Unique three stage blending cartridge provides
softened/buffered/filtered water
Utilizes ion exchange resin, magnesium oxide
buffering agent and precoat filtration
Small amount of carbon filtered water bypasses
softening resin to maintain low TDS levels
Buffering agent prevents water from becoming
too acidic
Reduces hardness in water that can cause minerals
to build-up in coffee and espresso equipment
Reduces minerals such as calcium and magnesium
Reduces chlorine, off tastes and odors
Reduces particulates
Sanitary cartridge replacement is simple, quick
and clean. Internal filter parts are never exposed
to handling or contamination
Choose mounting location suitable to support the
full weight of the system when operating
Use 3/8” water line
Install vertically with cartridge hanging down
Allow 2-1/2” clearance below the cartridge for
easy cartridge replacement
Flush ESO cartridge by running water through
filter for five minutes at full flow
Change cartridges on a regular 6 month
preventative maintenance program
Change ESO cartridge when its pre-calculated
water volume has been reached
Do not exceed recommended service flow rate
Always flush the filter cartridge at time of
installation and cartridge change
For specialty coffee, espresso and ice tea
applications
