pouvoir supporter le poids combiné du support et de l'écran. Dans le
cas contraire, la structure doit être renforcée.
• Veuillez utiliser un équipement de sécurité et des outils appropriés. Un minimum de deux personnes est
requis pour effectuer l’installation. La non-utilisation d’un équipement de sécurité ou le fait de tenter
d’installer le support seul peut entraîner des dommages à la propriété, des blessures graves ou même la
mort.
• Suivez toutes les instructions et les recommandations quant à la ventilation et le choix d’un emplacement
adéquat pour le montage de l’écran. Consultez le manuel de l’utilisateur de votre écran pour de plus amples
informations.

Étape 1a – Montage de la plaque murale aux montants de bois
1. À l'aide d'un détecteur de montant, localisez et marquez deux montants adjacents pour le montage du support.
2. Placez la plaque murale sur le mur en vous assurant qu’elle soit au niveau.
3. Marquez l’emplacement des vis sur le mur où le support sera fixé. Assurez-vous de centrer les marques sur chaque montant.
4. Retirez la plaque murale et percez un trou d’implantation de 1/4" (6 mm) pour chaque marque à l’aide d’une perceuse électrique.
5. Avec l’aide d’une autre personne, replacez la plaque murale et fixez-la au mur au moyen des tirefonds (Q) et des rondelles (R)
fournis (Fig. 1).
6. Ne serrez pas trop les tirefonds et ne relâchez pas la plaque murale avant que toutes les vis ne soient fixées.

Étape 1b – Montage de la plaque murale sur du béton
1. Placez la plaque murale sur le mur en vous assurant qu’elle soit au niveau.
2. Avec l’aide d’une autre personne, marquez six (6) emplacements pour le montage au mur.
3. Mettez la plaque murale de côté et percez un trou à chaque emplacement à l'aide d'un foret de maçonnerie de 3/8’’ (10 mm). Retirez
toute poussière des trous.
4. Insérez un ancrage pour béton (P) dans chaque trou. Enfoncez doucement les ancrages à l’aide d’un marteau, au besoin.
5. Avec l’aide d’une autre personne, replacez la plaque murale et fixez-la au mur au moyen des tirefonds (Q) et des rondelles (R)
fournis (Fig. 2).
6. Ne serrez pas trop les vis et ne relâchez pas la plaque murale avant que toutes les vis ne soient fixées.

Étape 2 – Fixation des bras à l’écran
Important! Soyez très prudent lors de cette étape de l’installation. Évitez autant que possible de placer votre écran face vers le bas, cela
risquerait d’endommager sa surface.
REMARQUE : des vis de diamètres et de longueurs variés sont fournies avec votre support pour convenir à un grand nombre de modèles
d’écrans. L’installation ne prévoit pas l’utilisation de tout le matériel fourni.
1. Déterminez la longueur de vis requise pour utilisation avec votre écran en examinant d'abord le dos de votre écran.
A. Si votre écran a un dos plat, utilisez les vis courtes (A, D, G ou J) du matériel fourni.
B. Si votre écran a un écran incurvé ou concave, utilisez les vis longues (B, E, H ou K) et une cale d’espacement (M ou N).
2. Déterminez le diamètre de vis requis en essayant les vis des sacs 1 à 4 du matériel fourni. Ne forcez pas les vis. Si vous sentez une
résistance, arrêtez immédiatement et essayez une vis d’un diamètre inférieur.
3. Fixez les bras à l’arrière de votre écran à l’aide des vis identifiées à l’étape 1 et 2, de même que les rondelles de blocage
correspondantes (C, F, I ou L) (voir Fig. 3 et 4).
A. Si vous utilisez les vis M4, M5 ou M6 (sacs 1, 2 et 3 respectivement), vous devrez également utiliser les rondelles M6 (O).
B. Si vous utilisez l’une des vis les plus longues avec un écran avec dos incurvé ou concave, vous devrez également utiliser une cale
d’espacement (M ou N). Utilisez la petite cale (M) pour les vis M4 ou M5 et la grande cale (N) pour les vis M6 et M8.

Étape 3 – Installation finale et ajustement
1. Avec l’aide d’une autre personne, soulevez votre écran avec précaution et placez-le sur la plaque murale
(Fig. 5). Ne relâchez pas l’écran tant que les bras de montage n’aient pas été solidement fixés au support.
2. Important! Insérez la tige de sécurité au bas du support afin d’éviter que l’écran ne soit accidentellement
décroché du support. Il est possible de placer un cadenas sur l’une des tiges pour empêcher le vol de votre
écran (Fig. 6).
