Cleaning Guide
The dierent wash cycles listed below do not replace the need to disassemble the components for
regular sanizaon.
PERFORMING A WASH CYCLE
BREW GROUP WASH
Press the Menu buon on the control panel.
Enter password by pressing the UP or DOWN buons to select a number.
Press OK to select the menu opon required to perform the maintenance.

1In the Programming Menu, select the “Maintenance” opon, then the GROUP RINSING submenu.
(The GROUP RINSING submenu can also be accessed by selecng Washing Menu under the “Technical” opon.)
Press on the OK buon (screen will display “PUT THE TABLET INTO THE GROUP”.)
Remove the brew group (screen will display “INS. BREW GROUP”.) (Fig. 1)
Insert a brew group cleaning tablet into the brew group.
Use only coee machine-specic products.
Follow the dosing direcons on the product packaging.
Reinstall the brew group (screen will display “CLOSE SERV. DOOR”), then close the door. (Fig. 2)
The machine will automacally start performing a wash cycle. Screen will display
“REMOVE THE GROUP AND RINSE IT WITH WATER” when wash cycle is completed.
Remove the brewer group (screen will display “INS. BREW GROUP”.) (Fig. 1)
Wash the brew group under running water.
Reinstall the brew group (screen will display “CLOSE SERV. DOOR”), then close the door. (Fig. 2)
When screen displays “RINSING COMPLETED PRESS OK”, press the OK buon.
Remove and empty the drip tray, then reinstall it. Do not drink this water.

Cafecon | Evoca recommends using CAFIZA tablets from Urnex, or equivalent cleaning product.
Make sure to always follow the product manufacturer’s instrucons.

CLEANING MILK COMPONENTS
COFFEE DISPENSING SPOUT & CAPPUCCINATORE
Remove the upper protecon cover by pulling it outwards.
Remove the fork and the crema adjusng lever.
Unscrew the lower knob to remove the lower protecon cover.
Remove the ng connecng the milk tube to the Cappuccinatore
connector, then remove the milk dispensing spout and the milk tube.
Remove the Cappuccinatore casing and the
Cappuccinatore body cap.
Remove the temperature adjusng lever.
Remove the coee dispensing spout by
pulling it outwards and dismantle it.
Wash all parts in cleaning soluon using a small brush.
Use only milk system and coee machine-specic products.
Follow the dosing direcons on the product packaging.
Make sure to mechanically remove all visible residues and
lms
Rinse with running water and thoroughly dry all the parts.
Reinstall all parts in reverse order.

TUBES CLEANING CYCLE
1Immerse the milk tube into a container with water and press on the Milk buon. (Fig. 1)
Do not use hot water.
During the cleaning cycle process, clean the cooling unit with a so cloth. (Fig. 2)
At the end of the cycle, remove and empty the container. Do not drink this water.
Replace the milk tube inside cooling unit.
Make sure the milk tube is correctly posioned so it is supplied with milk.
Cafecon | Evoca recommends using Milk System Cleaning Tablets from Evoca, or equivalent
cleaning product.
Make sure to always follow the product manufacturer’s instrucons.
