CLEANING MILK COMPONENTS
COFFEE DISPENSING SPOUT & CAPPUCCINATORE
Remove the upper protecon cover by pulling it outwards.
Remove the fork and the crema adjusng lever.
Unscrew the lower knob to remove the lower protecon cover.
Remove the ng connecng the milk tube to the Cappuccinatore
connector, then remove the milk dispensing spout and the milk tube.
Remove the Cappuccinatore casing and the
Cappuccinatore body cap.
Remove the temperature adjusng lever.
Remove the coee dispensing spout by
pulling it outwards and dismantle it.
Wash all parts in cleaning soluon using a small brush.
Use only milk system and coee machine-specic products.
Follow the dosing direcons on the product packaging.
Make sure to mechanically remove all visible residues and
lms
Rinse with running water and thoroughly dry all the parts.
Reinstall all parts in reverse order.

TUBES CLEANING CYCLE
1Immerse the milk tube into a container with water and press on the Milk buon. (Fig. 1)
Do not use hot water.
During the cleaning cycle process, clean the cooling unit with a so cloth. (Fig. 2)
At the end of the cycle, remove and empty the container. Do not drink this water.
Replace the milk tube inside cooling unit.
Make sure the milk tube is correctly posioned so it is supplied with milk.
Cafecon | Evoca recommends using Milk System Cleaning Tablets from Evoca, or equivalent
cleaning product.
Make sure to always follow the product manufacturer’s instrucons.
